The degree of adolescents' life satisfaction is very low and the formation of social relationship through SNS is getting important to adolescents. This study aimed to examine if bridging social capital and bonding social capital through SNS and political-social participation affect the life satisfaction of adolescents. Using 2012 Adolescents Social Media Usage Survey of National Youth Policy Institute, this study analyzed 4708 data by Multiple Regression. The results showed that the life satisfaction of male adolescents was higher than that of female adolescents. And the higher the level of bridging social capital and bonding social capital through SNS and political-social participation was, the higher the level of adolescents' life satisfaction. On the basis of the results, practical suggestions to increase the life satisfaction of adolescents were discussed.

지속적으로 산업시장이 고도화되면서 산업시장분석 역시 빅데이터 수준의 데이터 증가에 따라 분석 업무의 효율성 재고가 더욱 요구되고 있으며, 분석 관점역시 차원이 증가하며 분석 방법론의 새로운 적용 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 활용 가능한 공개데이터베이스의 탐색, 공개데이터 베이스 기반의 산업분석 사례 연구의 분석, 이슈의 선정 및 이슈 관련 산업의 선정, 선정된 이슈와 선정된 산업의 시장분석 주요 주제 파악, 해당 산업의 선정된 분석주제 분석을 위한 영향요인 탐색을 수행하였다. 또한 비공개 데이터를 활용하여 실제 이슈와 관련된 산업의 영향요인을 심층적으로 분석하여 관련 결과를 비교하였다. 이러한 목적에 따라 최근 정치사회적으로 이슈가 되었던 국내 사드(THHAD, 종말고고도지역방어) 배치로 인한 중국의 정치경제적 보복조치로 국내 화장품 산업의 대(對) 중국 수출에 대한 영향을 파악하기 위해 공개 데이터베이스에 기반한 주요 요인을 탐색하고 관련 요인을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 중국의 GDP 대비 재화 및 서비스 수입 비중, 상품 수입액, 인구 15-64세 여성 비중, 도시인구 비중이 지표로써 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며, 이외에 상업서비스 수입 대비 여행서비스비율도 유의미한 지표로 추정되었다. 그러나 사드 보복에 따른 화장품 산업의 중국 수출 규모 심층 연구 결과 중국의 사드 보복에 따른 제도적 조치는 없었으며, 수출 실적 상에서 한국 화장품에 대한 일시적 기간에(2017년 4월, 5월) 수출이 급감하였으며, 이는 한국 화장품에 대한 중국 소비자의 구매의향 및 구매율이 실직적으로 낮아진 것으로 추정되나 6월 이후 중국 화장품 수출 실적은 전년대비 다시 10%이상 성장하면서 지속적인 성장을 이루고 있는 것으로 확인된다.

새로운 인터넷 응용 프로그램들이 등장하면서 망 중립성에 대한 논의는 계속되고 있다. 백본망 제공자의 입장에서 자신의 망에 부과를 주는 응용프로그램들 때문에 비용을 추가로 지불해야 한다는 사실은 오래된 문제이긴 하지만 새롭게 주목을 받고 있다. 많은 연구가 인터넷혼잡에 대한 문제 해결을 위해 가격체계를 도입해야 한다는 사실을 밝혔지만, 종량제 도입시도는 사회적 저항을 불러일으켰다. 하지만 IPTV나 VoIP와 같은 응용프로그램들이 요구하는 품질을 맞추기 위해서 망 투자는 계속되어야 하지만, 정치적 사회적 반대로 인해 사업자의 선택은 제한되어 있다. 한편 인터넷 버전 6를 위한 구축비용이 엄청나며, 새로운 표준 도입의 기술적 문제 때문에 많은 사업자들이 주저하고 있다. 이 논문은 우선대기열을 사용해서, 망 사업자가 무차별, 무계급(non-priority)에 기반한 인터넷에서 차별화된(prioritized) 인터넷 망 서비스를 제공할 때 일어날 수 있는 문제를 살펴본다. 현재의 서비스 수준보다 더 좋거나 같은 수준의 (즉 Pareto-improving) 서비스를 차별화된 가격체계에서 제공할 수 있을지에 대한 가능성과 문제점들을 살펴보면서, 망 사업자와 사용자 모두에게 유익할 수 있는 방안을 검토해 본다.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 더욱 더 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 고령화 사회에 대응하기 위한 클라우드 서비스 비즈니즈 모델을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 고령화 사회를 정의하고 변화를 분석하고 클라우드 산업 비즈니스 모델 구성요소를 찾기 위한 시장 다이나믹스 분석을 통해 클라우드 비즈니스 모델에 영향을 주는 시니어 마켓 변화 동인을 확인하고 시니어 마켓을 활성화하기 위해 고령층의 니즈를 분류한다. 그리고 고객니즈 변화 분석과 가치사슬분석을 하여 나온 고객니즈와 제공하는 기능을 축으로 비즈니스 모델을 설계한다. 또한 시니어 마켓 변화 동인에 따른 환경변화 속에서 성장을 지속 가능하게 하는 비즈니스 모델 진화를 분석한다. 마지막으로 변화하는 비즈니스 모델을 평가하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하여 기업 상황에 맞는 비즈니스 모델을 선택하는데 도움을 두고자 한다.

Following the Industrial Revolution, the United Kingdom achieved political, economic and social development earlier than other countries. The British people, who gained free time, wanted to have library services. Thus, the central government established the Public Libraries and Museums Act in 1850, which was the first in the world. The local government began to establish public libraries using tax income and provided free library services. At present, the operation and services of British public libraries have been developed and are exemplary, compared to South Korea and other developing countries. Thus, this study examined how the central and local governments in the U.K. developed their public library operations and services, and how they operate public libraries.

Social media environment has had a significant effect on 'power shift' over the world. Such change was due to the choice of smart people. Accordingly, the Smart Citizens Party PR strategies of $S^6M^2AR^3T^4$ should be formulated in accordance with times. Now, politicians or parties can gain a Specific, Simplicity, Sharing and Strong Synergy effect through Social Network Service (SNS). In addition, in order to embody Mighty, Measurable, and Achievable policies, policy-makers should formulate policies based on a Realistic basis, which can gain people's Reliability in every field Relevant to people's way of a happy life by giving them Time of equal opportunity and making them share the same vision and Target with Target segmentation for all sorts of people, Together. In this sense, twelve kinds of alternative words in The Smart Citizens Party PH strategies are suggested. The study suggests desirable direction of development and alternatives in regard to the trends of The Smart Citizens Party PR strategies. Alternatives that are given in this research paper will receive the people's choice because they are a dynamic force to execute 'mighty and powerful Korea'.

This study explores gender mechanism of welfare politics in Korea from the perspective of welfare status theory. In the simplistic analysis, it is found that there is no gender difference in welfare attitudes. In the more sophisticated analysis of welfare-status-beased SEM, however, it is found that Korean welfare politics is to be understood in terms of gender-related politics. Three major findings of this study are as follows. Firstly, Korean women possess less pro-welfare attitudes in terms of the status of welfare beneficiary. This is due to the visible gender segregation in the Korean labor market on the one hand and due to the centrality of social insurance programs in the structure of Korean public welfare system on the other hand. Secondly, Korean women have relatively higher level of pro-welfare attitude when it comes to the status of welfare service provider. Thirdly, Korean women tend to be more supportive to pro-welfare parties as they have less chance to be a higher taxpayer. Based on the above mentioned findings, this study concludes that it is possible to make Korean women be more pro-welfare if the Korean welfare state expands more social services that tend to meet urgent needs of women.

공공도서관은 인구통계적, 경제적, 자연적, 기술적, 정치적 환경속에서 지역사회 정보제공과 평생교육의 책임을 가진다. 공공도서관의 홈페이지를 통한 커뮤니케이션으로 행정, 생활, 지역문화, 교육, 직업정보 등을 제공 받을 수 있다. 공공도서관은 지역사회 정보문화센터로 평생교육 프로그램을 제공한다. 공공도서관의 핵심적 교육은 신직종 개발을 위한 프로그램을 안내하고 21C 첨단 유망직종을 소개하며 DB를 통한 취업정보, 직무교육 등 정보교환이 가능할 수 있도록 정보서비스를 확대해야 할 것이다.

사용자 인터페이스는 기계와 인간 사이에 상호작용을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 기술로써, 개인용 컴퓨터에서부터 애플의 멀티터치를 사용한 스마트폰까지 스크린 기반의 사용자 인터페이스가 주류를 이루고 있다. 제로 UI(User Interface)는 사용자의 생활 환경 안에서 자연스럽게 사용자의 요구사항을 인지하여 필요한 서비스를 제공함으로써 현재 스크린 기반의 사용자 인터페이스를 최소화하려는 기술이다. 제로 UI는 스마트한 기계들의 상황인지를 통한 판단, 사용자의 음성 인식, 사용자의 자연스러운 제스쳐 인식 등을 통하여 구현될 수 있으며, 본고에서는 음성인식을 통하여 사용자와 친화적으로 상호작용하고 있는 관점과 스마트 기기들이 상황인지를 통하여 자율적으로 판단함으로써 인터랙션을 줄이는 측면에서의 제로 UI의 기술 동향을 소개한다.

‘94년중 북한경제는 석탄, 전력 등 성장선행부문의 성장이 부진했던 데다가 핵문제 등으로 인한 대외 경제협력 환경의 악화, 김일성 사망 이후의 정치사회적 불안정 등으로 산업생산이 전반적으로 부진하여 실질 GNP가 1.7% 감소하였음.(5년 연속 부의 성장을 기록) ’94년중 북한의 경제규모를 우리나라와 비교해 보면 명목 GNP는 212억달러로 한국(3,769억 달러)의 1/18수준, 1인당 GNP는 923달러로 한국(8,483달러)의 1/9 수준에 머물러 전년에 비해 경제력 격차가 더욱 확대되었음. 또한 산업구조면에서 북한은 농림 어업 광업 등 원시산업부문의 비중이 우리나라보다 크게 높은 반면 건설업과 제조업, 서비스부문 등의 비중은 우리나라보다 낮은 것으로 나타남.
