The container terminal operators established a re-marshalling plan to reduce the loading operation time and the release operation time. Re-marshalling is to rearrange the containers in the container yard to the advantageous position to shorten the working time using the spare time of the automated yard crane. This study assumed the automated container terminal with a perpendicular layout and deals with the inter-bay re-marshalling planning problem in a yard block. The inter-bay re-marshalling plan determines the container to be moved, the location to be relocated, and the sequence of relocation operations. This study presents a mixed integer programming model that simultaneously determines the storage location and the operation sequence while satisfying the spatial availability during the re-marshalling. Numerical experiments are conducted to understand re-marshalling operation using a beam search method.

즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. To fulfill the complex user requirement, composition web service comprised of existing services is considered from the efficient and reusable point of view instead of making entirely new web service. However, with the growing the number of web services which provide the same functionality but differ in quality value, the service composition becomes a decision problem on which component services should be selected such that end-to-end QoS constraints by the client and overall QoS of the composition service are satisfied. QoS of service aspects is a determinant factor for selecting the services, since the performance of the composed service is determined by the performance of the involved component web service. In this paper, hybrid genetic algorithm is presented to select component services to take part in the QoS-aware composition. The local search method is used to be combined with the genetic algorithm to improve the individuals (component service) in population as well as composed service. The paper also presents a set of experiments conducted to evaluate the efficiency of selection algorithm using the real web service data.
Response surface methodology(RSM) is a very useful statistical techniques for improving and optimizing the product process. By this reason, RSM has been utilized extensively in the industrial world, particularly in the circumstances where several product variables potentially influence some quality characteristic of the product. In order to estimate the optimal condition of product variables, an experiment is being conducted defining appropriate experimental region. However, this experimental region can vary with the experimental circumstances and choice of a researcher. Response surface designs can be classified, according to the shape of the experimental region, into spherical and cuboidal. In the spherical case, the design is either rotatable or very near-rotatable. The central composite design(CCD)s widely used in RSM is an example of 5-level and spherical design. The cuboidal CCDs(CCDs with ${\alpha}=1$) is appropriate when an experimental region is cuboidal but this design dose not satisfy the rotatability as it is not spherical. Practically, a 3-level spherical design is often required in the industrial world where various level of experiments are not available. Box-Behnken design(BBD)s are a most popular 3-level spherical designs for fitting second-order response surfaces and satisfy the rotatability but the experimental region does not vary with the number of variables. The new experimental design with expanded experimental region can be considered if the predicting response at the extremes are interested. This paper proposes a new 3-level spherical RSM which are constructed to expand the experimental region together with number of product variables.
Non-face-to-face classes continue due to Covid-19. There have been e-learning classes since the past, but the difference is that the current non-face-to-face classes are blended classes that combine real-time and recording classes or combine face-to-face and non-face classes. It is also characterized by being able to self-filmed or choose various lecture platforms in a place other than a dedicated studio. The advantages of non-face-to-face classes can be learned beyond time and space, and repetitive viewing and learning speed can be adjusted. Greening classes have no time and place constraints, and real-time classes have the advantage of high communication effects with learners. Evaluating whether non-face-to-face classes provide sufficient quality compared to face-to-face classes or e-learning will be necessary if branded classes are considered for post Covid. In this paper, for the evaluation of the service quality of non-face-to-face classes, the essential attributes desired by the instructors were derived from the viewpoint of Kano quality attributes and a quality improvement plan was proposed. After expressing the degree of functions that non-face-to-face classes should have on the X-axis and the satisfaction of learners on the Y-axis, 23 quality attributes were classified into 6 quality dimensions. In addition, satisfaction coefficient, dissatisfaction coefficient, and customer satisfaction improvement index were derived. As a result, 50% of learners were satisfied with non-face-to-face classes, but the preference was slightly higher than satisfaction, suggesting the sustainability of non-face-to-face classes. In terms of the customer satisfaction improvement index, the ranking of attributes with the largest increase in satisfaction when improving class quality was as follows. Professors' quick answers to learners' questions, content that can fully explain the subject, what the professor explains easily, develop high-quality content that can be learned on mobile phones, fairness of attendance checks, and real-time classes should start on time.
This paper presents a performance estimation technique based on queuing analysis for on-chip bus matrix architectures of Multi-Processor System-on-Chips(MPSoCs). Previous works relying on time-consuming simulation are not able to explore the vast design space to cope with increasing time-to-market pressure. The proposed technique gives accurate estimation results while achieving faster estimation time than cycle -accurate simulation by order of magnitude. We consider the followings for the modeling of practical memory subsystem: (1) the service time with the general distribution instead of the exponential distribution and (2) multiple-outstanding transactions to achieve high performance. The experimental results show that the proposed analysis technique has the accuracy of 94% on average and much shorter runtime ($10^5$ times faster at least) compared to simulation for the various examples: the synthetic traces and real-time application, 4-channel DVR.

In order to provide the optimal location based services such as the optimal moving path search or the scheduling pattern prediction, the extraction of significant moving pattern which is considered the temporal and spatial properties of the location-based historical data of the moving objects is essential. In this paper, for the extraction of significant moving pattern we propose the location generalization method which translates the location attributes of moving object into the spatial scope information based on $R^*$-tree for more efficient patterning the continuous changes of the location of moving objects and for indexing to the 2-dimensional spatial scope. The proposed method generates the moving sequences which is satisfied the constraints of the time interval between the spatial scopes using the generalized spatial data, and extracts the significant moving patterns using them. And it can be an efficient method for the temporal pattern mining or the analysis of moving transition of the moving objects to provide the optimal location based services.

Enhanced Distributed Channel Access (EDCA) is a channel access scheme adopted by the IEEE 802.11e draft standard for QoS-enabled wireless local area networks. It classifies traffic into separate Access Categories (ACs) and achieves service differentiation by allowing each AC to have its own values of channel access parameters. This paper proposes a scheme to dynamically adapt the EDCA parameters to traffic environment so that they both maximize the throughput of non real-time traffics and meet the delay and throughput constraints of real-time traffics. For this purpose, we develop a design algorithm for efficient exploration of the EDCA parameter space. Using the algorithm, we derive a Pareto curve fur delay-throughput trade-off in each anticipated traffic environment. The Pareto database can then be used to optimally adjust the parameter according to the traffic environment and administrative policies. Simulation results show that compared with the default parameter configuration, the proposed scheme is better for delay, throughput guarantee and can improve the throughput of non real-time traffics by 12% on average.

This paper proposes a dynamic human pose tracking method using motion-based search strategy from an image sequence obtained from a monocular camera. The proposed method compares the image features between 3D human model projections and real input images. The method repeats the process until predefined criteria and then estimates 3D human pose that generates the best match. When searching for the best matching configuration with respect to the input image, the search region is determined from the estimated 2D image motion and then search is performed randomly for the body configuration conducted within that search region. As the 2D image motion is highly constrained, this significantly reduces the dimensionality of the feasible space. This strategy have two advantages: the motion estimation leads to an efficient allocation of the search space, and the pose estimation method is adaptive to various kinds of motion.
Construction of large-scale container ports with the productivity improvements in container cranes shortened time of staying port to increase the level of service it harbors efforts accelerated. About container crane system exerted on the input, which is designed to look good performance considering the states feedback control system. The states observer designed of container cranes state variables that are expected to measurement noise or particular measurement signal. In the status of existing research, the feedback gain matrix and the state observer gain matrix are searched by being separated solving. But the feedback gain matrix and the state observer gain matrix are searched by RCGAs at once that be used robust search method in this paper.
