Korean local festival had grown rapidly quantitatively and qualitatively for past 10 year. And also problems of domestic local festival had been indicated much by specialists and researchers who plan festival. But most precedent researches are stopping in problem presentation that is based in one point of time. In the meantime, most the very best culture tourism festivals are meeting fixing step through trial and error in historic process more than 10 years. It is important to solve fundamental problem that understand process so much. This research analyzed festival contents change aspect on fixing process as local representative festival by time-series analys, Yeongsangang culture festival to example. By the result, the biggest problem is that unclearness of festival subject by wide festival theme establishment is connected by losing festival's identity.

In order to investigate the soil disturbance induced by anchor-shoe for PVD installation and the anchoring mechanism, a new two dimensional testing system was developed. By using the developed testing system, 1g and centrifuge model tests were performed, simulating the driving-retrieval process of both conventional symmetric anchor shoe and new asymmetric anchor shoe. Various size anchor-shoes were simulated and the results were compared. The images recorded during the installation were analyzed by image processing technique. The results of the image analysis presented the clay disturbance depending on the size and type of anchor shoe. In addition, from the retrieval process, the anchoring mechanism was revealed and the holding capacity was measured. As results, the size of anchor shoe influences the soil disturbance and holding capacity. The new asymmetric anchor shoe reduces the soil disturbance and improves anchoring performance.

This study was based on politic reality which is being developed within the ambiguity of cultural welfare, and discussed what sort of awareness the practitioners show in the settlement process of the cultural welfare policy in depth. 4 elements were discovered in the settlement process of the cultural welfare policy which the practitioners are aware of. The elements are value(pursuit of comprehensive mankind), element of practice(process of operation), elements of external influences(process of policy settlement), and elements of internal influences(reinforcement of practitioners capability). This means that not only the process of policy settlement in a narrow sense, but also value, practice, and reinforcement of practitioners' capability for the provision of better service should be considered for the settlement of the policy. This study which analyzed the cultural welfare practitioners' awareness of policy settlement process is significant in that it provides the basic data for future settlement of the cultural welfare policy.

Criticizing the existing social science approaches to transnational migration for their ignorance of spatial perspectives and the resultant limits in the understanding of the concrete processes of international migration and settlement, this paper aims to examine how spatial perspectives and geographical epistemology can positively contribute to the understanding and conceptualization of transnational migration. In particular, it emphasizes that the processes of transnational migration cannot be solely understood in terms of 1) global capitalist restructuring and economic rationality, 2) the impacts of deterritoralized transnational networks, or 3) the operation of immigration regimes constructed at the national scale. Alternatively, this paper argues that the conceptualization of 'transnational space', which is based on the understanding of the socio-spatial dimensions - that is, place, territory, scale and networks - that affect the processes of transnational migration, could significantly contribute to the understanding of the transnational migration.

미디어는 콘텐츠를 유통시키는 경로이면서 콘텐츠를 담는 그릇이다. 디지털 경제의 진행에 따라 기존 미디어 산업에 큰 변화가 일어나고 있다. 방송, 통신, IT의 융합이 일어나고 디지털미디어의 출현으로 콘텐츠 제작에서 유통, 이용에 이르는 전 과정이 디지털화된다. 디지털화의 급진전으로 방송사업자, 통신사업자, IT사업자의 구분이 어려워지고 있다. 디지털 미디어의 확산과 정착에 의한 콘텐츠 시장의 증대는 콘텐츠 수용자의 기호 변화에 좌우된다.

The aim of this paper is to explore localization processes of the Chuncheon mime festival (hereafter, CMF). Its history and processes can be periodized as three stages: the formative stage ($1989{\sim}1993$), the developing stage ($1994{\sim}1997$) and the settling-down & diffusing stage ($1998{\sim}2004$). Throughout this successful processes, CMF has contributed to settle down the structure of a virtuous circle in the regional (re)vitalization on the economic and socio-cultural dimension since the mid 1990s. This results from (1) a successful mix among vision providers, practioners, central and local governments, and citizen, (2) a interplay of the ability of spatial production by the mime culture and the capacity of cultural production by spatial occupiers.

국내 개발보안 제도는 2012년 12월부터 '소프트웨어 개발보안 제도'를 의무화 하며 시작 되었다. 3년여가 지난 지금 시점에서 소프트웨어 개발보안 제도는 안정화가 되어가고 있지만 보완할 사항도 일부 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 제도가 먼저 정착된 미국의 개발보안 제도의 동향과 국내에서 개발보안 제도가 정착되는 과정에서의 변화된 점에 대해서 분석한다. 또한 개발보안 제도를 더욱 활성화하기 위한 개선 방향에 대해서 제시한다.

For the correct settlement of 'drama' subject mentioned as a new art subject within school education of Korea, this paper deals with the relevant contents by using German drama education equipped with the systematic educational system in the world as an objective model. First, analyzing the historical correlations between German school and drama education, this paper refers to the settlement process of drama education in German school after the enforcement of educational reform policy in Germany of 2009, and also the direction and characteristics of drama class. Such a research background contains the objectives to directly/indirectly verify the suitability of drama education for the suggestion of convergence(integrated) education and increase of creativity required for the current Korean school education, and also to be helpful to the establishment of institutional directions for Korean culture & art education in the future.

광굴절 단결정을 이용한 홀로그램 저장은 일반적으로 Fe 흑은 Ce 과 같이 한 가지 종류의 이온이 첨가된 재료를 사용해왔다. 그러나 저장된 홀로그램 정보를 재생할때 지워지지 않도록 정착화를 위해 사용된 열이나 전기장 대신 자외선을 이용한 방법이 최근에 시도되고 있다$^{(1)}$ . 이 방법은 모든 것을 광으로 처리할 수 있는 장점이 있으나 2광자 기록방법$^{(2)}$ 과는 달리 두 가지 종류의 이온 첨가물이 필요하므로 전하의 이동이나 트랩과정이 더욱 복잡할 수밖에 없다. 특히 LiNbO$_3$ 재료는 photovoltaic 특성이 매우 강하여 다른 광굴절 재료와 구별된다. congruent Mn,Fe:LiNbO$_3$에 대한 실험 결과[1]와 stoichiometric LiNbO$_3$에서의 작은 polaron과 쌍 polaron에 의한 기록과 재생실험결과$^{(3)}$ 의 발표는 있으나 2중 첨가물의 LiNbO$_3$에 대한 이론적 접근은 아직 알려진 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 Mn,Ce:LiNbO$_3$와 Fe,W:LiNbO$_3$에서의 홀로그램 기록특성을 연구하였고 photovoltaic 효과를 고려한 홀로그램의 형성과 소멸과정에 대한 수치해석을 이용하여 결과의 설명을 시도하였다. 일본(日本)의 후진적(後進的) 중소기업구조(中小企業構造)는 경제(經濟)의 국제화(國際化)가 급속히 진전된 70년대에 크게 개선되었고, 이에 따라 중소기업문제(中小企業問題)에 대한 사회의 인식도 변하게 되었다. 국제수지(國際收支)의 흑자기조(黑字基調)가 정착되면서 급속히 진전된 경제의 국제화를 계기로 후진적(後進的) 중소기업구조(中小企業構造)가 개선된 일본의 경험은 우리 경제가 당면한 중소기업문제(中小企業問題)의 이해와 개선에 도움을 줄 것이다. 경제(經濟)의 국제화(國際化)를 계기로 우리 경제에서도 중소기업구조(中小企業構造)를 개선하는 산업조정(産業調整)이 가속될 것이다. 경제구조(經濟構造)와 내외환경(內外環境)의 차이로 인하여 중소기업분야(中小企業分野)의 산업조정과정(産業調整過程)에는 일본의 경험과 일치하지 않는 부분도 많겠지만, 경제 전반의 대외지향적(對外指向的) 기술(技術) 지식집약화(知識集約化) 과정(過程)에 의하여 규정되는 기본적 성격에는 차이가 없을 것이다. 중소기업과 관련된 경제운용의 기본방향은 이러한 중소기업분야(中小企業分野)의 산업조정(産業調整)이 시장기능(市場機能)에 의하여 점진적으로 진행되도록 유도(誘導) 지원(支援)을 강화하는 것이다.
