  • 국내에서는 매년 연안에서 발생하는 적조에 의해 많은 수산자원의 피해를 입고 있다. 이를 방재하기 위해 다양한 기술이 연구 개발되고 있으며, 원격탐사기법의 활용이 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 위성자료에 의한 연안해역에서의 적조관측은 시-공간적인 범위에서 많은 제약을 받고 있으며, 이로 인해 위성자료의 분석을 위한 적조 알고리듬은 국내외적으로 제시된 바가 매우 미약하다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 위성자료에 의해 관측된 적조의 패취를 구분하고 이를 정성적으로 분류해내기 위한 적조 알고리듬을 비교하였다. 특히 시-공간해상력에서 많은 차이를 가지고 있는 Landsat TM, AVHRR, SeaWiFS의 위성자료를 비교하여 관측주기가 다르고 분광해상력에서 차이를 나타내는 이들 위성자료를 이용한 적조 관측 알고리듬의 활용 가능성을 비교하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 국내연안에서 발생한 적조의 공간적 분포를 구분화하고 이를 현장관측 자료와 비교하여 분석결과의 정확도를 평가하였다.

The Influence of Rejection Sensitivity on Aggression: The Role of Self-Esteem Level and Instability (거절민감성과 공격성의 관계에서 자존감 수준, 자존감 불안정성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of the present study was to investigate the influence of rejection sensitivity on aggression and to determine the mediating role of self-esteem level and its stability. Data based on self-report questionnaires from a sample of 312(N=312) undergraduate and graduate students were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0, and the Amos 18.0. Results from the structural equation modeling indicated that rejection sensitivity had a negative impact on self-esteem level and a positive impact on self-esteem instability. Self-esteem level had a negative impact on aggression. Self-esteem instability had a positive impact on aggression. The effect of rejection sensitivity on aggression was fully mediated by self-esteem level and instability. Current findings add to the extent literature on the influence of rejection sensitivity on self-esteem level, self-esteem instability, and aggression. Implications of the present study, limitations of current study as well as suggestions for future study were also included in the discussion.

  • This research collected some multi-image information of Nakdong River Estuary Eulsukdo area in last 30 years, which are used as the basis information in running the qualitative analysis of the topography relief's deformation. First, to obtain the data, this research carried out a field survey and GCP measurement, then classified and collected the image information by analog and digital image. The acquired images which have passed a high-precise scan process and geometric correction is manufactured by Ortho Mosaic image, then divided them into 9 sections time period classification before we run a qualitative analysis. In late of 1980's there are many changes of environmental topography deformation of the Eulsukdo area which caused by large scale building constructions, appeared to be known through this research. And then in late of 1990's, we organized the wild cultivated lands, started the wetland restoration of the artificial ecology, in 2000's we are able to know the existence of topograph relief change which caused by big scale of bridge construction. Hereafter, in this quick process of the environmental and topographical change of this area caused by the 4 major rivers restoration project, the analysis results of this experiment are expected to be something applicable as important basic data.

  • This study attempts to estimate the size of economic value that could be created by the adoption of a new internet protocol, IPv6. The existence of externality and diffusion effects in the adoption of a new platform technology makes it difficult to capture the exact costs and benefits of IPv6 adoption. Hence, this study employed multiple evaluation methods rather than relying on single method to increase the validity of results by averaging the value of different methods. Futhermore, the proposed evaluation model includes qualitative variables such as expert opinions, as well as quantitative variables, to incorporate various stakeholders' perspectives. Finally, the policy implications for IPv6 adoption and the limitations of this study are discussed.

  • The application of a multiple rock classification method, which is a generalization of a binary rock classification, is studied in this paper. In particular, this paper shows how to incorporate qualitative data through a case study. The method suggested in this paper can be effectively used for a systematic multiple rock classification such as RMR system developed by Bieniawski. It will be very useful for rock classifications. In addition, it is known that the expected cost of errors can be atopted to indicate how well a investigation plan is made.

  • LOS(Level of Service), the qualitative measure describing operational condition of highway, must be evaluated as quantative index in terms of user service. So, This study is focused on developing the user cost function that user cost is measured in the variation of V/C, MOE(Measure of Effectiveness) of LOS in basic Section of highway. The user cost is calculated as the sum of accident cost, operation cost, travel time cost. The data is collected in the four basic section of Singal-Ansan and Jung bu Highway. As the result of user cost function analysis, the user cost is the lowest When V/C is 0.54. Considering the V/C ratio(0.7) of Basic Section in rural highway suggested in KHCM, We find out that the LOS suggested KHCM increase the user cost of highway.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine and better understand student's perception of territory in the deterritorialized world. Students' sketch maps were analyzed to investigate the way of which they recognized the form of national territory, border, geographic location, and neighboring countries. In addition, students' values, attitudes, and affection for their homeland and other countries were observed through the awareness of North Korea, DMZ, and Dok-do island. Scrutinizing students' sketch maps and follow-up interviews provided much more in-depth context for understanding students' narratives about territorial identity than did the analysis of structured surveys since they can freely draw and sketch their cognition. A qualitative data analysis builded a code list with 67 codes generated from 626 quotations. These data were exported to CSV format to elicit and evaluate differential variances of territorial identity along with student's Social Studies score and Grade Point Average for inferential statistics and quantitative data analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, some suggestions to build a model of territorial education and to develop teaching and learning materials in the domain of geography education were provided.

Retrieval and analysis of LST from MTSAT-1R (MTSAT-1R 자료를 이용한 지표면온도 산출 및 분석)

  • 지표면의 파장별 방출율을 알고 있다는 가정하에 대기의 흡수효과가 상이한 두 파장역을 이용하여 대기효과를 보정해주는 일반적인 분리대기창(Generalized Split-Window) 방법으로 MTSAT-1R 자료로부터 지표면 온도(LST) 산출 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 지표면온도 산출 회귀식은 대기복사전달모델 MODTRAN4.0으로 위성으로부터 LST를 산출하는데 영향을 주는 여러 가지 요소(주/야간,수증기, 방출율,위성관측각 등)들을 고려하여 모의된 자료로부터 도출하였다. 개발한 LST 산출알고리즘의 수준을 분석하기 위해 MSGl SEVIRI 센서에 적합하도록 개 발된 Sobrino and Romaguera(2004)의 알고리즘과 GMS-5 VISSR 센서에 적합하도록 개발된 Prata and Cechet(1999)의 알고리즘과 비교하였다. 3 알고리즘을 MTSAT-1R 자료에 적용하여 LST를 산출한 결과 LST의 공간분포는 정성적으로 서로 유사하게 나타났으나,정량적으로는 지리적 위치,계절 및 주간/야간에 따라서 LST가 다르게 나타났다.

  • Since adopting 1969 CLC and 1971 FC, IMO increased maximum amount of compensation by adopting protocols of 1969 CLC and 1971 FC. Recently IMO adopted 2003 Supplementary Fund by which the compensation limits increased dramatically to 750 million SDR. Korea government has only entered 1992CLC/FC. However, since the Hebei Spirit incident in 2007, there have been strong claims that Korea government should enter 2003 Supplementary Fund. In this article, feasibility study was carried out to help Korea government decide whether or not entering the Convention. The quantitative analysis has been carried out using data of the past oil spill accidents and contribution fee to IOPC Fund and showed that the benefit was much bigger than costs. The qualitative analysis in relation to resources fix compensation to victims, benefits of consignee, and the status of Korea in IMO also showed that Korea should ratify the 2003 SF.

정박 중 준해양사고 원인에 대한 빅데이터 분석 연구

  • 준해상사고를 줄이기 위하여 준해양사고 등을 분석하여 사고 예방에 활용하였다. 하지만 준해양사고 건수가 많은 대신 주내용이 정성적이기 때문에 다양한 정량적 데이터로 분석하기에는 현실적 어려움이 있었다. 이러 장단점을 고려하여 준해양사고에 대해서 그동안 단순한 내용 검토 방식에서 통계적 분석과 이를 통한 객관적 결과 토출이 가능한 빅데이터 기법를 적용한 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위해 10,000여건의 준해양사고 보고서를 전처리 작업을 통해 통일된 양식으로 정리하였다. 이 데이터를 기반으로 1차로 텍스트마이닝 분석을 통해 정박 중 준해양사고 발생 원인에 대한 주요 키워드를 도출하였다. 주요 키워드에 대해 2차로 시계열 및 클러스터 분석을 통해 발생할 수 있는 준해양 사고 상황에 대한 경향 예측을 도출하였다. 이번 연구에서는 정성적 자료인 준해양사고 보고서를 빅데이터 기법을 활용하여 정량화된 데이터로 전환할 수 있고 이를 통해 통계적 분석이 가능함을 확인하였다. 또한 빅데이터 기법을 통해 차 후 발생할 수 있는 준해양사고 객관적인 경향을 파악함으로써 예방 대책에 대한 정보 제공이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.
