Since 1990, the Korean Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry(MAF) has implemented the program for enhancing rural living environment (Jungjookunkaebal program) to stabilize rural population and community. The program has focused on providing rural areas with various social infrastructure facilities. But, because the program has been done without appropriate consideration on rural settlement system and the unevenness of rurality, people has discredit its necessity and efficacy. This paper discussed desirable strategies and tools to overcome criticism on the program.

디지털 TV의 다채널의 프로그램과 다양한 부가 서비스가 가능하도록 하는 PSIP 전송 서버는 시스템의 안정성, 유지, 보수의 용이함, 이식성 등의 보장과 출력 데이터의 STD 규격 적합성 등의 요구 사항을 만족해야 한다. 현재 개발되어 있는 PSIP 전송 서버는 이러한 요구 사항을 충족 시키지 못하고 있다 본 논문에서는 PSIP 전송 서버를 PSIP Generator와 PSIP Streamer로 분리하고, PSIP Generator를 Java 언어로 구현하는 것을 제안한다. 이는 이식성과안정성, 규격 적합성을 충족하여 실제로 운용될 방송국의 요구 사항을 보장할 것이다.

재다중화기는 여러 개의 TS를 입력으로 받은 후 다중화하여 출력하는 시스템이다. 이를 위해서는 PSI 재구성 및 PID 재배열 등의 과정을 거친 후 T-STD 모델에 맞게 다중화하고, PCR 수정하여 전송하는 기능이 필요하다. 재다중화기는 부가적으로 MPEG 스트림을 끊어 잇는 스플라이싱 기능과 PSI와 PSIP의 상호 연계를 위해 PSIP 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 기능을 갖출 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 TS 다중화를 위한 기본 기능과 함께 스플라이싱 및 PSIP 스트리밍 등의 보조 기능을 수용할 수 있는 재다중화기의 구조를 제안한다.

System engineering(SE) management techniques applied for space launch system development are introduced to assess the current status and address the effwctiveness of these techniques. Management plans and guides are prepared for the work breakdown structure , data, comfiguration, interface control, Quality assurance, procurement, reliability, risk and verification/validation . Further improvement is required for the system engineering management plan(SEMP) to merge the international cooperation into current engineering managment system.

분산 추정 및 신뢰구간 추정의 한 방법으로 널리 쓰이고 있는 붓스트랩 방법을 복합표본에 적용하는 방법에 대해 알아보았다. 복합 표본은 유한 모집단에서 추출되고 추출확률이 다르기 때문에 i.i.d. 표본에 기초하여 개발된 전통적인 붓스트랩 방법을 직접 적용하면 추론의 오류가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 복원 확률비례표본과 랜덤그룹표본에 붓스트랩을 적용하는 방법을 알아보았다.

선박내의 발전장치로는 독립된 디젤기관으로 구동되는 발전장치를 사용하는 것이 일반적이자만, 근래에는 에너지 절약과 관리, 보수의 편의를 목적으로 축발전(Shaft Generator) 시스템이 연구, 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비교적 가격이 저렴하고, 설치 공간이 적으면서고 양질의 교류전력을 얻을 수 있어 소형선박에서 사용하기에 적합한 축발전 시스템으로, 마이크로컴퓨터에 의하여 제어되는 유압구동식 축발전시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

Dynamic deformation behavior under the high strain rate loading condition obtained with the aid of Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB) technique is simulated by DYNA2D (an hydrodynamic code). A constitutive equation such as Johnson-Cook model is used by adjusting various parameters to fit experimentally determined dynamic stress-strain relationship.
