This study surveyed the relationship between television viewers' ages and Korean broadcasting companies' credibility and viewers' political involvement and resistant behavioral intention based on total 1,026 participants(206 adolescents, 518 college students, and 302 adults) during President Park, Guen Hye's political scandal. The results indicate that there is a significant difference between ages on political involvement and resistant behavioral intention. College students shows the higher scores of political involvement and resistant behavioral intention, followed by adolescents and adults. Secondly, the higher score of credibility on KBS and MBC news, the lower scores of political involvement and resistant behavioral intention, the higher scores of credibility on SBS and JTBC news, the higher score of political involvement and resistant behavioral intention.

Trust is generally assumed to be an important precondition for people's adoption of e-government services. This study analyzes the direct and indirect impact of information privacy, interactivity, subjective norms and words-of-mouth on perceived trust of e-government services and trust toward government. The Partial Least Square(PLS) was applied to the citizen survey data for hypotheses testing. PLS permits the simultaneous testing of cause-effect hypotheses while also allowing evaluation of the measurement model. Statistical results indicate that interactivity, subjective norms and words-of-mouth positively affects perceived trust of e-government services, which in turn affects the level of political efficacy and the trust toward the government. Interactivity has been found to affect words-of-mouth as well. However, information privacy has no significant effect on the trust of e-government services.

실제 구조물에 있어 확률, 통계 및 이론으로 구해진 랜덤성을 갖는 객관적 불확실성뿐만 아니라 설계자의 경험이나 공학적 판단에 의해 주관적으로 평가되는 인간오차나 시공중의 과오 또는 구조설계에 미치는 사회적, 정치적 및 경제적 요청 등의 퍼지성을 갖는 주관적 불확실성이 존재하기 때문에 현실적으로 랜덤성과 퍼지성을 동시에 고려한 실뢰성평가 즉, 안전성평가에 대한 퍼지이론의 도입이 필수 불가결하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 구조물의 객관적·주관적 불확실성을 동시에 고려한 신뢰성해석방법으로 베이즈의 의사결정이론에 퍼지이론을 병합한 퍼지-베이즈 신뢰성해석 알고리즘을 개발하여 건축구조물의 신뢰성평가 및 안전성평가에 적용하여 분석하였다.

In this research, we analyzed the structural (influence) of citizens' political awareness and political participation on the settlement of political culture. The results are as follows. Firstly, the analysis of the relationship between the citizens' political awareness and political reliability in Hypothesis 1 showed that the higher their election sense and self-efficacy, the higher their satisfaction with and evaluation of politics. Secondly, the analysis of the relationship between the citizens' political awareness and social sense of belonging in Hypothesis 2 showed that the higher the election sense and recognition in society, the higher the social sense of belonging. Thirdly, the analysis of the influence of political reliability on political participation in Hypothesis (3) showed that the higher the political satisfaction and political assessment, the higher the positive participation in politics and negative participation in politics. Fourth, in the analysis of the influence of social sense of belonging on political participation in Hypothesis 4, it was found that the higher the citizens' social belonging awareness, the higher the positive political participation and negative political participation. Therefore, it was found that the higher the political awareness of the citizens, such as their election sense and knowledge about their politicians, the more positive were their political reliability and political participation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of source credibility of political youtubers on attitude toward contents and politicians/political party and political decision making. The total number of 326 responses from online survey were analyzed. Results indicate that three factors of source credibility, similarity, charisma, and expertise positively affected attitude toward political contents on youtube in statistical significance. Five attributes of source credibility, familiarity, charisma, similarity, attractiveness, and trustworthiness positively affected attitude toward political youtube contents and politicians/political parties. Furthermore, attitude toward contents and politicians/political parties significantly increased voting intention to politicians/political parties.

남북의 상호이해, 신뢰회복, 이질감 완화를 위해 대내외적 정치적인 변수에 상관없이 남북방송교류는 지속되어야 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 사회문화적, 단발적인 남북방송교류를 비정치적인 분야인 방송기술협력을 기반으로 한 장기적이고 지속적인 프로젝트형 남북방송교류로 전환하는 하는 것이 필요하다. 본고는 평화공존과 협력이라는 방향성 아래 남북이 상생할 수 있는 효과적인 방송기술협력 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

As newspapers which have been major news media are being replaced by on-line news media in recent years, many researchers are paying attention to "comments(news users' short remarks on an article)", a newly emerged way of forming public opinion. This study is examining how the similarity between political disposition of on-line news visitors and that of news media impacts upon their evaluation on quality of comments from the viewpoint of 'social identity theory.' This study may have academic significance because it inspected the pattern of media usage and the cognition of comments in relation to political disposition for the first time and showed 'comments reading' and the function of comments to form public opinion(comments journalism).

동북아시아지역에서 집단안보와 관련된 지역협력체가 형성되기 어려운 이유에는 먼저 체제와 이념이 다른 국가들 사이에서의 강한 지정학적 역학관계가 작동하고 있고, 두 번째로 개별국가 내부의 사회이념과 정치체제의 차이로 인한 이질성이 매우 강하며, 세 번째로 새롭게 형성되고 있는 미-중 관계의 대립적 구도가 군사안보적인 차원에서의 과도한 경쟁관계를 유발하고 있는 동시에, 네번째로 북한의 지속적인 핵과 미사일위협이 지역을 넘어 범세계적인 위협요인으로 작용하고 있으며, 다섯 번째로 장기간 미해결상태에 있는 도서 분쟁이 항시 관련국가들 사이에서의 과도한 민족주의적 갈등을 유발시키고, 이로 인한 적대적인 갈등관계가 지속되고 있는 점 등을 동시대적인 현실적 차원에서의 정치적 장애요인들로 규정해 볼 수 있다. 동시에 이런 현실적 차원에서의 정치적 장애요인들의 근원적인 발생요인으로도 평가될 수 있으며, 특히 동북아 개별국가들이 내세우고 있는 강력한 민족주의 성향과 과거사와 연관된 역사인식에 따른 문화적 이질성의 내면에 존재하는 낭만적 민족주의요소가 동북아 개별국가들 간의 신뢰형성과정을 강력하게 가로막고 있음을 지적할 수 있다. 19세기말에 동북아에 유래된 낭만적 민족주의에 대한 비교국가 차원에서의 심도 있는 분석과 이를 통한 절충점의 발견은, 역설적이지만, 세계 어느 지역보다도 극심한 갈등과 대립국면이 심화된 동북아지역 내의 국가들이 군사안보 및 정치경제차원에서의 보다 원활한 협력관계를 도모하기 위한 첫 단계로서의 공동의 장을 마련할 수 있는 주요한 동기가 될 수 있다.

This article reviewed the status of military force on the DMZ(demilitarized zone) without any confidential problems after literature reviewing on a ceasefire agreement and these powerful military force is judged to be a very serious setback to peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula. Also it suggests the ways to reduce inter-korean military force based on the political and economic phenomenon to preparing for an era of reunification of the Korean Peninsula. The easing of tension on the inter-korean military force is an essential element in building infrastructure of peaceful reunification. From now on, both Seoul and Pyongyang might check inter-Korea exchange cooperation Project and reconcile their differences. Primarily, The troops of DMZ would be minimized by Modernization for Military confidence-building. Increasing North-South hotline as possible further, it could contributes to ease of tension in case of emergency. Political and economic plans should be presented that do not arise the military tension simultaneously with ensuring political and economic aspects in the North Korea's regime.
