기술을 기반으로 스타트업을 시작한 창업자들은 벤처캐피탈(VC) 등 기술기반 벤처기업에 투자를 하는 사람들이 오로지 기술만을 평가하여 투자를 진행할 것이라고 오해하기 쉽다. 그 생각에서 벗어나지 못하면 기술 벤처기업에 전문적으로 투자하는 투자자에게 투자를 받기는 쉽지 않을 것이다. 본고에서는 기술 벤처기업에 전문적으로 투자하는 투자자들이 어떤 관점에서 투자를 진행하는지에 대해서 알아봄으로써 기술 기반으로 스타트업을 시작한 창업자가 투자유치를 어떻게 진행해야 할 지에 대한 지침을 주고자 한다.

Creative economy has been characterized by ideas popularized commercialization. The commercialization of the idea is to develop a creative economy virtuous circle tool, entrepreneurship and start-ups for this serves as a key driver of the creative economy. Convergence, complex thinking and creative planning ability is always a lot from the 20s came a young man. So young age of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, and is easily capable of founding a new culture is created by the right products and services they lead the more outstanding talent in the way of entrepreneurship creates even young and energetic national economy. Such a wide range of system implementation and curriculum development to complete the creative economy with ecology is also a very critical situation. The development of a systematic entrepreneurship curriculum that promote creative thinking and planning ability for creative convergence of economic times is a top priority. The present study considered that the early stages of convergence entrepreneurship program presents a convergence process of entrepreneurship education through a process-oriented research based on statistics.

The age of the $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution characterized with artificial intelligence leads to increased interest in emotional aspects representing humanity as counterpart competence to the digital literacy, As the educational model to foster emotional intelligence, noticed is 'maker education based on design thinking process,' since it cultivates the spirits of empathy, intuitive thinking, collaboration, communication, sharing, and openness. In this context, this study aimed to examine relationship between the educational model and emotional intelligence. For this purpose, a case study has been conducted with 37 undergraduate students in an University general education class, and the results of data collection and analysis confirmed positive influences of the program in enhancing most components of the emotional intelligence.

In uncertain future and the rapidly changing environment, it is necessary for companies to do innovative management activity. With business strategy that creates value and vision, The major industrialized countries ensure development of venture & start-up business and business competition by creating various added value through design. Thereby, Companies use design to increase enterprise value, a lots of interests and supports are focused in design industry which pioneer new market with new product and services. Therefore, Companies need more innovative and creative activities, and leads creative companies through developing entrepreneurship. Now, Companies should improve successful entrepreneurship, developing effective process in the organizational level beyond individual level. This research conducts empirical analysis from the individual and organizational perspective of corporate entrepreneurship. This study of design corporate 351 employees in design corporate is surveyed. This research finding is that design corporate employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have meaningful effects on culture and structure. However, The analysis result indicates that this employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have no effects on operation systems, so it is necessary to build the operation systems for activation of corporate entrepreneurship. This study puts emphasis on the needs to raise the level of corporate entrepreneurship and requires ways to improve entrepreneurship for sustainable growth. Also, This study suggests practical implications that it is important to systematic operation systems to actively utilize infrastructure, so it occurs in employees' entrepreneurship not only on the individual level, but also on the organizational level.

This study aims to determine whether employment status moderates and mediates the effect of parenting stress on parenting efficacy through mental health and hope targeting women raising children and to find ways to improve parenting efficacy by utilizing mental health and hope. The survey was conducted nationwide, a purposive sampling method was used to select the survey subjects, and data were collected through a survey. The total number of subjects used in the final analysis was 300 women. Data were analyzed by applying frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderated mediation effect analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of correlation analysis, parenting stress showed a negative correlation with mental health, hope, employment status, and parenting efficacy. On the other hand, other variables except parenting stress showed positive correlations with each other. Second, employment status moderated and mediated the effect of parenting stress on parenting efficacy through mental health and hope. In other words, employment status played a buffering role in reducing the negative impact of parenting stress on parenting efficacy through mental health and hope. Based on these results, a plan to protect parenting efficacy was proposed.

정신한은행은 '10년 1 월부터 6월까지 약 6개월 동안 "위험관리 기반의 침해사고 조기 대응체계 구축" 프로젝트를 수행하여 침해 시도 조기 탐지 및 대응을 위한 "침해사고 조기 경보 시스템" 및 "침해 사고 대응 프로세스 전산화"와 침해 사고의 사전 예방 강화를 위한 "정보시스템 상시 취약점 점검 체계"를 모두 하나의 프레임웍으로 묶어 통합 구축하였다. 신한은행은 이를 통해 내부망 및 인터넷 서비스망에 대해서 이마 알려진 네트웍 침입 패턴뿐만 아니라 네트웍 트래픽 전반에 대한 모니터링을 대폭 강화하여 기존 침입탐지 시스템이나 디도스 대응 시스템 등에서 탐지가 불가능했던 신종 침입 유형이나 소규모 디도스 공격 트래픽도 자동화된 탐지가 가능하게 되었다. 그리고 탐지된 침입시도의 유행 및 위험 수준에 따라서 사전 정의된 침해사고 대응 프로세스를 통해, 정보보안 담당자가 관련 부서 및 경영진의 요구사항에 각각 최적화된 전용 상황 모니터링 화면을 공유하며 침해사고를 효과적으로 공동 대응할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 정보시스템 전반에 대하여 상시 취약점 점검을 실시하고 그 점검 결과를 데이터베이스로 구축하고 정보시스템의 위험 수준에 따른 체계화된 대응 방안을 수립할 수 있게 되었다. 신한은행은 금번 구축된 시스템을 정보보안 영역 전반으로 확대하여 동일 프레임웍에서 위험관리 기반의 내부 정보 유출 체계를 구축하고, 향후 그룹사에도 확대 적용하여 전체 그룹사의 보안 수준을 제고하는 데 활용할 계획이다. * 금번 구축 사례에서 소개된 침해사고 조기 대응체계는 구축 완료 시점에 사내 명칭 공모를 통해 "Ageis"로 선정되었으며, 본 사례에서도 전체 시스템을 가리킬 때 Ageis로 지칭한다. Aegis는 그라스 신화에서 Zeus 신이 딸 Athena 신에게 주었다는 방패로서 보호, 후원, 지도 등의 뜻을 가지며, 이지스 또는 아이기스 라고 발음된다.

The idea behind Open Source Software(OSS) that permits users to study, change, and improve, is similar to the spirit of the library that has been developed through cooperations and resource sharing rather than competition. OSS is regarded as an alternative, low-cost technical innovation based on librarian's creative idea and standardized business process. Enthusiasm of the community is fundamental to successful installations and sustainable development. This study analyzed two community-based OSS ILS, namely KOHA and Next_L and suggested a future direction for domestic libraries. In the case of Korea, it is desirable for a library consortium to develop an OSS ILS for small- and medium-sized libraries. Most importantly, strong consensus about OSS ILS among the practiting librarians should be developed first.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of leader's managerial coaching behavior on employees' innovative behavior and to confirm the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and the moderating effect of LMX(Leader-Member Exchange). Hypotheses were established based on prior research and variety of theories including broaden-build theory and self-efficacy theory. The survey was accessed via the online, 279 employees over 20's or older, who have worked in various domestic organizations were participated. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used to verify the reliability and validity of the collected data, and the hypothesis was analyzed by SPSS process macro 3.0. The study found that leader's managerial coaching behavior has positive effects on both employees' entrepreneurship and innovative behavior and that entrepreneurship has mediating effect between leader's managerial coaching behavior and an employees' innovative behavior. The results of this study suggested leader's managerial coaching behavior is a prominent factor in facilitating innovative behavior among employees. Implications include an organizational requirement to develop systems for initiating effective managerial coaching behavior in leadership, and for improvement of both entrepreneurship and LMX among employees.

The purpose of this study is to analyze key concepts of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems and to suggest implications for economic geographical studies. The definition and concept of entrepreneurship as well as changes of its research trends were examined. By combining entrepreneurship and geography, Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, which have recently emerged as important concepts and theories, were examined with the focus on the key concepts such as 'actors and factors', 'productive' and 'territory'. It is important that the individual, organizational and institutional components such as entrepreneurs, start-ups, existing companies, institutions and cultural elements are interconnected to build communities through 'entrepreneurial recycling'. Entrepreneurial Ecosystems support to create innovative high-growth start-ups based on entrepreneurial culture in the local region. Despite conceptual limitations, theoretical and empirical analyses should be conducted from economic geographical perspectives in order to reveal the geographical and spatial processes of productive entrepreneurship and to suggest policy implications for region-based start-up ecosystems.

This study was to investigate the relationship between safety & quality management changes of patient and changes in management activities based on hospital workers in five mental hospitals and five geriatric hospitals which should be required medical certifying authorities. As a result of the research study, participation whether or not of certification service of mental hospital & geriatric hospital workers was positive correlation to improve change of 'Performance level of Safety Activities for the patient' 'Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient' 'Respect the Rights and Responsibility of the patient' 'Performance level of Infection Control Activities' out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality. Also developmental changes of Safety Activities for the patient Hospital Quality for the patient Rights and Responsibility of the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the Capacity Management Activities through Education and training, and Medical System & Evaluation of Management Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the need to the Customer Orientation Process.
