농림부는 최근 환절기를 맞아 IMF여파에 따른 사료수급문제 및 첨가제 사용 감소 등 영향에 따라 전국 양돈단지에 설사병 등 돼지질병이 발생하여 일부 양돈농가에 경제적 손실을 끼치고 있다고 밝히고, 이를 막기 위하여 3월 13일 "설사병 예방을 위한 HACCP 프로그램"을 만들어 중앙공동방역사업단 및 관련업체 해당 사업단이 적극 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Problem representation is a key aspect in solving word problems. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of instructional program based on visual schema representing five types of word problems(Marshall, 1995). Two second grade classes of an elementary school located in Seoul were participated in this study. In experimental class, an instructional program including schema tools were suggested and administered and the other comparison group did have regular classes using diagrams and tables. Pre and post test including 15 word problems each were utilized to test students' problem solving ability. In addition, test scores on students' language ability were used to control the effects of word comprehension level on problem solving. The result revealed that experimental group showed higher problem representation and solving scores after controling the effects of pre-test. In addition, there was significant positive correlation between the ability to apply exact problem schema and problem solving results. The correlation was .58. This study showed even in the early developmental stage young students can get benefits from having instructions of word problem schema.

The purpose of this study is to develop the prevention program of child abuse and to verify the effects of the program for marriage immigrant women in Korea. The prevention program was consist of 5 sessions and it was provided to participants once a week for five weeks. Participants were recruited thru the community centers for multi-cultural families in Korea. This study verified the effects of the prevention program with the comparison groups(pre-post). With the independent-samples t-test and paired-samples t-test, the program verified significant effects on the variables of acculturation stress, social support, and recognition of social policy. This study suggests the parenting education of child abuse for multi-cultural families in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to develop students' creativity and artistic sensitivity by developing a convergence education program that links various subjects, including mathematics, science, and art based on design. Design is done in almost every human activity that pursues beauty and implements cultural value through patterns and images. We have developed three programs for elementary school students and two programs for middle school students, taking into consideration the achievement standards and curriculum content appropriate for the 2015 revised curriculum. It was assessed by a panel of five educational experts during the development and demonstration courses to evaluate the feasibility of the development program. The development program can enhance the design literacy and design sense of elementary and junior high school students and can be used convergent educational contents that can be applied in the free-semester system activities of junior high school. Through this program, adolescents who will lead the future design society will be able to acquire the sense of design, literacy, and design ability as design consumers and producers.

This research sought to study viewers' perception of migrant women who wed Korean men following these women's level of specialty as shown on multi-cultural TV program by focusing on university students. Post test control group design method was utilized to conduct analysis, which demonstrates that there was a significant difference between the viewers on the professional migrant women and on the non-professional migrant women when it comes to the categories such as, 'Migrant women have specialized skills', 'migrant women have outstanding communication skills' and 'migrant women are independent minded.' Because of the existence (or non-existence) of professional careers as shown on TV program can affect viewers' perception of migrant women, it is necessary to develop measures such as development of expert group's advising system and to guarantee migrant women's diversity.

자본과 노력의 결실로 이뤄진 온라인데이터베이스의 정당한 가치를 보호하기 위해 우리나라는 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법, 온라인 디지털콘텐츠산업발전법 등의 관련법을 제ㆍ개정해 이에 적극적으로 대처하고 있다. 구체적으로 데이터베이스의 보호를 강화하기 위해 2003년에 저작권법을 개정했다. 이것은 저작권법이 그만큼 빠르게 변화하는 추세에 적응하기 위한 노력이라고 평가할 수 있다. 아울러 컴퓨터프로그램보호법과 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법을 제정해 시행하고 있다. 이에 이번호에는 온라인데이터베이스를 보호하는 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법의 주요내용을 살펴보고 법적 문제를 다루고자 한다.

전력거래소에서는 수요관리에 대한 지원금을 수요측의 입찰제도를 통하여 결정하는 시범사업을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문은 수요입찰에 의한 지원금의 결정에 관여하는 급전계획 프로그램에 대한 내용을 기술하고 있다. Scheduling 프로그램은 수요의 비선형 특성을 고려하기 위하여 혼합정수계획법(MIP)을 이용하여 작성하였으며 효용성을 입증하기 위한 사례검토를 수행하였다.

국민형 pc의 보급, 학습자의 자기 주도적 학습능력을 향상을 위한 제7차 교육과정의 실현이 바로 앞에 다가오고 있다. 이러한 시대적 변화 속에서 초등수학교육도 수학적 사고력과, 창의력과 문제 해결력 향상을 위해 학습자의 직접적인 경험을 요구하고 있다. 여기에 수학과 교수-학습에서 컴퓨터 활용에 초점을 둔 방향의 전환이 필요하다. 현재 프로그램 중에서는 많은 사용자를 확보하고 접관이 용이한 엑셀프로그램을 동하여 수와 연산, 도형, 측정, 관계영역에서 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 실시간 시스템의 시간 제약이 제대로 만족되는가를 시스템 수행 중에 감시하는 수행시간 모니터를 구현하기 위한 환경으로 실시간 객체 모델인 TMO(Time-triggered Message-triggered Object) 모델과 Windows 98NT 상의 TMO 프로그램 실행 환경인 WTMOS(Windows TMO System)를 이용한다. 모니터의 대상과 모니터하는 조건을 TMO 프로그램에 명시하는 방법이 연구되었고 정의된 모니터 기능을 WTMOS 내부와 TMO 형태의 응용 객체로 분산시켜서 적은 비용으로 모니터 시스템을 구축하는 효과적인 방법이 개발되었다.
