전기제품인 비디오폰{일명 홈오토메이션(HA)기기}은 전기용품안전관리법의 안전인증, 소방법의 형식승인과 검정, 전기통신기본법의 형식승인 등 3개의 법에 의해 각각 동일 또는 유사한 시험을 거쳐 안전인증 및 형식승인을 받아야 하는 불편을 겪고 있다. 이에 한국전기제품안전진흥원에서는 중복된 인증제도를 단일화하여 제조업체의 불편을 해소하고자 규제개혁위원회에 다음과 같은 개선안을 건의하여 제조업체들의 과도한 부담을 제거하고 홈오토메이션기기 산업발전을 촉진하고자

In order to know the situation of statistical Quality Control in Korea, we have surveyedabout 4, 500 manufacturing companies in Korea. Among the first 4, 500 manufacturing companies, 2, 586 companies have answered for the questionairs of the sample survey. In this research a statistical analysis is conducted for the 2, 586 companies and diagnosis of the situation of Statistical Quality Control is Korea in presented in terms of levels of development and degrees of implementation.

많은 제조업체들은 제품 하나에 대한 기준 BOM 시스템을 소유하고 있으나, 대규모로 주문이 들어오는 경우에 대비한, CAD 도면에 따른 소요부품 산출시스템은 대체적으로 보유하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 대규모로 주문이 들어올 경우. 도면에 따른 제품 수를 산출하기 위해서 수작업이 필요하며. 이에 많은 인력이 동원되며 시간도 많이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제조업체의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 대규모 주문에 대비한 CAD 도면에 따른 철제진열대 완제품 생산에 소요되는 소요부품 산출을 위한 시스템을 설계하였다.

콘덴싱 가스보일러의 열 효율이 일반 가스보일러에 비해 최고 9%까지 높은 것으로 조사됐다. 에너지 관리공단의 의뢰를 받아 '가정용 가스보일러 열효율 측정 및 효율등급 기준'을 연구해 온 가스안전공사는 최근 최종 결과를 발표했다. 지난 22일 가스안전공사 대회의실에서 개최된 연구결과 발표 공청회에는 산업지원부, 에너지관리공단, 가스안전공사 및 6개 보일러 제조업체 관계자가 참석해 연구용역 결과를 두고 뜨거운 논쟁이 벌어졌다. 콘덴싱 보일러와 일반 보일러간 난방효율 차이를 밝혀 내는 이번 연구 결과에 따라 국내 대표적인 6개 제조업체들의 시장 점유 판도가 달라질 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 가정용 가스보일러를 고효율 에너지기자재 인증대상에서 제외시킨다는 계획에 대해서도 상당한 이견이 제기됐다.

TTA(한국정보통신기술협회)는 지난 2004년 10월부터 국내 GSM휴대폰 제조업체의 수출진흥을 목적으로 GSM 휴대폰 공인시험소를 구축하여 북미 및 유럽 지역으로 수출되는 GSM휴대폰에 대한 공인인증 시험서비스를 제공하고 있다. 최근에 국내 제조업체들의 북남미 시장 진입이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 현지 진출을 위한 필수 인증시험 단계인 PTCRB 인증시험 수요가 많아짐에 따라 본 고를 통해 PTCRB 인증시험의 개요 및 인증획득 절차를 소개하고자 한다.

2012년 2월 5일을 기점으로 하여 소방검정 시스템에 대하여 전반적인 변화가 있었다. "소방시설 설치 유지 및 안전관리에 관한 법률" 개정시행과 동시에 행정안전부령인 "소방용 기계 기구의 형식승인 등에 관한 규칙"이 "소방용품의 품질관리에 관한 규칙"으로 명칭이 변경되었다. 이에 따라 제품검사방법에 제조업체에서 유통 전에 생산시마다 검사하는 생산제품검사와 제조업체의 품질관리에 따라 검사하는 품질제품검사를 도입하는 등 소방검정시스템이 크게 바뀌었으며 이에 따른 주요 변경사항과 소방검정시스템에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

Packaged meal manufacturing establishments in Seoul city and Kyungkido province were assessed in terms of the sanitary conditions and practices, time and temperature, and microbiological quality. Sanitary check-lists were developed to evaluate the sanitary condition of sampled packaged meal manufacturing establishments. Microbiological tests on.food containers, equipments, and foods in various phases of product flow were done. The results of the study are summarized as follows; 1) Sanitary condition of kitchen.and sanitary practices of employees in.large and medium establishments were evaluated as the some improvement required in order to meet all standards. But sanitary practices of employees in small establishments were evaluated as the unsatisfactory state with negligence or ignorance of safe practice. 2) The microbiological quality of basic ingredients and food materials after pre-preparation were poor. 3) Time and temperature data indicated that phases of holding ingredients at room temperature after cooking, assembly and packaging before delivery were critical. 4) Microbiological test results for food containers, equipments indicated that sanitary conditions of stainless steel ware, knife, wiping clothes and cutting board should be improved promptly. 5) Critical control points identified were ingredients, pre-preparation, Holding, and assembly and packaging. 6) Guidelines were suggested for effective quality control of packaged meals production.

A conveyor system in corrugated manufacturing industry may be in charge of carriage/storage, and may control logistics flow and production activities of products in a manufacturing process which consists of corrugators, conveyors, and printer-slotter systems. It identifies problems that the conveyor system in this case study is overloaded and often operated manually. This research is to evaluate e the conveyor system though simulation model of technological evaluation beyond d eco-nomic and qualitative one. The rate of operation and the load of the conveyor system are used as parameters in the simulation. This paper suggests a direction to a new conveyor system implementation the basis of the results that are derived by new alternatives based on current model. The best alternative is supposed to be the number of conveyors and the operation times of the printer-slotter that may be increased at the same time.

This paper proposes a web service that provides consumers with necessary information to make rational purchases of bottled water. The web service or dedicated mobile application introduced in this paper offers brand-specific manufacturer information and bottled water brand information produced by manufacturers. In addition, detailed information about the manufacturer such as location, environmental quality grade of the Ministry of Environment, and brand/capacity-specific prices are provided to consumers who use the proposed service in this paper. By utilizing the proposed service in this paper, users can receive guidance on how to make rational purchases of the bottled water they need, enabling them to consume economically and healthily.
