The Structure relationship between ski resort employee's ethical management, organizational identification and customer orientation (스키리조트 종사자가 지각하는 윤리경영과 조직동일시 및 고객지향성의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was empirically to reveal the structure relationship between ethical management of ski resort employee, organizational identification and customer orientation. For the research, survey of 200 people working in domestic ski resorts was conducted. The survey was composed of three variables(ethical management, organizational identification and customer orientation). The following results were obtained by confirmatory analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. First, ski resort employee's ethical management had a positive correlation with organizational identification. Second, ski resort employee's ethical management had a positive correlation with customer orientation. Third, ski resort employee's organizational identification had a positive correlation with customer orientation. This study suggested that the ethical management of ski resorts had positive effects on the attitudes and behaviors of the employees who regarded the organization as a common fate and provided high quality service considering the customer's position.

Factors Influencing Intent to Revisit of Health Screening Center Visitors (건강검진센터 이용자의 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the intent to revisit among health screening center customers. The subjects were 195 customers of a health screening center. The intent to revisit was positively correlated with customer satisfaction and word-mouth communication. Multiple regressions showed that customer satisfaction and perceived health status explained 29% of the variance of the intent to revisit. In order to increase the intent to revisit, hospital and nursing managers should strive to improve customer satisfaction. In particular, strategies to arrange explanation of the result consultations, individual health management tailored to customers' needs, and customers-relationship management for continuing relations with the customer should be needed. In addition, it will be needed to expand the roles of nurses who are working in the health screening center from simple heath check or customer reception to active health education and continuous health screening plan after initial one.

  • 본 연구는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 사업별 과학기술정보 수요와 이용 행태에 관한 기초연구로 산업계 및 학계의 과학기술 연구자 정보 이용 특성 및 이용 행태를 분석하여 한국과학기술정보연구원 (KISTI)의 주요 서비스에 고객 정보 이용 특성을 분석하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 진행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 과학기술 정보 유통이 국가산업 생산력과 학술 연구의 경쟁력 기반이라는 사실을 인지하고 과학정보시스템 구축을 위한 기술정보정책을 수립하고 강화하는 노력이 계속되었으나 과학기술분야 연구자의 요구가 전문화되고 더운 세분화되고 전문화된 수준 높은 서비스를 요구된다고 본다. 또한 차별화된 정보서비스 제공을 위하여 이용자의 정보 이용형태와 특성 분석 및 기존 사용자 유형 분석을 통한 정보시스템 운영 개편이 필요하여 추진하였다.

  • 현재 IT 분야는 단순히 하드웨어나 소프트웨어 제품을 제공하는 차원을 넘어 고객 기업이 요구하는 복잡한 비즈니스 전략에 따라 다양하고 심화된 서비스가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 급변하는 IT 비즈니스 환경에서 IT인재에게 요구되는 전문성과 역할을 정립하는 것의 중요성이 점차 가중되고 있다. IT 관련 해당업무별로 전문 지식과 스킬을 갖춘 인력을 적시적소에 배치하는 것은 기업의 대내외적 경쟁력강화와 국가적 차원에서 안정적인 IT산업의 전문 인력수급을 통해 총체적인 IT 산업발전을 도모할 수 있는 것이다. 이를 위해서 IT 산업 인력의 명확한 정의와 전문 인력 개발을 위해 요구되는 IT 스킬 표준이 필요하다. 이제 본 논문에서는 일본, 미국, 영국 등 선진국의 IT 스킬에 관한 벤치마킹과 관련 국내 환경에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 스킬정립에 관련한 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

  • 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

Legal approach on uniliteral changing membership in the airlines' frequent flyer program (항공사의 상용고객우대제도 변경에 관한 법적 고찰 - 미국 연방대법원의 Northwest, Inc. v. Ginsberg사례를 중심으로 -)

  • Since American Airlines launched AAdvantage which was the first Frequent Flyer Program in 1981, many people has accumulated mileage credits, and now, frequent flyer program(FFP) is the universal marketing tool to the airlines. These days, airlines establish a strategic alliance with domestic and foreign companies of various fields ; other airlines, travel agencies, car hire firms, hotels, department stores, even credit card companies. However, more people want to use their mileage credits, more airlines reject to approve that or change frequent flyer program against their customers. Last year, Northwest, Inc. v. Ginsberg, the United State Supreme Court made a decision that the preemption provision of Airlines Deregulation Act(ADA) preempts state laws related to rates, routes and services for air carriers including implied covenant of good faith and fare dealing. Thus, the claim of Ginsberg was canceled, it means that Northwest Inc. could terminated one-sidedly his membership in the frequent flyer program. In the contrast, Korea does not have the statute like ADA. If customers file a claim on FFP like Ginsberg, the courts of Korea judge whether the clauses of standard form contract are unfair or not. Therefore, in this article, Ginsberg would be checked on legal issues and be compared briefly with the courts' ruling in Korea.

  • This study deals with the proposition of the diversification strategy for participation contents service based on the open IPTV policy, and the strategic implication for IPTV players. This paper demonstrates implication for activation of participation contents to IPTV players with reference to differentiation of usages and needs to internet and television. Thus this paper proposes for diversification of player's competency (1) variety of production channels for contents, (2) enhanced accessibility, and (3) the strategic consistency for industrial eco-system. Moreover, this paper suggests that device differentiation for creation of demand, boosting customer satisfaction & immersion through closely interlocking contents.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the operation of shopping mall by examining the effect of service characteristics of Greenanum on customer satisfaction, repurchase and recommendation intention. The hypothesis was verified with SPSS22.0 and PROCESS macro 3.5. As a result, some hypotheses were supported between satisfaction, repurchase, and recommendation for service characteristics. Second, positive effects were found between satisfaction and repurchase, and recommendation intention. Third, a mediating effect appeared. Implications include improvement of low site awareness, benchmarking, and product quality improvement. In the future, it will be necessary to study the differences in the various characteristics of the products sold rather than the differentiation of the shopping mall itself.

  • To satisfy the requirements for QoS and acceptance ratio of the users using multimedia content service, it is required to control mechanism for QoS assurance and allocation of the stream server' resources based on CoS(Class of Service). To compare performance of the algorithm, we have classified the user by two classes (super class, base class) and control the acceptance ratio of user's requests by user's class information. We have experimented the test of network resources and test of processing time under server/client environment and agent environment. MA-URFA based on agent increases the acceptance ratio of super class and utilization ratio of network resources.

A Study on the Effects of Convergence-type CRM on Relationship Quality and Customer Royalty in Kumdo Club (검도장 융복합형 고객관계가 관계품질과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was designed to shed light on the influence of CRM strategies on relationship quality and customer loyalty in Convergence-type Kumdo training clubs. The survey tool used for this research are questionnaires. The lead-time was achieved over a period of 23 days from 7 July 2014 to July 30th. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis using SPSS 20.0 program. The findings acquired based on the aforementioned research methods and data analysis are as follows: First, CRM strategies had significant influences on satisfaction. Second, CRM strategies had significant influences on some of belief. Third, CRM strategies had not significant influences on commitment. Fourth, satisfaction and belief had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Fifth, Convergence-type CRM strategies had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.
