  • A new integral variable structure system without the reaching phase problems is presented for the prescribed control of the BLDDSM under load variation and parameter uncertainties. The control technique can yields the complete robustness of initially prescribed output dynamics in the sliding surface against the modeling errors. The comparative simulation and experiment studies of the BLDDSM position control are carried out in comparison with two previous algorithms.

  • A robust position tracking controller of the BLDDM sensitive to the load torque disturbance and inertia variation is constructed It is consisted of the linear feedback controller and the nonlinear feedforward compensator using the neural network. With effietive feedforward compensation of neural network, the robust position control can be obtained, which is verified by computer simulations.

  • This paper presents for the torque characteristics and improving the efficiency of driving system of electric bicycle which applied IEWPM(Independently Excited Winding Permanent Magnet) motor. IEWPM motor can expand the number of phase from 3 phases to multiphase like SRM motor because stator windings are unconnected directly. BLDC motor raise rotor'-s electromagnetic torque per unit volume by using Spoke type permanent magnet. By using two photo sensor per phase and applying excited width, advance angle and bipolar control, we confirmed higher torque at a low speed, higher out-put at a high speed, and efficiency improvement at a wide speed control area.

  • 본 논문은 이차공기송풍기를 가변 회전수 제어하여 소내 소비 전력을 절감하고, 전동기의 직입기동에 의한 스트레스를 줄이기 위하여 실증 적용된 발전소 이차 공기송풍기 구동용 H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터에 관한 것이다. H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터는 독립적으로 절연된 직류 부를 갖는 저압의 단상 인버터(셀 인버터)를 다수 직렬 접속하여 고압 3상 전압을 출력하는 Cascaded H-브릿지 전압형 인버터이다. 주요내용은 국산 인버터 발전소 현장적용 기술을 바탕으로 대형 인버터 현장 실측 내용과 적용시의 문제점들을 다루어 발전소에 확대 적용에 도움을 주고자한다.

  • A new type of motor-driven Total Artificial Heart(TAH) system with rolling cylinder mechanism has been developed. Brushless DC motor was chosen as energy converter and controlled by PI controller according to the given velocity profile under the highly time-varying load. Computer simulation was also performed to calculate the optimal gains of PI controller which minimize the input power, one of the most important parameter in artificial heart system.

  • This paper presents the result of driving performance analysis of PMSM type AC servo motor based on control system using a microprocessor. The experiment using the microprocessor is tested with a 120[v], 200[w] PMSM type AC servo motor. The PWM signal generated in the microprocessor for the servo motor voltage is chapped by power transistor modules to change the AC servo motor speed. The torque of the AC servo motor with a permanent magnet can be easily controlled over a wide range by changing the AC servo motor current.

  • 유도 전동기를 제어하기 위한 일반적인 상용인버터는 다이오드 정류부, 평활용 Cap부, 인버터부로 구성된다. 시스템의 설계에 따라 가감속을 선정 할 수 있으며 산업현장에서는 부하의 관성이 큰 경우에 빠른 감속이 요구되는 경우가 있다. 상용 인버터는 감속 시 소비되는 에너지 외에 회생에 사용되며 회생 에너지에 비례하여 DC 링크 전압이 커지는데 이는 인버터의 소손 원인이 된다. DB유닛으로 이 문제를 해결해 줄 수 있지만 가격적인 부담을 가지고 있다. 부하의 관성이 크고 감속시간이 짧은 경우 DC 링크 과전압 방지를 위해 모터 출력의 정격에 맞는 출력지령을 내보내는 기술에 경제형 상용 인버터 시스템에 맞게 지령을 조정하는 부분을 추가하여 본 논문의 감속기법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 DB유닛을 사용하지 않았으며, 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

  • The adaptation to vector control theory is so generalized that it is widely used for implementing the high-performance of AC machine. Nowadays, One-Chip microprocessors or DSP chips are being well-used to implement Vector Control algorithm. DSP Chip have less flexibility for memory decoding and I/O rather than One-Chip microprocessor so that is requires more additional circuit and high cost. And the past One-Chip micro processors have difficult of implementation the complex algorithm because of small memory capacity and low arithmetic performance. Therefore we implemented the vector control algorithm of PMSM(Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motors) using 80296SA form intel , which have many features as 6M memory space, 500MHz clock frequency, including memory decoding circuit and general I/O, Special I/O(EPA, Interrupt controller, Timer/Count, PWM generator) which is proper controller for the complex algorithm or operation program requiring so much memory capacity, So in this paper we fully digitized the vector control of PMSM included SVPWM Voltage controller using the intel 80296SA

  • This paper describes the controller for the improving speed control the AC servo motor. The microprocessor provides an output to the difference in command. The servo system improves the characteristics of speed control. When the motor is running at the same speed as set by the reference signal, the speed encoder also provides a signal the same frequency. Thus, the microprocessor controlled digital techniques enable to realize the flexible performance and control which was possible with time constant. We can know that PI control using neural networks by 80196 can control efficiently speed of AC Servo motor. Finally experimental results prove excellent performance of this control system. The system can be adaptable to CNC machine.

  • The high performance position controller named 'Unified PID Position Controller'is presented in part 1 of this paper. In part 2, we provide smart gain adjustment methods including the freedom utilizations for rare sensitivity toward the system parameter variation and for increasing the stiffness of the system. Owing to the provided gain tuning strategy, the overall system characteristics can be stabilized without over-shoot phenomena when the system parameter is changed in the rate of from 0.5 to 2∼4. Moreover, for the actual feasibility to the industrial fields, a simple butt effective anti-windup strategy prohibiting the integral component of the PID position controller from saturation is presented too. All of the presented algorithms are verified through the experiment works with commercial linear motor.
