But, e-Catalog system that is used in electronic commerce is no clear concept and consistent component etc. and is constructing dissimilar system and there is shortcoming that can not use e-Catalog information exchange and transaction thereby. Propose XML(eXtensible Markup Language) in e-Catalog's standard document format to augment interoperability in selfishness species system in treatise that see hereupon, and defined e-Catalog document structure that can process goods information configurationally because using XML Schema. Also, e-Catalog registry system that offer search, registration service using e-Catalog document that is defined by XML design and embody.

  • With the proliferation of E-Commerce, product informations and services are provided to customers diversely. Thus customers want a software agent that can retrieve and recommend goods satisfying various purchase conditions as well as price. In this paper, we present a MAS (multi-agent system) for book information retrieval and recommendation in E-Commerce. User's preference is reflected in the MAS using the profile which is taken by user. The proposed MAS is composed of individual agents that support information retrieval, information recommendation, user interface, and web robots and a coordination agent which performs information sharing and job management between individual agents. Our goal is to design and implement this multi-agent system on a Windows NT server. Owing to the workflow management of the coordination agent, we can remove redundant information retrievals of web robots. From the results, we could provide customers various purchase conditions for several online bookstores in real-time.

  • This study is about brand design system development cases based on BX, focusing on research of JUNGGANEGOTGAN brand conducted from January 2018 to April. BX is a subjective and internal response of consumers arising from design stimulus including brand identity. BX design is brand-related stimulus based on brand experience and BX is generated when stimulant of brand design and consumers' contacting with brand are interacting. The most important thing of BX design system is that BX design system plays a very important role when consumers choose goods or services of some brand at the various touch points of brand in the process that consumers form the certain brand image. This study suggests the final completed brand design draft plan along with brand design system development strategy conducted about JUNGGANEGOTGAN based on BX design. As a result, modeling and associations of JUNGGANEGOTGAN brand experience design seem to be statistically meaningful (F=30.961, p<.001). Preferences of brand design is rated by modeling (=.443, p<.001), associations (=.218, p<.001) in order and it turns out to be affected.

Developments of Local Festival Mobile Application and Data Analysis System Applying Beacon (비콘을 활용한 위치기반 지역축제 모바일 애플리케이션과 데이터 분석 시스템 개발)

  • Local festivals form the regional cultures and atmosphere of communication; they increase the demand of domestic tourism businesses and thus, have an important role in ripple effects (e.g. regional image improvement, tourist influx, job creation, regional contents development, and local product sales) and economic revitalization. IoT (Internet of Thing) technologies have been developed especially, beacon-one of the IoT services has been applied as plenty of types and forms both domestically and internationally. However, notwithstanding expansion of current digital mobile technologies, it still remains as difficult for the individual to track the information about all the local festivals and to fulfill the tourists' needs of enjoying festivals given the weak strategic approaches and advertisement activities. Furthermore, current festival-related mobile applications don't function well as delivering information and have numerous contents issues (e.g. ways of information delivery within the festival places, independent application usage for each festival, one time usage due to one time event). This research, based on the background mentioned above, aims to develop the local festival mobile application and data analysis system applying beacon technology. First of all, three algorithms were developed, namely, 'festival crowding algorithm', 'visitor stats algorithm', and 'customized information algorithm', and then beta test was followed with the developed application and data analysis system. As a result, they could form the database of visitors' types and behaviors, and provide functions and services, such as personalized information, waiting time for festival contents, and 'hot place' function. Besides, in Google Play store, they also got the titles given with more than 13,000 downloads within first three months and as the most exposed application related with festivals; and, thus, got credited with their marketability and excellence. This research follows this order: chapter 2 shows the literature review of local festival related with technology development, beacon service, and festival application. In Chapter 3, design plans and conditions are described of developing local festival mobile application and data analysis system with beacon. Chapter 4 evaluates the results of the beta performance test to verify applicability of the developed application and data analysis system, and lastly, chapter 5 explains the conclusion and suggests the future research.

  • The purpose of this study is examining the differences of mobile SNS's service quality, which consists data quality and system quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. For the experimental analysis, the frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics of sample. The variables were selected by factor analysis that also prove the validity of variables. The value of Cronbach's alpha was calculated to check the reliability of variables. In addition, the group was determined by the both hierarchical and hierarchical cluster analysis, then ANOVA was performed to test the hypotheses that there are differences of mobile SNS's service quality, among the groups that are classified by commitment and customer loyalty. The results of this study support that there are differences among the groups toward mobile SNS's service quality and also shows the more commitment and loyalty group is the higher recognition of mobile SNS's service quality. Thus, the companies have to realize that mobile SNS is very important key factor to success in rapidly changing business environment. In conclusion, the companies implement different customized strategy for the different group and develop the contents and the applications to maximize the commitment and loyalty of for the mobile SNS users.

  • Until recently, as we recognize the significance of sustainable growth and competitiveness of small-and-medium sized enterprises (SMEs), governmental support for tangible resources such as R&D, manpower, funds, etc. has been mainly provided. However, it is also true that the inefficiency of support systems such as underestimated or redundant support has been raised because there exist conflicting policies in terms of appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of business support. From the perspective of the government or a company, we believe that due to limited resources of SMEs technology development and capacity enhancement through collaboration with external sources is the basis for creating competitive advantage for companies, and also emphasize value creation activities for it. This is why value chain network analysis is necessary in order to analyze inter-company deal relationships from a series of value chains and visualize results through establishing knowledge ecosystems at the corporate level. There exist Technology Opportunity Discovery (TOD) system that provides information on relevant products or technology status of companies with patents through retrievals over patent, product, or company name, CRETOP and KISLINE which both allow to view company (financial) information and credit information, but there exists no online system that provides a list of similar (competitive) companies based on the analysis of value chain network or information on potential clients or demanders that can have business deals in future. Therefore, we focus on the "Value Chain Network System (VCNS)", a support partner for planning the corporate business strategy developed and managed by KISTI, and investigate the types of embedded network-based analysis modules, databases (D/Bs) to support them, and how to utilize the system efficiently. Further we explore the function of network visualization in intelligent value chain analysis system which becomes the core information to understand industrial structure ystem and to develop a company's new product development. In order for a company to have the competitive superiority over other companies, it is necessary to identify who are the competitors with patents or products currently being produced, and searching for similar companies or competitors by each type of industry is the key to securing competitiveness in the commercialization of the target company. In addition, transaction information, which becomes business activity between companies, plays an important role in providing information regarding potential customers when both parties enter similar fields together. Identifying a competitor at the enterprise or industry level by using a network map based on such inter-company sales information can be implemented as a core module of value chain analysis. The Value Chain Network System (VCNS) combines the concepts of value chain and industrial structure analysis with corporate information simply collected to date, so that it can grasp not only the market competition situation of individual companies but also the value chain relationship of a specific industry. Especially, it can be useful as an information analysis tool at the corporate level such as identification of industry structure, identification of competitor trends, analysis of competitors, locating suppliers (sellers) and demanders (buyers), industry trends by item, finding promising items, finding new entrants, finding core companies and items by value chain, and recognizing the patents with corresponding companies, etc. In addition, based on the objectivity and reliability of the analysis results from transaction deals information and financial data, it is expected that value chain network system will be utilized for various purposes such as information support for business evaluation, R&D decision support and mid-term or short-term demand forecasting, in particular to more than 15,000 member companies in Korea, employees in R&D service sectors government-funded research institutes and public organizations. In order to strengthen business competitiveness of companies, technology, patent and market information have been provided so far mainly by government agencies and private research-and-development service companies. This service has been presented in frames of patent analysis (mainly for rating, quantitative analysis) or market analysis (for market prediction and demand forecasting based on market reports). However, there was a limitation to solving the lack of information, which is one of the difficulties that firms in Korea often face in the stage of commercialization. In particular, it is much more difficult to obtain information about competitors and potential candidates. In this study, the real-time value chain analysis and visualization service module based on the proposed network map and the data in hands is compared with the expected market share, estimated sales volume, contact information (which implies potential suppliers for raw material / parts, and potential demanders for complete products / modules). In future research, we intend to carry out the in-depth research for further investigating the indices of competitive factors through participation of research subjects and newly developing competitive indices for competitors or substitute items, and to additively promoting with data mining techniques and algorithms for improving the performance of VCNS.

The implementation of mobile base on access control system using zigbee method is expected to be helpful for the convenience in home network use.

Development of Interactive Signage using Floating Hologram (플로팅 홀로그램을 이용한 인터랙티브 사이니지 개발)

  • We have developed an interactive signage system based on floating hologram by combining hologram technology and ICT technology, which can be competitive to small businesses that have excellent products and services. The developed interactive signage system can be used for publicity and marketing of small business owners at low cost, introducing menus with 3D hologram images, and providing various contents responding to user's hand movements. The developed system is able to detect 10 finger movements at a rate of 290 frames per second in a range of 60cm and a range of 150 degrees. We also confirmed that the virtual touch function operates normally by dividing the user's motion recognition into the hover zone and the touch zone by the physical motion experiment of the leap motion object.
