RFID 기술은 물품 등 관리할 사물에 아주 작은 전자태그를 부착하고 전파를 이용하여 사물의 정보(Identification) 및 주변 환경정보를 자동으로 추출하여 관리하는 것으로 지금까지 사람 중심(anyone) 정보화에서 사물을 중심(anything)으로 정보화의 지평을 확대시킬 수 있는 신정보화의 출현을 의미하며 향후 IT 시장을 선도할 유망기술이다. 정보통신부는 RFID 기술을 기반으로 하는 정보화를 u-센서 네트워크(USN : Ubiquitous - Sensor Network)라는 개념으로 정립하였으며, RFID 서비스를 활성화하고 u-센서 네트워크 인프라를 구축하여 국민소득 2만달러달성을 위한 IT 산업육성 정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. RFID/USN 구축을 위한 정책 추진전략의 일환으로 정보통신부 장관을 포함하여 민.관 최고 의사결정권자가 참여하는 전략협의회가 구성되었으며 USN 구축 기본계획을 기반으로 국가 차원의 RFID/USN 구축 실행을 위한 마스터플랜을 수립하여 기술개발, 표준화, 정보보호, 산업 적용 및 시범 서비스 등의 정책을 실행할 예정이다.

An SNS(Social Network Service) enables people to form a social network on online as in the real world. With the rising popularity of the service, side effects of SNSs were issued. Therefore we propose and implement a policy-based privacy protection module and access control policy language for ensuring the right of control of personal information and sharing data among SNSs. The policy language for protecting privacy is based on an attribute-based access control model which grants an access to personal information based on a user's attributes. The policy language and the privacy protection module proposed to give the right of control of personal information to the owner, they can be adopted to other application domains in which privacy protection is needed as well as secure sharing data among SNSs.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 가상화 인프라를 제공하며 클라우드 서비스 참여자는 이러한 가상화 자원을 사용하여 서비스를 제공 및 활용한다. 그러나, 클라우드 가상화 환경에서의 보안위협이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 반면, 안전한 클라우드 가상화를 위한 정책 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문은 클라우드 가상화 인프라 중 클라우드 네트워크 가상화의 서비스를 안전하게 제공하기 위한 정책 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 방안에서 클라우드 네트워크 가상화 환경에서 발생 가능한 보안위협을 도출하고 이에 따른 보안요구사항을 도출한다. 결과적으로, 클라우드 네트워크 가상화 서비스를 안전하게 제공하기 위한 정책 마련 시 클라우드 서비스 제공자가 고려해야할 보안요구사항 도출을 목표로 한다.

위치기반서비스는 이동중인 사용자에게 위치와 관련된 정보의 제공을 중심으로 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 정보를 제공하는 서비스로, 다양하고 방대한 분량의 데이터를 관리하기 때문에 분산환경에서 운용되는 것이 효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스에서 이렇게 분산 저장된 리소스들에 대한 접근제어 정책을 공유하기 위해 시맨틱 웹 기술을 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제안하한다. 이를 위하여 LBSPolicy 온톨로지를 정의하고 이를 기반으로 보안정책을 명세화할 수 있도록 하고, 이를 활용할 수 있는 서비스 구조를 제시한다.

As the core technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things has been developed and has enabled various services, and personal information has been handled freely in the process. However, the infringement threat of personal information is increasing as more convenient services are provided and more information devices including smart devices are connected to the network. Therefore, this study is to analyze prioritizing personal information protection policy indicators in order to provide IoT services by constructing secure environment for implementing the Internet of things as the core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution. This study reviewed personal information protection policy indicators based on the literature survey, and identified 3 fields, 9 areas, and 25 indicators through Delphi analysis for experts. The weights were calculated based on the AHP survey for 66 experts and the results were used to present the relative importance and priority of the policy indexes. The results of this study found the policy field was the most important, followed by the technical field, and the administrative field. Of the three areas of the policy field, strengthening the personal information protection laws related to IoT is the most important, while among the indicators, promoting and revising the personal information protection law related to IoT is the most important. Comparisons of the fields, areas, and indicators of IoT-related personal information protection policies found consistent values. The personal information protection policy indicators derived this way will contribute to the nation's competitiveness by expanding secure IoT policies in the future.

This paper proposes a model for the location information grading policy. Location information grading policy is that government would give a public notice of criterion for location information quality, and location information operators should elucidate the grade of provided location information. As the quality grade of services is provided in the 'terms of use' with the detailed quality specification and quality range, the user can understand the quality of location information, and can select more suitable service for their purposes. Additionally, the qualiy grading policy can enforce the location information operators and location service providers to support more stable and reliable service quality. In this paper, we propose the model of location information grades, the typical classification of quality, and the realitic policy applying model. Recent enacted 'Location Information Law' are expected to activate korean information market. In this situation, proposed location information grading policy take a role in protecting location privacy and improving the reliability of location information services.

다양한 정보 채널의 등장과 함께 빅데이터에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본고에서는 빅데이터를 활용한 응용을 활성화기 위해 국가별 빅데이터 정책을 분석하고 분야별로 빅데이터를 활용한 사례를 기술한다. 빅데이터를 활용하여 일상 생활에서 일반 사용자들이 사용할 수 있는 응용 서비스 원천 기술 및 서비스 기술을 개발하고 있는 충북대학교 빅데이터생활형 서비스 연구센터(BLSRC)를 소개하고 센터에서 개발한 응용 서비스를 기술한다. 또한 빅데이터 사용을 활성화하고 실생활에 응용하기 위한 방안을 제언한다.

This study was designed to derive and propose the qualities, qualifications, duties, etc. needed for policy information librarians who work in the policy-related special libraries. To do this, literature related to professional librarians was analyzed comprehensively with respect to qualifications, qualities, duties presented and needed in domestic and international jobs sites. The information derived through this process was developed into a questionnaire and a survey conducted targeting as subjects specialized librarians in related fields. The results indicated that the highest required LIS degree for both policy information librarian and for policy related fields is a Master's Degree. Additionally in investigating the importance of related career experience required for a policy information librarian, work related to policies reference services appeared to be the most important. On the issue of important qualities required of a policy information librarian, 'outstanding policies related data navigation capabilities' was the highest, followed by 'knowledge of information policy and knowledge of policy related resources', 'knowledge of the current trends of policies related fields', and 'smooth interpersonal skills.' The survey also indicated that with respect to the duties of the information librarian planning of policy information services had the highest score, followed by the providing of policies information services, and then collection management.

'손안의 PC'로 비유되는 스마트폰의 등장 및 폭발적인 보급과 함께 온라인 정보서비스 패러다임이 모바일 환경으로 급속히 전환되고 있다. 이러한 모바일 환경은 시간 및 공간의 제약없이 정보서비스를 받을 수 있는 장점이 있는 반면, 상대적으로 취약한 보안 환경으로 인한 정보보호에 대한 우려도 증가하고 있다. 이에 사이버 인감증명서로 비유되는 공인인증서는 여전히 보편적인 신뢰수단으로 그 위상을 유지할 것으로 전망되고 있으며, 본 고에서는 모바일 환경에서의 공인인증서비스 현황 몇 안전성 신뢰성 제고를 위한 정책 방향을 소개한다.

To develop a policy for effective and efficient information services, it is necessary to perform studies that reflect multi-dimensional perspectives of various groups. For this, a literature review on the information service policies of other national digital libraries, focus group interviews of professionals from related fields, and a survey of library users and librarians are needed. This study is based on a survey that asks library users and librarians for their opinions regarding the NDL as a part of research projects to develop the NDL information service policy.
