Execution of exposed concrete has some problems such as segregation, surface honey comb and insufficient surface flossing due to unsuitable mix proportion and unfavorable construction in our field. Therefore, in this paper, field application of exposed concrete at training center building of Chongju university in Daecheon are carried out based on the mixing data obtained from laboratory test. Base concrete are made in accordance with mixing data. Segregation reducing type superplasticizer developed are applied in order to flow the vase concrete with out segregation of materials. According to test results, air content shows to be reduced after flowing. Compressive strength of flowing concrete is higher than that of base concrete about 7%. Surface glossing is reducing as the age goes on. It is improved about 10% compared to that of vase concrete.

탈수거푸집공법은 거푸집 표면에 잉여수를 배출시킬 수 있는 구멍을 뚫고 내측에 섬유포를 부착하여 콘크리트 타설시 잉여수 및 혼입공기를 배출시키는 공법으로 시공상의 워커빌리티를 확보하면서 콘크리트 표층부 품질을 강화시킬 수 있다. 따라서 제치장 콘크리트 표면의 강도를 극대화할 뿐만 아니라, 수밀한 콘크리트 표층부를 생성하기 때문에 물이나 공기, 염분 등이 침투하기 어려워 콘크리트의 내구성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 이론적으로는 제기되고 있으나, 관련규준 및 시공방법에 대한 연구가 부재해 공사현장에서 적용할 기회가 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물성실험을 통해 탈수거푸집 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고, 이를 바탕으로 한 현장적용실험을 통해 탈수거푸집공법의 실용화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Surface glossing and physical properties of exposed concrete varied with blast furnace slag content are dsicussed in this paper. According to experimental results, as the content of blast furnace slag increases, concrete gains high strength moderately at later stage and surface glossing increase. It shows that glossing decrease with age. Surface glossing shows high as W/B decreases and surface coating is applied. Concrete according to form type shows good results in surface glossing in order for acryl form, fancy form and steel form.

Exposed concrete execution is utilized insufficiently due to surface honecomb and undesirable appearance by entrapped air when existing placing method is applied. Therefore, surface glossing and impact properties of cement mortar incorporating fiber glass net blast furnace slag, expansive admixture and Polypropylene fiber are investigated in order to develop precast exposed concrete pannel by dry construction method. The kinds of the forms, placing method and admixture contents are varied. According to test results, surface glossing decrease with elapse of age. Considering the form kinds, surface glossing with acryle + astage shows the best performance. Placing horizontally shows positive results in reducing surface defects such as honecomb. Impacting resistance shows the best performance when glass fiber net applied, due to the enhance in toughness and absorption of impact.

최형섭 과학기술처 장관은9월11일(목) 국립과학관에서 광복30주년 제21회 과학전에 출품된 186점의 심사결과 최고상(대통령상)1점 특상8점 우수상15점 장려상30점이 선정되었다고 발표했다. 치장관은 이날 기자회견에서 과학전람회를 개최하는 것은 과학기술의 발전과 국민생활의 과학화를 위해 풍토조성의 계기를 마련하는데 있다고 말했다. 최장관은 또 금년도에 출품된 작품은 전반적으로 예년에 비하여 수준이 향상되었고 각종 자품의 연구과정에서 국공립연구기관과 대학연구기관의 이용 및 협조가 뚜렷이 드러났다고 말했다. 최장관은 앞으로 과학전은 청소년 학생 교수 일반인들이 과학기술을 이해하고 관심을 갖도록 풍토조성을 장기적으로 펴나갈것이며 산업기술부문의 수상작품은 실용화 할 수 있도록 적극 지원하고 명년도 부터는 수상작품의 상금도 올릴예정이라고 말했다.

The properties of surface-glossing of exposed concrete with the kinds of form materials and form oil are investigated under various slump value. According to the experimental results, surface-glossing has high value with the increase of slump. In case of surface-glossing with the kind of the form, the form made of acryl has the best performance among the form kinds tested in this experiment. The order of surface-glossing is follows ; fancy plywood > metal form > plywood. Water solution type form oil has better performance in surface-glossing than oil solution type form oil. Also, surface-glossing get worse with the elapse of age.

This paper is dealt with the ways of the improvement of the surface glossing of exposed concrete through the construction field test. The field applied in this test is located at Daechon, Chungnam province where the service training institute of Chongju university has been built. The flowing method is applied. According to the test results, as water to cement ratio, or slump increase after flowed, surface glossing tends to be improved. As for the effects of the forms typer, following orders, which is shown to be better surface glossing values, are given; Acryle > fancy wood forms > steel forms > plywood forms.
