Strength and Absorption Properties of Cement Mortar Produced with Various Content of Sludge Powder at Mines (석산에서 발생하는 슬러지 미립분의 혼입률 변화에 따른 시멘트 모르타르의 강도 및 흡수 특성)

  • It is reported that a lot of sludge powder is produced during the process of manufacturing crushed fine aggregate in mines. However, there is a limitation on the its use that most of them are disposed and wasted, which cause environmental pollution. Therefore, in this paper, tests are carried out in order to recycle sludge powder as filler for cement mortar products. Kinds of aggregates and mix proportion of mortar are varied under various contents of sludge powder. According to test results, it is found that cement mortar products using sludge powder as substitution of fine aggregate about 10% have better qualities than those without sludge powder.

  • 본 연구는 $CO_2$를 냉매로 하는 급탕용 히트펌프 성능특성을 평가하는 시험 평가법에 대하여 국내 실정에 맞는 시험평가법을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 기존 $CO_2$ 급탕용 히트펌프의 평가방법을 분석하고자 한다. 현재 $CO_2$ 급탕기 또는 급탕용 히트펌프 제품은 일본에서 2000년 초반부터 에코큐트라는 제품으로 일본 급탕용 난방기기로 판매되고 2009년을 기초로 누적판매 대수가 150만대에 이르고 있다. 국내에는 2008년 후반부터 공기열원 또는 폐열원 등을 이용한 급탕용 히트펌프 제품이 일부 수입되어 목욕탕, 찜질방과 같은 숙박업소용으로 판매되고 있는 추세이다. 국내에서는 급탕용 열펌프의 제품의 정의가 아직 정립되지 않고 이에 대한 시험평가방법이 전무한 실정이기 때문에 현재 일본의 가정용 열펌프 급탕기의 규격을 토대로 실제 급탕용 열펌프의 시험을 수행하여 급탕용 히트펌프의 급탕성능특성을 평가하는 방법을 개발하고자 한다. 시험시료는 일본에서 판매되고 있는 급탕용 히트펌프(D사) 제품을 이용하였으며, 현재 일본에서 사용하고 있는 JRA4050 규격에 의해 급탕성능평가를 진행하고 급탕성능평가 지표 등을 국내 유사조건과 급탕성능특성의 평가방법을 비교분석하였다.

Country Image: Does It Really Matter to Consumers between Korea and the U.S.? (국가이미지: 한·미 소비자들에게 과연 그렇게 중요한가?)

  • Consumers generally have different country images and purchasing patterns about products made in different countries. The essence of consumer behavior lies in psychological image on consumers' mind rather than actual characteristics of product itself. The current study examines how much country of origin influences consumers' purchase intentions focusing on Mexican products by consumers between Korea and the U.S. after establishment of NAFTA. The result of the study shows that there exists significant differences between Korean and the U.S. consumers' attitudes on purchasing Mexican products by structural equation modeling analyses.

The Moderating Effect of Characteristics of Message and SNS on the Relationship between the Direction of WOM and Consumer Attitude (구전정보방향성과 소비자태도와의 관계에 대한 메시지특성과 SNS특성의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to explore the effect of characteristics of eWOM(Word-of-mouth) on consumer attitude in SNS(Social Network Service). The characteristics of WOM were classified into characteristics of message (polarity, verifiability, consensus) and characteristics of SNS (social presence, interaction). Data of 554 samples were collected from the university students of SNS users. The key results showed that the polarity of the WOM has a strong positive effect on consumer's attitude, and the degree of verifiability and consensus has a moderating effect on the polarity-attitude relationship. On the contrary, characteristics of SNS such as social presence and interaction have a direct effect on consumer attitude and have no significant moderating effect on the polarity-attitude relationship. This study provides an academic enhancement in the research of the relationship between the characteristics of WOM and consumer's attitude in the SNS environment. Practical implications are also drawn from these findings.

An Empirical Study on Intention of the Sharing Economy Services (공유경제 서비스의 이용의도에 관한 실증 연구)

  • Economy is transforming from the ownership of goods and services to the use or sharing of ideas, goods and services these days. This is called as 'sharing economy', it has attracted as a economic paradigm a great deal of attention in recent years. The purpose of this study is to find out the influencing factors of the intention of using the sharing economy services. This study defined the success factors of the sharing economy services as the intention of using it, and presented usefulness, enjoyment, and risk as influencing factors. The attitude and trust are also the important intervening variables of using the sharing economy services. This study proposed 8 hypothesis on the relationships of these variables. The data were collected through an internet survey. The sample size is 250. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS, AMOS for windows. The results showed that usefulness has a significant effect on attitudes, enjoyment has a significant influence on attitude and trust, risk has a significant effect on trust. However, it was confirmed that usefulness does not affect trust, and that risk does not affect attitudes.

Effects of Cognitive Focus and Affective Focus on Attitude and Buying Intention in DMB Cellular Phone Purchasing (인지초점과 감정초점이 DMB 휴대폰에 대한 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The present study investigated the effects of focus on consumers' attitudes and buying intentions. For these purposes, researcher compare the attitudes and buying intentions by focus groups after presenting cognitive and affective product informations about a cellular-phone. The results of present experiment were as follow: First, cognitive focus led to highest cognitive attitude and affective focus also led to highest affective attitude. Second, It was highest buying intention in an affective focus and lowest in a non-focus. Third, a cognitive focus resulted in more cognitive words being recalled, by comparison with an affective focus, whereas an affective focus resulted in more affective words being recalled, by comparison with a cognitive focus. But they were not significant. These results show that cognitive and affective focuses lead to different attitudes that differ in their basis. An attitude formed in an affective focus results in a stronger buying intention than an attitude formed in an cognitive focus. The present findings also suggest that the different focus conditions result in different attitudes and buying intentions being formed, and to be diluting but to more enduring effects.

  • The possibility of successful commercialization of technologically innovative products depends on the degree to which consumers select and utilize the product. Therefore, the research that endeavors to find the usage behavior and the acceptance intention of users of technologically innovative products is a very important quest. This study empirically analyzes the factors that influence commercialization of a technologically innovative product: cloud computing. Existing studies examined acceptance intentions by expanding the TAM model and excluded attitude and usage behavior. This study determined attitude, usage behavior and personal characteristics of consumers to be important influencing factors. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, the self-efficacy of personal characteristics had a significant effect on ease of use and acceptance intention and perceived costs had a significant influence on the factors of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, research on the systematic characteristics of cloud computing confirmed that security was an important factor affecting acceptance intention while innovativeness was critical to ease of use. Third, of the usage characteristics among users of technologically innovative products, perceived usefulness had an effect on the acceptance and usage behavior of cloud computing, and perceived ease of use had an important influence on perceived usefulness. Currently, when cloud computing services have not yet become widespread to the public, this study proposed meaningful results for policy direction and commercialization strategies by revealing variables that influence acceptance and usage behavior.

A Study on the Effects of Consumer Self-Determination Psychological Needs and Perceived Influence for Fair Trade Products (공정무역제품에 대한 소비자의 자기결정성 심리 욕구와 지각된 영향력의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • This research focuses on the perceived marketplace influence(PMI: A belief that recognizes the effect that an individual's actions will have on the behavior of other consumers in the market and thus drives them to act on fair trade consumption) of consumers who may act as a more fundamental explanatory alternative to the gap in attitudes and behaviors of fair trade products. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between consumer's self - determination psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relevance), influence (personal influence, market influence), and the assets of fair trade products. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that among the major psychological needs related to self-determination, the variables other than competence and the perceived influence relations of consumers can be directly formed, and the perceived consumer effectiveness(PCE) has a positive influence on perceived marketplace influence(PMI). It is also found that the perceived influence of consumers(PCE, PMI) has an influence on the consumers' perceived equity of Fair Trade products. The results of this study will provide an opportunity to theoretically explain the gap between consumers' attitudes and behaviors of Fair Trade products, which is a part of ethical consumption, and provide important implications for the establishment of marketing strategies.

  • This study conducted to examine how consumer's perception of COO(Country of (Brand) Origin) image affects brand association knowledge, how coo image and brand association knowledge affect buying intention, how these relationship differs in hedonic and utilitarian products and the moderating effect of consumer's ethnocentrism in the influence of brand association to buying intension. The results indicated the followings: First, it was significant COO Image affect brand association knowledge, more strong significant in Hedonic products than in utilitarian products. But it was not supported COO Image affect buying intension significantly. Second, Brand association knowledge affected buying intention significantly. And the last, consumer's ethnocentrism mediated between brand association knowledge and buying intention strong significantly.
