The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of expected perspective on the role of genre and attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad on the liking of broadcast ad genre as appeal types of creativity. The results show that there is a significant correlation between macro-environmental expected perspective(MEEP) on the role of genre and a negative attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad. A significant correlation between micro-practical expected perspective(MPEP) and a positive attitude was also found. Consumers with an integrated-situational expected perspective(ISEP) show a more significant relationship with the dual attitude. Consumes with a MPEP have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with an ISEP show a median liking. Consumers with positive attitude have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with a dual attitude show a median liking that is between the positive attitude-based consumers' and negative attitude-based consumers'.

This research was performed with the aim of analyzing the 'expectation dynamics' of embryonic stem cell research which was revealed throughout the establishment process of Stem Cell Research Center from 2000 to 2002. Expectation dynamics is a chained process: expectation construction - raising fund - performing research. Normally, researchers are considerably circumspect and politically neutral in assessing the result of research. However, some researchers are very involved in building the expectation dynamics by developing an overestimated impact of the result, which can be understood as a kind of strategy for solving the financial problem and defending the criticism in terms of bioethics. Nowadays Biotechnology R&D costs a big budget and requires large site human resources, so building the expectation dynamics is a decisive element for a successful R&D performance, which makes the strategy-development in the political context much more important. By analyzing the actors-network of embryonic stem cell research in term of 'expectation dynamics', we can clarify the identify of embryonic stem cell researchers and draw a conclusion which is very helpful for decision makers and the public to make a decision related with embryonic stem cells.

This study was performed to evaluate the effect of a smoke-free campus policy on college students' receptivity of campus and governmental smoke free policy. The current study utilized pre and post cross-sectional survey in length of nine months. Data were collected from similar major freshmen at two pre matched universities, one representing smoke-free campus in Seoul city and one representing non smoke-free campus in Busan city, Korea. Baseline data were collected in March 2016 and follow-up data were collected in December 2016. No differences were found between initial and follow-up data on receptivity of smoke-free campus policy in both university students revealing that the smoke-free campus policy does not influence in changing student's attitude towards unfavorable direction. Receptivity on governmental smoke free policy demonstrated significant changes among participants in non smoke-free campus. Their receptivity level changed significantly toward unfavorable direction. The implementation of a smoke-free campus policy can give positive impact on students' receptivity of campus as well as governmental smoke free policy.

This Study conducts a survey of ICT SMEs participating in 'ICT Government Sponsored Loan Project' for researching general demands on Government sponsored loans and studies successful company case by inspecting background of R&D, performances, impacts, prospects, episodes, etc. Actually, survey results show that ICT SMEs demand more of Government sponsored loans and that stable financing is a core factor and the most difficult task for successful R&D. In conclusion, these results implicate that Government has to create new policies for competitive ICT SMEs to recover financial stability through developing and commercializing technologies.

In this paper, I evaluate national and regional policies for financial centers and Busan Fiancial Center and find the way of the future development of Busan Financial Center. And I found that national policies for financial centers was focused on general improvements of financial industry, so a little tasks for Busan Financial Centers were listed. Therefore I suggest that central government should have more national policies for enhancing Busan Financial Center and promoting participation of private financial firms. And I propose the broader incentive schemes for financial firms moving to Busan, and expect that combining national deregulation policies like Regulation-Free Zone and Regulatory Sandbox and Moonhyun-North Port financial free zone and FinTech cluster plans of Busan will make a big progress of Busan Financial Center.

Recently, an extended warranty of a system following the expiration of the basic warranty is becoming increasingly popular to the user. In this respect, we suggest a two stage maintenance policy under the non-renewing warranty from the user's point of view in this paper. In the first stage, the user has to decide whether or not to purchase the extended warranty period. And, in the second stage, the optimal replacement period following the expiration of the warranty is determined. Under the extended warranty, the failed system is minimally repaired by the manufacturer at no cost to the user. We utilize the expected cost from the user's perspective to determine the optimal two stage maintenance policy. Finally, a few numerical examples are given for illustrative purpose.

최근 소매점 공급사슬을 전체적인 관점에서 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여 공급자가 소매점의 재고를 관리하는 공급자 주도 재고관리(Vendor Managed Inventory; VMI)정책의 도입이 확산되고 있다. VMI 정책은 소매점에서 직접 수행하는 재고관리(Retailer Management Inventory; RMI)와는 달리 소매점의 재고수준에 대한 의사결정과 재고유지에 대한 재정적인 책임이 소매점으로부터 공급자에게 옮겨진다. 이에 따라 소매점은 공급자로부터 수시로 재고를 보충 받게 되고 주문절차는 사라진다. 또한 재고공간의 크기를 줄일 수 있게 된다. 공급자 또한 전체 소매점에 대한 효율적인 분배로써 비용절감의 효과를 기대할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 품절을 고려하며 소매점의 판매수요가 확정적인 상황에 대하여 RMI와 VMI에 대한 총비용을 최소화하는 수리모델을 통해 총비용 관점에서 RMI와 VMI정책을 비교하고자 한다. 계산실험을 통해 RMI와 VMI의 총비용 변화에 민감한 요인들을 분석하였고 VMI 적용으로 총비용을 절감시키기 위한 조건을 모색하였다. 실험결과, VMI의 적용은 항상 총비용 절감 효과를 나타내는 것이 아님을 확인 하였고 RMI에 대한 VMI의 총비용 증감효과는 RMI 정책의 소매점 주문비와 VMI정책의 소매점 재고공간의 크기 변화에 가장 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 간단한 소매점 공급사슬에 대해서 VMI의 총비용 감소조건을 제시하였다.

The goal of this study is to suggest policy tasks for the public library in Seoul. For this goal, researcher compared macroscopically the gap between the Seoul city and the global competitiveness city using the core index of the public library, and analyzed microscopically the level of the Seoul city and the metropolitan cities and provinces focusing on the public library infrastructure and service index. Next, researcher evaluated the public library policies by linking the "2030 Seoul City Master Plan" and the "Library and Reading Culture Revitalization Plan". Based on the results, researcher proposed branding for global knowledge culture capitals, advancement of core competencies and systems of libraries, composition of citizen centered knowledge culture ecosystem, maximization of citizen's service satisfaction and expected benefits as future-oriented policy tasks of public libraries in Seoul.

As policy areas are widened and more complicated, policy coordination becomes a challenge to the public administration. New Labour's promotion of the joined-up government was a holistic attempt to redress the fragmentation of the government in social policy. It promoted the joined-up activities by setting up joining-up units and agencies at the core of the government, the Prime-Minister's Office and the Cabinet office, and between the public, private and voluntary sectors. The joined-up government was criticised as being hierarchical and fragmented, and as confusing the line of accountability. Policy coordination has growing importance in Korea, and the experiences of the joined-up government will have implications on more coordinated promotion of social policy.

This study discusses the operating systems upgrade to motivation of windows users. To discuss this issues, research hypotheses were set based on Unified Theory of Acceptance Use of Technology(UTAUT) and Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA). The data were collected from undergraduate students. Total of 199 data were used for the analysis. The results of the analysis were summarized into two ways. first, performance expectancy and effort expectancy has a positive influence on attitude towards upgrade the operating systems. Second, social influence, facilitating conditions, and attitude had a positive influence on intention towards upgrade the operating systems. Thus, when users perceived a high degree of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions towards upgrade the operating systems, they evaluated more positively the upgrade the operating systems.
