Sixty seven regular wave tests were performed in a wave-current flume to investigate proper-ties of waves breaking on irregular slope profiles. In these tests, 1/10, 1/20 beach slopes were made using angles and plywoods. A little differences were found in such properties as breaker depth and height indices. runup for plane slopes comparing with other laboratory experiments. however. for smaller deepwater wave steepness, measured breaker height and depth data values were smaller than other formulas. On wave runup agreement was good between experiments and Hunt formula. however. measured data values were influenced by number of breaking. Significant differences were found in breaker depth index for plane and barred slopes. Wave height decay after breaking was found to be smaller than Dally et al.'s formula (1984).

베트남 북부 산악지형에 거주하는 소수 부족민들의 생계개선이 베트남 정부의 정책적인 지원 사업에도 불구하고 현재까지 뚜렷한 성과를 내지 못하는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 특히 지속가능한 개발 및 인적자원개발을 목표로 하고 있는 베트남 경제사회개발정책(2011~2020)의 하위전략인 신농촌 개발정책(New Rural Development)에 의한 사업들이 적절히 수행되고 있는지 의문이 대두되었다. 한편, 베트남 라오까이성 행복프로그램은 한국 코이카 재원으로 새마을운동 경험과 정신을 바탕으로 설계되었으며 심각한 빈곤상태에 있는 성내 8개 소수부족민 마을에 마을특성과 주민 의견이 반영된 개발계획을 수립하고 계획실행의 주체인 마을주민들과 현장 공무원에게 다양한 훈련 사업들을 제공하였다. 본 연구는 생계개선에 대한 이론 고찰과 함께 한국 및 베트남의 농촌개발 경험사례 분석을 바탕으로 프로그램의 다양한 역량강화 사업들이 8개 소수부족 주민들의 의식변화와 생계자산 향상에 어떠한 영향을 끼쳤는지 알아보았다. 본 연구결과는 프로그램에서 제공한 다양한 역량강화 훈련들이 주민의식의 긍정적인 변화와 소수 부족민들의 생계자산에 대하여 상당한 만족도를 가져왔는바, 신농촌 개발정책은 직접자재 위주의 지원을 줄이는 대신 주민들의 자신감 고취를 위한 주민의식 교육과 주민들의 생계활동 능력향상을 위한 다양한 훈련 사업을 확대해야 함을 보여준다.

국내 창업연구 결과에 따르면 사내벤처 기업의 생존률 및 성과가 일반 창업기업 대비 더 높게 나타난다는 연구결과들이 제시되고 있다. 이에 우리 정부는 2017년부터 사내벤처 및 분사창업기업 육성을 위한 지원제도를 운영하고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 이러한 정부의 개입이 분사창업기업의 창업과 성장에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 2019년 1차년도 사내벤처 육성프로그램에 참여한 7개의 기업 중 11개의 분사기업팀을 대상으로 하였으며, 주된 영역은 (1)분사 칭업자의 특성에 따른 기업가적 의도 및 (2) 모기업의 지원정책, (3) 정부의 정책 개입에 따른 분사창업과의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 3개월의 이노베이션 부트캠프 과정 이후 2022년까지 해당기업의 CEO 인터뷰 및 기사를 통해 추적한 결과, 사내벤처팀 모두 모기업의 지원정책과 본인의 업무를 기반으로 창업을 시작하였으며, 모기업 및 유통파트너를 첫 소비자로 하는 경우가 다수를 차지하였다. 모기업은 재정직 지원 제공하는 한편, 정부에서 요구한 '실패시 재입사 가능'의 조항을 준수하고 있었으며 이러한 정부의 정책개입은 중소기업의 사내벤처제도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라 정부의 사내혁신을 통한 혁신창업 활성화에 이론적, 실무적, 정책적 제안을 제시하고자 한다.

한국은 전 세계에서 미국에 이어 두 번째로 인터넷 연결에 성공한 나라가 되었고 1990년대 후반에는 세계 최초로 초고속 인터넷이 도입, 개발되면서 많은 닷컴기업들이 등장하였다. 이렇게 인터넷을 기반으로 한 비즈니스들이 출현하고 '인터넷 혁명'이라 불릴 정도로 사회, 경제적 변화가 일어났으나, 인터넷 비즈니스 역사에 대한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 인터넷 비즈니스의 역사에 대해 다양한 개별 기업의 역사연구를 수행한 후, 비교를 통해 설명 변수를 발견하고 이를 통해 이론을 발견하는 경영사적 연구접근 방법을 소개하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 귀납적 접근방법을 기초로 1990년대 말, 2000년대 초의 이른바 창업자, 벤처 관련 인사들의 인터뷰 및 문헌연구를 진행하였다. 스타트업 역사 상 의미가 큰 기업으로 메디슨, 큐닉스, 새롬기술, 다음, 네이버, NC소프트, 넥슨에 대한 내용을 정리 중이다. 이 기업들은 공통적으로 새로운 기술 도입을 기회로 삼아 가치를 창출하여 사회를 바꾸려하는 기업가정신을 추구하고 있었다. 또한 인터넷 인프라를 기민하게 활용하였으며 1997년 말 외환위기로 인해 인재와 자금이 벤처로 이동한 환경적 변화가 성장의 기폭제가 되었다. 또한 코스닥을 통한 자금조달 등은 벤처기업들의 시장기회를 확대하고 성장에 기여를 하였으며 자율적이고 유연한 기업문화에 형성하며, 대학가에 창업 붐을 일으키기도 하였다. 제 2벤처붐이 도래한 이 시점에 벤처기업에 대한 귀납적 방법론을 활용한 경영사적 관점의 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

Nudge, which is recently in the spotlight again, refers to inducing a person's behavior change naturally rather than forcibly in behavioral economics. It is used not only in behavioral economics, but also in various fields such as design and communication, and is continuously expanding. Furthermore, it is used for entrepreneurship education as well as solving social problems in the public sector that are easily encountered in the surroundings. Given this aspect, it would be very meaningful to understand and analyze Nudge from the perspective of problem solving. Therefore, this study analyzed the usefulness and utility of Nudge from the perspective of problem solving. The usefulness of Nudge was confirmed through TRIZ technique, which is a representative technique for problem solving, and conversely, the utility of Nudge in TRIZ technique was also analyzed. The results of this study are expected to provide useful theoretical and practical implications for researchers and managers interested in knowledge management for problem solving.

가뭄은 국민생활 및 경제 등에 막대한 손실을 초래하며, 지역사회 공동체나 사회기능에 심각한 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 재해이다. 가뭄피해 최소화를 위해서는 단기대응, 복구지원 등의 사후대책에서 사전대비 및 예방으로의 정책 전환이 필요하며, 이러한 정책 수립을 뒷받침하기 위해서는 가뭄에 따른 정량적인 피해영향 평가가 우선적으로 필요하다. 하지만 가뭄 피해의 범위 및 형태는 워낙 광범위하기 때문에, 피해추정을 위한 잣대라 할 수 있는 영향평가 기법조차 제대로 정립되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 국내에서는 분야별(기상, 농업, 수문)로 지수화 된 지표를 이용한 가뭄 평가가 주로 수행되고 있으며, 경제적 영향평가는 방법론에 대한 시범 연구 수준이다. 가뭄기록조사 등 과거 가뭄피해 자료에서도 피해액의 금액환산이 되지 않은 사례가 대부분이며 급수차지원, 관정개발 등 사후복구비 위주의 일부 자료만이 피해금액으로 제시되어 있을 뿐이다. 댐, 저수지 등에 의한 용수공급 안정성으로 인해, 기상학적인 가뭄이 즉시 물부족으로 인한 피해로 이어지지는 않지만, 물부족이 발생하거나 부족량이 예측되는 상황에서 피해규모를 시스템적으로 추정 및 비교할 수 있는 기법 개발의 필요성에 의해 잠재피해액 개념의 공급지장비용 추정기법을 개발하였다. 공급지장비용 또는 편익 도출을 위한 이론적 배경으로, 경제적 가치 또는 파급효과를 분석하기 위한 방법은 경제학적 접근법과 비경제학적 접근법으로 구분된다. 경제학적 접근법에서 사용하는 진술선호 기법의 경우 전국을 대상으로 설문 등의 과정을 거쳐 지불의사액을 도출하는 과정이 필요하기 때문에 많은 조사비용이 소요된다. 비경제학적 또는 공학적 접근법으로 분류되는 대체비용법은 이론적 배경이 약하고 대체항목의 선택에 주의가 필요하다는 단점이 있으나, 물가자료, 산업통계, 수자원통계 등 기초자료의 주기적 업데이트가 유리하며, 정신적 피해를 제외할 경우 피해비용 추정결과의 편차가 진술선호기법 보다는 작은 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 피해비용의 과대추정에 유의하여 대체비용법에 기반한 일본 후생노동성의 감 단수피해추정기법을 우리나라 자료에 맞게 수정하여 공급지장비용을 추정하였으며, 경제학적 접근법에 의한 용수의 한계가치비용 등과 비교를 통해 적용성을 검토하였다.

The purpose of this study is to theoretically explore symbol didactic, which serves as a mediator and integrator of human experience with biblical experience. Based on a deep consideration of the functions and roles of symbols, as studied in psychology, philosophy, religious studies, and theology, this study aims to examine representative theories of Bible didactic that have introduced symbolic action into Christian education. By exploring these theories, we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of symbols in Christian education and their impact on the learning process. This study is divided into two main parts. In the first half, it examines the meanings of symbols and their functions as discussed by prominent scholars from various disciplines who have paid attention to symbols, including S. Freud and C. Jung in psychoanalysis, E. Cassirer and P. Ricoeur in philosophy, M. Eliade in religious studies, and P. Tillich in theology. In the second half, the study critically analyzes and discusses representative theories of symbol didactic, such as those proposed by H. Halbfas and P. Biehl, which have applied the symbolic action of neighboring disciplines to Christian education. Symbol didactic differs from traditional biblical didactic, which aims to transmit content, by using symbols as a medium to facilitate dialogue between the learner's experiences and those of the Bible. This approach enables learners to experience the deep relationship between the content of the Bible and the experiences of biblical figures with their own experiences, and provides an opportunity to deepen that experience.

Even a lot of research has shown about entrepreneurship, there are still some limitations to apply to women. It was limited because it has been illuminated by general points of view. In this situation, it is needed to study more about entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship will. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education experience and the effect of entrepreneurship education on the will of entrepreneurship. First, the implications of the study were to verify that the effect of entrepreneurship education, which is the ability of entrepreneurship knowledge, can contribute to raising the will of entrepreneurship. Therefore, in the entrepreneurship education conducted by universities, operating as a participatory program that can enhance entrepreneurship skills rather than theoretical aspects will contribute to enhancing the willingness of female college students to start up. Second, career orientation and entrepreneurship, which are characteristics of individual psychological behavior, have the result of raising the will to start a business and linking it to actual start-up. Therefore, it is suggested that students conduct their entrepreneurship comprehension and connect themselves to active entrepreneurship activities by conducting a diagnosis of the career orientation and entrepreneurship of students during the start-up education of the university. Third, women's entrepreneurship will become more active in government, and university entrepreneurship support programs expanded to target women's college students.

It recognizes the importance of mental health and well-being worldwide and consistently records public happiness figures through the World Happiness Report. COVID-19, which occurred in China in 2019, has changed people's daily lives a lot. The accumulation of stress caused by the prolonged epidemic is affecting people's happiness. The present research has revealed negative mental health effects such as "depression" and "anxiety" after the pandemic. In this regard, it was revealed that the happiness index was also lowered numerically. It is insufficient to analyze specific issues about changes in the issue of happiness felt by the public in Korean society after the epidemic. Therefore, this study aims to identify changes in the happiness issue of Koreans after COVID-19 and find ways to improve happiness. Data were collected from various aspects by searching 32 sub keywords based on ERG theory by dividing the period before and after COVID-19. The results of topic modeling before and after COVID-19 were classified into seven areas of happiness index 2.0 published by the National Assembly Future Research Institute and compared and analyzed. Based on the results of comparing the results of the before and after topic from the perspective of each area, a plan to improve happiness was presented. The academic implications of this paper are that the research on psychological changes caused by COVID-19 was expanded by mining the opinions of the actual public on 'happiness'. In addition, it has practical implications in that it specifically presented measures to promote happiness by utilizing the area of objective happiness indicators based on the existing research on ways to reduce happiness promotion unhappiness.

Organization and management scholars have researched social enterprises as hybrid organizations. However, research on the organizational uniqueness of social enterprises as hybrids is limited, especially comparing their organizational characteristics with other traditional types of organizations. Thus, this study attempted to compare social enterprises with traditional for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in the aspect of their organizational hybridity by using the data of the Social Value Survey. The results showed that the orientation of social enterprises in pursuing dual values is weaker than the other two types of organizations. Meanwhile, the results revealed that the extent to which an organization operates for realizing dual values is strongest in social enterprises among the three types of organizations. These findings add to the understanding of social enterprises' organizational hybridity in organization and management studies.
