경영환경의 급속한 변화와 정보시스템의 발달로 인해 기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 하고 있다. 최근에는 국내외 많은 기업들이 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ERP(Enterprise Resourse Planning)를 이미 도입하였거나 또는 도입할 예정으로 있다. 2) 이러한 ERP시스템이 이전에는 대형 기업을 중심으로 한 시스템 구축이 주류를 이루고 있었다. 하지만 최근에는 국내 ERP업체들의 활성화로 인해 독자적인 ERP 패키지의 개발로 중소기업을 위한 ERP구축 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이렇게 기업 경쟁력을 제고시키는 수단으로 각광을 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 제조, 물류, 유통, 인사/회계 관리 등의 업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 대형기술로 제조기업의 모든 기능을 망라한 전사적인 통합솔루션으로서 단순히 정보 기술차원의 접근 방법이 아닌 정보기술과 비즈니스의 조화를 이루려는 경영 전략 차원의 접근 방법이다. 3) 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구축 경험을 바탕으로 I기업(중소기업)을 대상으로 ERP 구축 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 먼저 I기업의 정보화 수준 측정을 통해 ERP 구축 전 기업의 경영환경과 정보시스템 활용도 및 사용자 만족도를 파악하고, ERP 시스템을 도입하게 된 배경과 구축 과정 및 결과와 기대 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로, ERP 시스템 구현의 성공적인 요인들을 찾아내어 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하려 한다.

삼원정공(대표.양용식)의 성공 스토리는 이미 알만한 사람은 다 알 정도로 성공기업의 대표 격이 된지 오래다. 아주 거창하고 첨단의 경영기법을 사용하여 성공의 반열에 오른 것도 아니고 단지 꾸준하게 한마음 한뜻으로 기본기에만 충실한 결과 놀라울만한 성과를 거둔 기업이기에 더욱 주목받는 것이고, 그 기법을 전수받고자 여전히 곳곳에서 삼원정공의 문간을 넘나들고 있다. 주변에서는 사양산업이라고 하는 스프링을 제조하며 창사 이래 34년 동안 한번도 불황 없이 호황을 누리는 삼원정공에는 정말 특별한 것이 있다. 새해를 맞아 경기침체, 중국의 공세, 단가 하락 등 고민 많은 제조업체들에게 이러한 삼원정공의 신화는 해법을 제시함은 물론 새로운 의지를 촉발시키는 계기가 되지 않을까.

인터넷으로 대표되는 디지털 환경은 개인의 생활 및 기업의 환경에도 엄청난 변화를 주고 있으며 이러한 변화에 적응하기 위한 기업의 생존 전략은 자동화로 인한 생산성 증대, 표준화로 인한 원가절감 및 정보화로 인한 신속한 의사 결정으로 대변할 수 있으며 특히 제조 기업에서 경영 시스템을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로서의 MES 구축은 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 MES의 개요 및 기본 기능에 대해서 설명하였으며 제조 공정에서의 MES 시스템 적용 사례를 K 타이어 주식회사를 실례로 설명하였다.

Currently many companies have realized that producing efficient product does not guarantee the market differentiation. Realizing the problem, those companies are actively pursuing the servitization strategy. However complexities in selecting the right service areas among many choices along with in developing service strategies and organizational structures remain unsolved to many manufacturing companies. This paper is about an exploratory study in which, through in-depth case analysis, we observed how a manufacturing company successfully managed to transform to the service company. Through this study, we have found that successful transformation needs to resolve many conflicting issues such as channels among existing and new sales front, organizational restructuring due to conflicting in evaluation and human resource requirements required for responding to customers in the field. This 'Hansam' case study provides managers with some guidelines as to how to transform to the service company.

The production management is one of the essential capabilities of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology sector (IT). Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of such important factors as external information network diversity and manufacturing capability on IT SMEs' production management capability. Based on the 310 data collected from Korean SMEs in the IT sector, the ordinary least squares regression results from this study by using the SPSS version 22 have empirically shown that IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive and significant effect on their production management capability and this effect is fully mediated by their manufacturing capability. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of IT SMEs' external information network diversity is linked to their production management capability through their manufacturing capability.

국내 신발산업(Footwear Industry)은 주로 외국의 대형 바이어에 의존적인 형태로 생산하는 주문자 상표 부착 생산방식이 대부분을 차지하며, 신발 제조에서 인건비가 차지하는 비중이 절대적이어서 대형 바이어들이 중국, 베트남, 인도네시아 등의 저임금 국가로 신발 생산기지를 옮겨가고 있다. 이로 인해 국내 신발산업은 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 사실이다. 또한 국내의 신발제조기업들도 상당수 해외에 생산공장을 운영하고 있으며, 국내 생산공장은 그 규모가 굉장히 축소되어 있거나 혹은 연구개발 및 부품 조달기지로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 신발산업의 환경에 변화에 대해 산업 차원에서 대응할 필요성이 있다. 앞으로 국내 신발산업이 성장하기 위해서는 전체 공급망의 협업체제를 갖추는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 공급망 네트워크 구조를 분석하여 비효율적인 부분을 개선해야 하며, 기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 새롭게 정립하여 혁신해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신발산업의 공급망 네트워크 구조를 분석하여 개선 모델을 제시하였으며, 공급망에서 대부분을 차지하는 신발 완제품 제조기업과 부품 제조기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하여 개선된 비즈니스 프로세스를 제시하였다.

In this article, I were trying to analyze the listed manufacturing companies' trend of productivity and the corporate education & training effect after the financial crisis. According to the analysis, the listed manufacturing companies have decreased their productivity since financial crisis, and from such declining trend. jobless growth and a growth without physical and human capital investment has been observed. Furthermore, there is no efficient labor force coordination within the manufacturing industry; In order to analyze the effect of education & training investment on productivity more deeply, I have practiced the dynamic panel data analysis from constructing the micro panel data which consists of company level information 1997~2008. According to the consequences, dynamic panel data analysis solved the problem of the overestimating education & training effect fairly well.

A smart factory is recognized as a very important requirement for the survival and growth of a company, and it can be said to be an important factor in improving productivity and strengthening competitiveness of a company. In particular, many small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Korea are making efforts to meet the needs of various markets through smart factories. Building and utilizing smart factories is very important for improving and innovating the production environment of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. This is important for many companies as well as small and medium-sized manufacturing companies to introduce and utilize smart factories in the future to induce active participation by members of the organization without feeling reluctance or anxiety about changes in smart factories, thereby increasing the utilization of smart factories. was able to confirm.

Regarding the small- and medium-sized enterprises in Korea that manufacture the railway vehicle parts, there are over 250 related companies. And they have been surviving in the form of producing and delivering the parts of the railway vehicles by importing the technologies and the products of the foreign countries rather than possessing their own technological abilities. Due to this, regarding the industry of the core components of the railroads, the dependence on the overseas has been high. As such, although, for supporting the small- and medium-sized enterprises that manufacture the railway vehicle parts, the government has been strengthening the diverse policy supports, it is a fact that the effectiveness of the support is not high. And, in order to effectively support these, there is a need to understand clearly and definitely what the important promotion factors are in the process of the technology commercialization. Accordingly, through the precedent researches regarding the factors that promote the technology commercializations of the small- and medium-sized enterprises that manufacture the railway vehicle parts, this research had extracted 10 main items. And the level of the importance of these indices was analyzed by using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). As a result of the AHP analysis, the factors within a corporation appeared to be the most important factor. And, as for the lower-ranking item, the commercialization capability was analyzed to be the most important item. It is highly expected that the contents and the results of this research will be usefully used when formulating the planning of the support program and the support policy for the technology commercializations by the public research organizations and the railroad management organization, which is an organization that supports the small- and medium-sized enterprises that manufacture the railway vehicle parts.

기술전문인력이 없는 중소기업에서도 활용할 수 있는 산업용 위험기계의 위험성평가 체크리스트를 개발하기 위하여, 기존의 체크리스트를 평가하고 위험도를 보다 합리적으로 파악 관리할 수 있는 간단한 체크리스트를 개발하였다. 제조물책임법의 시행을 앞둔 시점에서 산업용기계ㆍ설비 제조업체가 안전성향상을 통한 제조물 결함대책에 적절히 대응할 자료의 마련을 목적으로 우리업계의 실태를 파악하고 설계단계의 안전성 평가방법과 안전기준을 제시함으로서 제조물책임법 시행에 따르는 기업의 피해를 예방함과 아울러 산업재해 예방에 기여하고자 한다.
