The purpose of this study was to develop a patient safety nursing activities scale for clinical nurses and to verify validity and reliability it. A preliminary scale was developed through various processes and pilot study. Data were collected from 900 nurses at 28 hospitals selected by proportionate stratified sampling with 331 general hospitals nationwide. The final scale was a 4-point scale, consisting of 72 items in 10 domains. The construct validity was found to be appropriate by exploratory factor analysis and 70.3% of the variance in the total scale and over .74 of factor loading. There was a significant correlation between scale and patient safety culture (r=.52, p<.001) and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was .99. This scale developed to measure patient safety nursing activities of clinical nurses was found to be reliable and valid and will be a useful tool in practical field.

The purpose of this study was to develop a short biomedical ethics tool for healthcare workers, compare it with pre-existing tool, and increase reliability. Data were collected from 211 healthcare workers working in G-do. Exploratory factor analysis was carried out using Varimax rotation extraction method in IBM SPSS WIN/21.0. Convergent validity of the tool was verified by regression and correlation analysis with original tool score. Reliability was verified by calculating intraclass correlation coefficient and internal consistency coefficient. The short, reduced 21 questions tool reflected 84% of pre-existing tool's biomedical ethics. Its reliability was higher than the 29 question tool for nursing students, but there were differences in the components of subdomains and reliability coefficient. Additional development of questions through qualitative research and interviews are needed to increase reliability of the subdomains. Measurement of biomedical ethics dilemma with the tool that has validity and reliability is needed, followed by replication studies.

This paper studied active response policy generation scheme in intrusion detection system. We considered seven requirements of intrusion detection system for active response with components as the preceding study We presented the scheme which I can generate signature with a base with integrate one model with NIDS and ADS. We studied detection of the Unknown Attack which was active, and studied scheme for generated to be able to do signature automatically through Unknown Attack detection.

코로나19 팬데믹은 삶의 많은 부분을 변화시켰다. 국가 간 통제 및 사회적 거리두기로 인한 직접적인 만남이 제한되고, 우리 생활의 많은 영역이 비대면으로 전환되었다. 이런 상황에서 의사소통 및 사회적, 경제적 교류를 위한 대안으로 레거시 미디어콘텐츠의 퇴조와 함께 소셜미디어 등의 뉴미디어 콘텐츠를 활용한 경제활동이 이루어지고 있다. 미디어콘텐츠를 기반한 경제 생태계는 복잡해지고 있으며, 플랫폼 간 경쟁 또한 매우 치열해지는 상황이다. 급속하게 변하고 있는 디지털 환경의 사회 구조는 경제 전반에 큰 영향을 주고 있으며, 경제활동을 지속하려는 개인과 정책지원을 하는 국가에도 중요한 현안이 되어 있다. 고령화 사회로의 빠른 진입으로 인적 자본의 활용 문제가 대두되고, 코로나19로 인한 경제불황이 대면 경제활동을 크게 위축시키면서 고용 감소와 불안정성이 대두되었다. 그에 따라 비대면 산업이 활성화되고, 플랫폼 산업 등 미디어콘텐츠 기반의 새로운 경제활동이 주목받고 일상화되었다. 또한 미디어콘텐츠 기반 비즈니스에 실효성 있는 인적 자본 활용이 국가의 주요 정책이 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 미디어콘텐츠 활용과 신 정보화 도구를 활용한 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고 검증하여 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 플래시 메모리는 여러 장점들 때문에 다양한 휴대기기에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 반면 내구성에 약점을 갖고 있는 플래시 메모리의 특성 때문에 최대한 소거 동작을 적게 하여 오랫동안 사용하는 FTL 알고리즘을 개발하는 연구가 필요하다. 이러한 FTL 알고리즘을 실험하고 평가하기 위해서 트레이스 데이터를 연구에 활용하는 일이 많아지면서, 쉽게 트레이스 데이터에 대한 분석도구를 개발하였다. 우리는 트레이스 데이터를 다양한 그래프로 그려주고 통계치를 산출해주는 도구를 개발하였고, 이를 바탕으로 트레이스 분석 작업을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 하였다. 마찬가지로 이러한 도구는 버퍼 교체정책을 실험하고 평가하는 일에도 사용 될수 있다. 그리고 각 그래프를 설명하면서 트레이스에 데이터 대한 설명과 함께 분석을 통하여 버퍼교체 알고리즘 및 FTL 알고리즘에 어떻게 활용 할 수 있는지 설명하였다.

현재의 네트워크는 다양한 서버, 라우터, 스위치 등 여러 장치들로 구성된 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있다. 정책 기반의 프레임워크는 복잡한 네트워크를 단순화하고 자동화하여 관리할 수 있는 도구를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 보안 시스템 모델들이 사용할 수 있는 취약성 정보들을 집약시킴으로써 보안 시스템간의 정보 공유를 쉽게 할 수 있는 SVDB (Simulation based Vulnerability Data Base)를 구축하였다. 또한 SVDB를 활용하여 보안 규칙을 유도하고 유도된 보안 규칙을 정책 기반 프레임워크에 적용할 수 있는 환경을 구성하였다. 정책 기반의 프레임워크에서 취약점 데이터베이스를 이용한 정책 유도와 적용을 검증하기 위해 서비스 거부 공격 (Denial of Service)과 Probing 공격을 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 정책 기반의 프레임워크에서 보안 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써 적용될 보안 정책이 기대되는 대로 동작하는지 검증할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

행정자치부는 지식정보화시대에 부응하는 표준 ${\ulcorner}$사이버 혁신선도마을${\lrcorner}$을 조성하여 각 지역별 주민과 행정간 서비스 전달체계의 획기적 개선을 통하여 모범 사례가 될 수 있는 행정과 주민 모두에게 도움이 되는 시스템을 구축하기 위한 전국적 사업을 진행하였다. 이 사업을 위하여 전국적 공모를 하였는데 여기에 선정되어 정부의 예산지원과 지자체의 적극적 지원으로 이 사업을 시작하게 되었다. 사업내용은 면과 17개 마을 간의 화상회의 , 원격방송, 홈페이지 , 마을별 PC사랑방 구축이었다. 이를 통해 얻는 이익은 시간적 경제적으로 이익이 될 수 있는"꼭 사용해야 하는 정보화 도구" 를 구축하는 것이고, 이장 등 마을 핵심리더들과 노년층의 정보화 도구에 대한 활용도 제고 "행정 서비스로 주민 간 의사전달 체계" 의 근본적 구조 개혁을 가져왔다. 또한 언제 어디서든지 사용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스형으로 만들어 주민 정보화마인드를 심어주었으며 , 타 기관에서도 사용할 수 있는 " 표준,보급형 " 모델을 창조하였다.

This study alms to perform Business Process Reengineering and to develop tourism statistics information system through the development of tourism statistics process design supporting tool. With this tool, we can manage tourism statistics systematic and integrated. Also it offers a tourism decision making supporting tool. Tourism statistics process design supporting tool consists of information provider, information maker, and information user. This tool can improve bossiness process, and rationalize system architecture. 49 business processes were designed and a database which connected with outside system was designed by this supporting tool. By these means, this tool provide more reasonable and effective decision making tool, when it comes to plan tourism development.

This paper is to construction of the data mining preprocessing tool for efficient database marketing. We compare and evaluate the often used data mining tools based on the access method to local and remote databases, and on the exchange of information resources between different computers. The evaluated preprocessing of data mining tools are Answer Tree, Climentine, Enterprise Miner, Kensington, and Weka. We propose a design principle for an efficient system for data preprocessing for data mining on the distributed networks. This system is based on Java technology including EJB(Enterprise Java Beans) and XML(eXtensible Markup Language).

As E-discovery in criminal investigation is increasing, the importance of Forensic Tools which can legally extract data with high effectiveness is getting higher. Digital products are growing fast. Therefore, Forensic Tools should be implemented readily to suit users and events well. Although forensic industry and governments use expensive forensic tools, some have suggested limitations to its use, such as memory limitations and the limits of post-audit. We need to develop open source forensic tools that can implement a variety of forensic tool fast. This research studies digital forensics technical skills which are commercialized currently and suggests applicable strategies of the open digital forensics to help overcome these limitations.
