This paper investigates how social trust and disability identity influence subjective health, focusing on the moderating effect of social-economic status of people with disabilities. We used surveys used for the development of the social exclusion scale of people with disabilities. As a result, social trust and disability identity influence subjective health. Namely, those who have more social trust and high disability identity experience subjective good health than other people with disabilities do. Second, the relationship between disability identity and subjective health was moderated by social-economic status of people with disabilities. Namely, the relationship between disability identity and subjective health is bigger as the level of social-economic status is higher. However, the relationship between social trust and self-rated health was not moderated by social-economic status of people with disabilities. Based on these findings, we suggest policy and practice ways to promote the subjective health status of people with disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of spiritual experience and depression between self-identity and subjective well-being. The subjects of this study were 138 pastor's wives, and mediating effects were analysed through path analysis and Sobel test. As a result of analysis, first, there were significant relationships among self-identity, spiritual experience, depression, and subjective well-being, but not between spiritual experience and depression. Second, spiritual experience and depression had significant mediating effect within the relationship of self-identity and subject well-being. Third, self-identity had not significant direct effect on subjective well-being. Forth, spiritual experience had not significant direct effect on depression. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of self-identity and spiritual experience that could be taken to improve subjective well-being. In addition, suggestions for future research were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of neglect and abuse of parents, a sub-factor of domestic violence victimization experience, on the career identity status, the mediate effects of adapting to school life in the process, and the control effects of the experience of using local children center service experience. To this end, 419 people were extracted from the data of the first year and sixth year of the children's panel at the local children's center. The main analysis results are as follows. First, parents' neglect, a sub-factor of domestic violence damage experience, was found to have a negative mediation effect on youth's sense of direction. Second, adapting to school life are being partially mediate effect in the relationship between neglect of duty and career identity. The practical implications of necessary for the forming career identity for teenager using local child center and the basis data for developing programs were derived.

This study focuses on resolving traffic congestion caused by a large scale event based on the case of ROK Joint Officer Commissioning Ceremony, and it was conducted through literature review as well as Arena Simulation. The study purpose is to appropriately allocate and disperse the traffic by utilizing nearby parking lots of facilities. The annual event draws about 7,400 vehicles to a limited number of parking lots, and all vehicles leave the parking lots concurrently, causing a severe bottleneck near the exit and a few roads. In order to resolve the issue, the optimal number of cars in the event area was analyzed. After the analysis, the study found that the overflow of cars in the event area should be allocated to nearby parking lots of facilities with shuttle buses operating to transport the attendees. As the proposed result of the simulation, the traffic congestion time was reduced from 150 minutes to 64 minutes, a total reduction of 86 minutes.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research to understand the effects of isolation, depression, and resilience of nursing students on career identity. Data were collected on an online basis using a structured questionnaire from 136 nursing students at a university. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Window 25.0 program. The influence factors on the career identity was confirmed by the resilience (β=0.32, p=.001) total explanatory power of the variables was found to be 20.5%. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is necessary to strategy establish a positive career identity and develop an effective career identity promotion program by exerting individual resilience against to negative emotions such as isolation and depression.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of self-regulation(SR) and the moderating effect of career identity(CI) in predicting academic achievement(AA) by middle school students' achievement value(AV). The subjects were 1,088 male and 970 female students in the third year of middle school. A conditional process analysis using SPSS and Hayes' process macro was conducted. The results were as follows. First, the partial mediation effect of SR was significant in the relationship between AV and AA. Second, the moderating effect of CI was notable in the relationship between AV and SR, and AV and AA respectively. Finally, the mediation effect of AV on AA through SR was found to decrease as CI increased. These results show that supporting the development of CI for students with low AV helps to improve SR and AA. However, as the effect of CI was found to be weaker than the effect of AV or SR on AA, the follow-up research exploring ways to support the achievement value of middle school students are suggested.

This study attempted to grasp the causal relationship, focusing on the double mediating effect of career identity and career decision self-efficacy in the relationship between grit and career preparation behavior. Data were collected by a self-entry method using structured questionnaire for dental hygiene student in area B. And it was analyzed using SPSS and Process Macro. The biggest factor directly influencing career preparation behavior was career identity, followed by grit and career decision self-efficacy. Through path analysis, grit indirectly had a significant influence on career preparation behavior through the mediating sense of career identity and the sense of career identity and career decision self-efficacy. This suggests that grit and career identity should be enhanced for active career preparation behavior, so it is intended to be used as basic data for career education contents development for college students majoring in dental hygiene.

This study is a descriptive survey research conducted to confirm the effects of strengths knowledge and emotional labor of clinical practice on career identity in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 3rd and 4th grade students attending the Department of Nursing in G city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and controlled regression analysis. According to the study results, strengths knowledge(𝛽=.384, p<.001) showed a positive effect on career identity and emotional labor of clinical practice(𝛽=-.370, p<.001) showed a negative effect on career identity. The study model accounted for 45.1% of career identity. These findings suggest that measures to increase strengths knowledge and reduce emotional labor of clinical practice are needed to promote career identity of nursing students.

The analytic methodology of a merging area in KHCM(2004) supposes that congestion nay occur when traffic demand is more than capacity However, in many cases, congestion on merging area occurs when summation of traffic demand of main line and ramp is less than capacity, and in present methodology analysis of how main line and ramp flow effect on congestion occurrence is difficult. In this study, the model that is able to estimate traffic flow condition on merging area in accordance with the combination of main line and ramp demand flow is developed. Main characteristic of the model is estimation of maximum possible throughput rate and maximum throughput rate according to the combination of main line and ramp demand flow. Through the estimation of maximum possible throughput rate and maximum throughput rate. it was Possible to predict whether congestion would occur or not and how much maximum throughput rate and congestion would be on merging area. On one hand, in present LOS evaluation methodology on merging area, congestion state is determined as un-congested flow if demand flow is less than capacity. Therefore, to establish more reasonable In evaluation method, new criterion of LOS evaluation on merging area was searched based on the model of this study.
