지식정보화 시대의 많은 정보가 온라인에 공개되면서 다양한 형태의 검색 서비스가 여러 사이트를 통해서 제공됨에 따라 사용자는 목적에 따라 여러 사이트를 방문하여 원하는 정보를 검색하고 있다. 그동안 검색 서비스 제공자는 사용자의 접근성을 향상시키고 이용용이성을 제공하기 위해 여러 가지 검색창을 제공하였지만 변경된 서비스 정책이 유연하게 반영되지 않아 장기적으로 사용되지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 검책창 구조의 한계점을 극복하여 사용자 측면에서 간편하게 설치하면서, 제공자의 서비스 제공 정책에 따라 비즈니스 로직을 수정할 수 있는 검색창을 설계 구현하여 적용하였다.

클라우드 서비스를 위한 가격결정은 서비스 제공자 중심의 정책으로 수립되어 가장 큰 이익을 줄 수 있는 모델로 제안되고 있다. 하지만, 클라우드 서비스 브로커 개념의 등장으로 서비스 중개 방식을 이용하여 서비스 제공자와 소비자 모두에게 이익을 줄 수 있는 모델을 제공하고자 노력하고 있다. 이와 같은 노력에 있어 가격결정 정책에 대한 분석을 수행하고 그를 만족할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 클라우드 브로커가 사용자의 서비스 미사용량과 SLA를 기반한 서비스 품질을 기준으로 환불 등의 서비스를 제공하는 모델이다. 이와 같은 모델은 클라우드 서비스 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

지난 수년간 주요 선진국들은 스마트그리드의 도입을 적극적으로 추진하여 왔으며, 이에 대한 연구도 많이 진행된 상황이다. 스마트그리드의 활성화를 위해서는 개인정보보호에 대한 대책이 필수이며 이를 기반으로 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 서비스가 제공되어져야 한다. 이러한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 개인정보보호에 대한 기술적인 부분만이 아니라 정책적인 부분도 동시에 고려되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 스마트그리드에서의 안전한 개인정보보호 정책 수립을 위한 고려사항에 대하여 살펴본다.

현재 인터넷에서 QoS(Quality of Service )를 보장하기 위해 다양한 메커니즘이 제안되고 있다. 통신망에서 QoS를 지원하기 위해서는 해당 응용 서비스마다 적절한 자원을 할당하고 자원 사용을 모니터링 및 제어하며, 이례적인 사건이 발생하였을 경우 자원을 재할당할 수 있도록 지원하는 자원관리 기능이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 차등서비스를 제공하는 인터넷에서 QoS를 제공하기 위해 망자원을 관리 및 제어하는 정책기반 자원관리시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술한다. 정책기반 자원관리 시스템은 도메인 내의 사용자나 망 관리자로부터 QoS 요구를 받으면 도메인 내의 자원사용량과 자원사용정책에 따라서 내부자원을 할당하고, 이웃도메인과는 QoS가 보장되도록 SLA(Service Level Agreement)를 체결하는 기능을 수행한다. 구현한 정책기반 자원관리시스템은 정책정보를 PIB(Policy Information Base)의 형태로 정책 데이터베이스에 저장하며, 정책서버와 정책 클라이언트 사이에는COPS(Common Open Policy Service)프로토콜을 사용하여 정책 정보를 송수신함을 특징으로 한다.

Telecommunication services are important means of information exchanges in information society, and information of them connotes the enabling of information exchanges through telecommunication services in all parts of the society. This study, on top of a theoretical foundation of the informatization of telecommunication services, examines and analyzes historical and actual conditions of the services, and tries to make some policy recommendations based on the analysis.

As the foundation of the National Digital Library(NDL) by the National Library of Korea is in progress, there has been an increasing interest in developing a policy for its successful operations. Although the research and support related to building domestic library policies have been limited so far, it is an important ongoing problem to develop and improve systematic and detailed policies for information services of digital libraries in order for them to continuously advance in a rapidly changing information environment along with various issues. Therefore, through a thorough review of the literature and overseas cases related to the development of digital library policies, this research aims to provide a new direction for establishing service policies of domestic digital libraries including the NDL by extracting its critical factors and issues.

The organizations and companies establish personal information protection policy under the law and guidelines. They carry out access control without consideration for distinctiveness of the information although the damage degree varies when the information is leaked. Considering the distinctiveness, a policy needs to be made for individuals to protect his personal information. However, he is not able to write the policy because of lack of understanding the system. To write his own policy efficiently, the system that authorizes ones according to service list provided by organizations is necessary. This paper suggests the model and method that write personal policy for his information protection based on the service list provided by organizations. Through this model, fine-grained authorization and policy change are easily made and ultimately the access control customized according to one's own information is possible.

In line with the establishment of the National Sejong Library, the main objective of this study is to construct a basic management plan to enable smooth operations of the library from its opening. To follow through with this goal, this paper analyzes the environment surrounding the National Sejong Library, puts forth new strategies to reinforce the policy information service, and suggests new development plans for the library's collection. This study examines the internal and external environment of the library through face-to-face interviews with library staff, while conducting surveys on public officials transferred to the city for suggestions on how to reinforce the policy information service. The vision of the National Sejong Library is to become a specialized resource institution in administrative policy, while also fulfilling the day-to-day needs of the community and serving as a supplementary record storage facility to the National Library. In order to reinforce the policy information service, it is crucial to digitize all policy-related theses, reports, and trend research, while establishing a firm network with other libraries in Korea and abroad to provide a wider range of policy files, local government policy documents, and other resources.

인터넷 사용자의 급속한 증가와 전자 상거래의 발전은 다양한 시스템 및 네트워크의 설계 및 관리를 매우 복잡하게 변화시켰다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷/ 인트라넷과 같은 분산 망에서의 서비스 보장을 위해 종단 시스템(End-to-End System)에서의 QoS(Quality of Service) 지원과 QoS 제어 메커니즘을 분석하여 분산 망에서의 종단 사용자(End-User)를 위한 QoS 정책 관리 구조를 제안하였다. 이 구조는 종단 호스트 모델과 네트워크 모델의 통합 지원 구조로 구성되며, 각 모델의 해당 자원에 대한 서비스를 구분하여 사용자 정책을 관리하며, 분산 망에 대해서는 단위 네트워크의 QoS 관리 서버를 통하여 종단 시스템간의 QoS 정책을 관리하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 구조는 분산 망에서의 종단 사용자 정책을 관리하는데 있어 응용 서비스 고유의 특성을 보장하며 사용자 정책에 따른 서비스 자원을 통합 관리할 수 있다.
