본 논문은 초고속 통신망 구축의 핵인 ATM 교환기가 1998-2010년 동안에 국가에 미치는 효과를 경제적 가치와 비경제적 가치로 나누어 평가한 것이다. 경제적 가치는 낙관, 비관 및 중간의 3가지 시나리오에 입각하여 측정한 결과, 명시적 생산유발효과가 약 4조원∼약5조원, 타산업 생산성 증대 효과 등의 묵시적 경제효과는 약 4조원∼약 6조원에 달할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 총 경제적 효과는 약 8조원∼약 11조원으로 추정되었다. 한편 비경제적 가치는 약 18조원∼약31조원에 이를 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비경제적 효과가 경제적 효과보다 2배 이상 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이유는 ATM 교환기가 중간재 성격을 띄고 있는 기술이기 때문으로 평가된다. 이 결과는 소비재의 경우 경제적 가치가 비경제적 가치보다 크다는 민완기 외(2000)와 설성수 외(2000b)와 대비되는 것이다. 또한 1999년말 경제적 가치는 매우 작은 것으로 나타났는데 이는 시장상황변화에 따라 기술개발효과가 줄었기 때문이다. 이것은 기술예측의 중요성을 말해주고 있다.

This paper aims to uncover and discuss characteristics of citizen participatory transdisciplinary research which has been gaining momentum in recent years in the form of social-problem solving R&D program and sustainability science research. Two key questions are examined. One is related to the mechanism of cooperation in knowledge production among participants, namely scientists and citizens(extra-academics), while the other is examining whether the output of participatory research activity is more than journals or patents. Diverse strands of literature on knowledge and knowledge production including Mode 2, Learning modes and the notion of co-production of knowledge and social order are drawn and critically reviewed to elucidate the characteristics of citizen participatory transdisciplinary research.

최근 들어 국내에서는 도서지방을 잇는 연육교와 해상구간을 통과하는 대형교량의 건설이 활발히 진행되면서 해상조건에서 발생하는 교량세굴에 대처하기 위한 연구의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 해상조건의 세굴현상을 파악하기 위한 적절한 세굴평가 기준이 제시되어 있지 않고 대부분 자연 하천교량 기준에 의해 해상교량의 세굴평가가 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 교량에서 발생하는 세굴 현상은 교량 기초의 안정성에 치명적인 영향을 줄 수 있고 나아가서는 교량의 붕괴 원인이 될 수 있다. 또한 교량기초 지반의 지지력 부족이나 적정피복두께 결여 등의 원인으로 구조적인 문제점을 초래할 수 있다. 해상교량의 경우에는 조석에 의한 왕복류, 파 흐름의 상호작용, 점착성 지반 등 세굴에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들이 복합적으로 작용하므로 교량 건설 전부터 해상조건을 반영한 다각적인 세굴검토가 요구된다. 본 연구는 강한 조석류가 작용하고 넓은 조간대를 형성하고 있는 인천대교의 세굴심을 합리적으로 산정하기 위하여 다학제적인 연구를 시도한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 해상조건의 침식유발특성을 파악하기 위한 연구로서 수치모형 및 수리모형 실험을 수행하고, 지반종류에 따른 침식저항능력을 파악하기 위한 세굴률 실험을 수행하였다. 더불어 인천대교 건설현장에 타설되어 있는 대구경 시험말뚝에 대한 실시간 세굴모니터링을 실시하여 얻은 현장관측 자료를 검증자료로 사용함으로써 종합적인 세굴검토를 통하여 다학제적이고 합리적인 해상교량의 세굴심을 평가하고자 한다.

양화문 안의 강 양화사와 약 양화사가 전제적/비전제적 해석과 관련된 영향권 다툼의 과정에서도 약 양화사가 주어이든 목적어이든지 표면 형태에서 VP로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 경우에는 전제적 해석만을 받게 되어 양화문에 중의성이 발생하지 않는다. 그런데 타동사의 목적어나 비대격 주어 등의 약 양화사가 초점에 민감한 경우에 비전제적 해석이 가능하게 되어 중의적인 문장이 될 수 있다고 본다. 표면구조상 VP 밖에 위치한 약 양화사라도 초점화 되면, 초점투사를 통하여 논리 형태에서 형성된 초점의 영향권(초점 구문) 안에 들어있게 되며, 이때의 초점이 가지는 영향권은 핵 영향권과 일치한다. 즉, 초점은 안에 있는 약 양화사가 핵 영향권 안에서 비전제적으로 해석되도록 하는 동력으로 작용한다고 볼 수 있다.

This he problem of youth unemployment is already a very serious social problem at home and abroad, and entrepreneurship, which is one of the ways to solve the problem of youth unemployment, has been studied with interest from various fields. Entrepreneurship not only overcomes the economic crisis, but also plays a role in nurturing innovative talents in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. For this reason, it can be said that research for activating entrepreneurship for college students is very important. The purpose of this study is to examine how individual entrepreneurial orientation and goal orientation affect economic entrepreneurial motivation and non-economic entrepreneurial motivation in order to confirm the effect of college students' economic entrepreneurial motivation and non-economic entrepreneurial motivation. In addition, in the relationship between individual entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial motivation (economical and non-economic), we will examine whether goal orientation has a mediating effect. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that the individual entrepreneurial orientation of university students had a positive (+) effect on the goal orientation. Second, it was confirmed that the goal orientation of college students had a positive (+) effect on economic entrepreneurial motivation and positive (+) influence on non-economic entrepreneurial motivation. third, it was confirmed that the individual entrepreneurial orientation of college students had a positive (+) effect on economic entrepreneurial motivation, and a positive (+) effect on non-economic entrepreneurial motivation. Fourth, it was confirmed that college students' goal orientation had a mediating effect in the relationship between individual entrepreneurial orientation and economic entrepreneurial motivation, and also had a mediating effect in the relationship between individual entrepreneurial orientation and non-economic entrepreneurial motivation.
