본 연구는 1999년 6월부터 시작된 주암호에 대한 대기침적 특성과 오염기여도평가 결과를 토대로, 주암호 수질보전대책을 수립하는데 필수적인 기여 배출원을 규명하기 위해 수행되고 있다. 주암호로 침적되는 오염물질의 양을 효과적으로 줄이기 위해서는 배출원과 피해지점간의 관계를 평가 할 수 있는 모형의 개발과 이용이 필수적이다. (중략)

(Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$[BST] thin films were fabricated on Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si substrate by RF sputtering. We investigated the effects of substrate temperature on the structural and dielectric properties of BST thin films. Increasing the substrate temperature, barium multi titanate phases were decreased, and BST (100), (200) peaks were increased. The relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the BST thin films at the substrate temperature of $500^{\circ}C$ were 300 and 0.018, respectively at l[kHz]. In all films, the dielectric constants decreased. Dielectric losses increased as increasing the frequency. The switching voltage was 5V of the BST thin films at the substrate temperature of $500^{\circ}C$.

Human milk is frequently the only food source for a newborn during the initial stage of life after birth. Milk provides not only the nutrients necessary for the infant's growth, but also ingredients that may enable the infant to thrive. Human milk oligosaccharides (HMO) are considered to be these beneficial ingredients for the health of infant. It has been reported that around 5 to 10 g unbound oligosaccharides and around 20 to over 130 different HMO are present in 1L of human milk. The suggested health mechanisms of HMO's roles in host defense are 1) blocking bacterial adhesions, 2) binding to a toxin receptor on the extracellular domain, and 3) postbiotic effect resulting from the increase of probiotics such as Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli. Among the prebiotic oligosaccharides, mixtures of long chain fuetooligosaccharides (10%) and galactooligosaccharides (90%) in infant formula are demonstrated to increase the number of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli to the levels seen in human milk fed infants.

$Ba(Zn_{1-x}Co_x)TaO_3$[BZCT] ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method. The ceramics were sintered at the temperature of $1450{\sim}1550^{\circ}C$ for 5hr. in air. The structural properties of the BZCT ceramics as a function of composition and sintering temperature were investigated by the XRD and SEM. The crystal structure of BZCT ceramics was investigated by the XRD. The microstructure of the specimens were observed by SEM. All the BZCT ceramics sintered above the $1550^{\circ}C$ were showed as a polycrystalline complex perovskite structure without second phases and any unreacted materials. The density of BZCT (70/30) specimen sintered at $1550^{\circ}C$ was $6.31g/cm^3$.

컴퓨터 기술과 정보통신 기술의 발달로 인터넷 사용이 손쉬워 짐에 따라 청소년들에게 무제한으로 유해 사이트가 공개되어 많은 사회적인 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 사용자에게 음란 정보를 담고 있는 웹사이트 접근을 차단하는 방법에 관한 것으로 칼라 영상에서 인체를 검출하는 새로운 방법을 제안하였다. 효율적인 인체 검출을 위해 인체의 특징의 하나인 피부색을 HSI(Hue, Saturation, Intensity)의 공간에서 조명의 강도 및 각도 차에 영향이 적은 H값과 피부색을 이루는 RGB(Red, Green, Blue)공간에서 R값의 비를 이용하여 추출하고, 미디언 필터를 사용하여 1차적으로 잡음 제거를 하고, 라벨링을 통하여 임계값보다 작은 라벨을 제거함으로써 2차적인 잡음을 제거한다. 다양한 자세의 전신을 템플릿으로 DB화하고, 유형을 2차적인 잡음을 제거한 영상의 크기와 동일하게 확대 한 다음, 템플릿 매칭으로 유사성을 비교하여 인체를 검출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 실험 결과, 피부색을 검출하는 제안 방법이 명암 차를 극복하였고, 다양한 피부색 검출에 양호한 방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 다양한 템플릿을 만들어, 1차 잡음제거와 라벨링으로 2차 잡음제거를 한 입력 영상과의 템플릿 매칭으로 다양한 자세의 인체를 검출할 수 있었다.

Ferroelectric PZT(10/90)PZT(90/10) heterolayered thin films were fabricated by spin-coating method on the Pt/Ti/SiO$^2$/Si substrate alternately using PZT(10/90) and PZT(90/10) metal alkoxide solutions. The coating and heating procedure was repeated six times to form PZT heterolayered films. The surface, cross-sectional microstructures and thickness of the films were observed using scanning electron microscope(SEM). The relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the 5-coated PZT heterolayered films were 1331 and 4.8% respectively.

본 연구에서는 준강유전 특성을 갖는 xBa(L $a_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$- (1-x)Pb(Z $r_{y}$ $Ti_{1-y}$) $O_{3}$ (x=8.5, 9.0[mol.%], y=65, 70[mol.%]) 세라믹을 2단 소성법으로 제작한 후, 조성 및 인가전계에 따른 전기광학 특성 및 광변조 특성을 측정하였다. 인가전계가 증가함에 따라 8.5/65/35 시편을 제외한 전조성에서 유효복굴절이 2차 함수적으로 변화하는 2차 전기광학 특성을 나타내었으며 2차 전기광학계수, 반파장전압 및 ON-OFF ratio는 9.0/65/35 시편에서 각각 6.17x$10^{-16}$[ $m^{2}$/ $v^{2}$], 136[V], 252의 가장 우수한 값을 나타내었다. 9.0/70/30, 9.0/65/35 및 8.5/70/30 시편에 대해 광변조 특성을 측정한 결과, 입사광의 세기를 인가전압에 의해 변조시킬 수 있음을 관찰하였다.다.
