In this study, flow boiling experiments were performed using R-134a on a plain tube bundle. Tests were conducted for the following range of variables; quality from 0.1 to 0.9, mass flux from $8\;kg/m^2s$ to $26\;kg/m^2s$ and heat flux from $10\;kW/m^2s$ to $40\;kW/m^2s$. The heat transfer coefficients were strongly dependent on the heat flux. However, they were almost independent on the mass flux or quality. The data are compared with the modified Chen model, which satisfactorily () predicted the data. Original Chen model, however, did not adequately predict the effect of quality. The reason may be attributed to the flow pattern of the present test, where the bubbly flow prevailed for the entire test range. The heat transfer coefficients of the tube bundle were 6~40% higher than those of the single tube pool boiling.

In this study EB(Electron Beam) welder was modified to apply EB welder to micro-joining with solder ball and Pt wire. The power and beam current of EB welder is 6kW, 100mA and the minimum current was 1mA. The minimum current of EB welder was modified to decrease the amount of beam current to 0.0lmA and the monitoring system to observe materials was made up. The control system and CAD/CAM software for e-beam direct writing was developed and the deflection beam was controlled without moving workpieces. the possibility of applying EB welder to micro-joining with solder ball and Pt wire was studied through this experiments.

3차원 실장을 하기 위해서 딥핑 방법으로 전기적 신호를 전달할 수 있는 비아를 가진 실리콘 웨이퍼를 제작하였다. 레이저를 이용하여 실리콘 웨이퍼에 개구부가 원형에 가까운 관통 홀을 형성하였다. 관통 홀의 벽에 도금 방법으로 시드 층을 형성하였다. 관통 홀의 충전 금속은 Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu 솔더를 사용하였다. 딥핑 방법으로 시드 층과 솔더 사이의 확산 현상 이용하여 전기적 신호를 전달 할 수 있는 비아를 형성하였다. 비아 내부에 일부 기공과 크랙이 발견되기도 했으나 딥핑 방법을 통해서 빠른 시간 내에 비아를 가진 실리콘 웨이퍼를 제작 할 수 있었다.

This paper presents an architecture for driving multiple paralleled cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs) for back lighting applications. The key to the architecture is a proposed capacitive coupling approach for lamp ignition. This system is consist of a flyback converter, a single inverter to drive multiple lamps and conductive floating reflector. The topology is capable of driving a number of parallel lamps with independent accurate lamp, current regulation and improving cost effectiveness with significant reduction in size and weight, compared to typical high frequency ac ballast. Experimental demonstration results for ten of parallel CCFLs with simultaneous ignition. This like the EEFL it will be able to use the CCFL is the thing. Also, it investigates the effect where the leakage current goes mad to the Lamp.

In this study, We evaluated the Performance of PFC and the system performance of large size air-conditioner applying to outdoor condenser. PFC can meet the same cooling capacity in 40.42% of volume to fin-tube condenser. Although the fin-tube condenser requires 3600g of refrigerant charging, PFC requires 1700g, 1800g, 1900g, 2000g refrigerant charging for each 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and 3.5mm fin pitches. Difference of condensing and evaporation pressure is the biggest point 2.0mm fin pitch and the smallest point 2.5mm fin pitch.

최근에 텍스트 압축에 뛰어난 성능을 가지는 블록 정렬 알고리즘인 BW변환 (Burrows-Wheeler Transform)이 소개되었다. 그러나 영상 압축에 BW변환을 직접 적용하면 영상과 텍스트가 갖는 상관성이 서로 다르기 때문에 만족할 만한 압축효과를 기대할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가역의 L-SSKF(Lossless Symmetric Short Kernel Filter)를 사용한 계층적 대역분할로 영상화소 사이의 상관성을 줄인 후 BW변환을 하는 방법과 GAP(Gradient Adjusted Prediction)를 사용하여 LL 대역에 많이 분포된 상관성을 줄인 후 BW변환을 하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험결과 제안한 방법이 기존의 무손실 JPEG 표준안과 LZ 기반의 압축방법(PKZIP) 등에 비해 압축성능이 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

The optical properties of $TiO_2$ thin films dispersed in epoxy film, which were prepared with bis-(4, 4'-P-toluenesulfonylacidic isoproplyidene) cycolhexadiol(BTSPC) and UVI 6990 in dry sol-gel process, were investigated. In the case of irradiating UV light on $TiO_2$ thin films, how many nanopartlcles of $TiO_2$ are dispersed in epoxy film was investigated by AFM. The absorption peak of the films was showed at 360nm. Squarylium dye was dispersed in $TiO_2$-epoxy film. Photodegration concerned with amount of dye and time of UV light irradiation was investigated. UV light irradiation on the film occurred dramatical photodegration.

The electron drift mobility of poly(4,4'-cyclohexylidenediphenyl carbonate) (PC-Z) doped with 3,5-dimethy-3,5-di-t-butylstilbenequinone(MBSQ), 3,5,3,5-tetra-t-butyl stilbenequinone(TBSQ) and 3,5,3,5-tetra-methyl stilbenequinone(TMSQ) was measured by the time-of-flight technique. The electric field and temperature dependences of the electron drift mobility were discussed with Poole-Frenkel, Arrhenius formulations and non-Arrhenius type of temperature dependence. It was assumed that the hopping sites were Gaussian distribution. Mobility and activation energy of MBSQ were increased with increasing dopant. However, mobilities and activation energy of TBSQ and TMSQ were increased and decreased, respectively.

본 논문은 복사전력에 제한을 받고 많은 잡음 채널로 전송채널이 심한 영향을 받는 이동통신망이나 위성통신망과 같은 무선 전송채널에서 버스트 오류로 인해 발생하는 통신불능 현상을 해결하기 위해 암호문에 인터리빙 기법을 제안하고 이 기법을 통해 전송성능을 개선한다. 전송성능을 개선하기 위해서는 송신되는 암호문을 암호문의 구조에 적합하도록 인터리빙기법을 설계하여 전송함으로써 버스트 오류가 발생할 경우에 안전하게 암호문을 수신함으로써 robust한 암호통신을 가능하도록 하였다. 본 논문은 무선채널에서 적합한 스트림암호 체계를 설계하였고 스트림암호를 통해 전송시 발생되는 동기패턴, 세션키, 암호문을 인터리빙 기법을 통하여 전송함으로써 버스트 오류로부터 암호문을 보호하고 전송성능을 개선하였다.
