The aim of this study is to suggest the direction of implementing the new defense logistics systems for the network centric warfare in the future. For this purpose, we reviewed SARL(Sense and Response Logistics) which receives great attention from the U.S. Department of Defence as the future logistic concept of network centric warfare, coupled with recent development in information technologies which give technical revolution in the future logistics information system. Also, we analyzed problems underlying logistics information system currently used in the Korean Armed Forces. Finally, we suggested the direction of implementing the new logistics information system for the network centric warfare, expecting to reduce total logistics cost, speed up logistics velocity, and enhance the efficiency of the combat support.

콘텐츠의 ID 기반으로 사용자가 원하는 콘텐츠를 네트워크 내에서 제공하기 위한 정보 중심 콘텐츠 네트워크에서 게이트웨이의 역할은 서비스 이용자, 콘텐츠 제공자와 같은 외부 인터페이스를 처리하여 콘텐츠의 발행과 서비스 제공에 이르는 전반적 사이클에 모두 관여된다. 본 연구에서는 정보 중심 네트워킹 처리를 위한 콘텐츠 게이트웨이의 설계 고려사항으로서 확장성과 유연성 그리고 가용성이 필요하며, 콘텐츠 게이트웨이와 연관된 Actor들과의 인터페이스를 통해서 서비스 이용자의 요청 처리 기능과 콘텐츠 발행 처리 기능 그리고 콘텐츠 ID 및 네트워크 관리 기능 구조에 대해서 논한다.

과학기술 문헌에 대한, 정확한 인용 정의의 제공을 위해서는 인용 관계를 구성하는 인력에 대한 동명이인 문제가 우선적으로 해소되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 저자 중심의 인용 관계 및 네트워크를 구축하기 위해 URI(Universal Resource Identifier)를 이용하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구의 특징은, 지속적으로 추가되고 갱신되는 인용 정보를 일관성 있게 유지하고 정확한 문헌으로의 접근성을 보장하기 위해, 시맨틱웹 기술의 하나인 URI를 문헌과 저자에 적용하여 저자 중심 인용 관계 및 네트워크를 구축한다는 것이다. 실험에서는, 국내 학술대회 발표 논문들로부터 2,872개의 저자 중심 인용 관계 쌍을 추출하였고, 이를 바탕으로 구축한 저자 인용 네트워크에서는 135개의 인용 네트워크 그룹을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국가과학기술인력 종합정보시스템에서 제공하는 인력 DB 및 과학기술정보 포털서비스인 YesKiSTi와의 연계를 통하여 새로운 개념의 다양한 연구자 네트워크 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In various disciplines, researchers, not single researchers, tend to cooperate to study the same topic. There are many studies to analyze the collaborative form of various researchers through the social network analysis method, but there are few such studies in the computer field. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of network and various groups of researchers through the social network analysis technique of the co-authors of the Journal of Korea Institute of Information and Communication Engineering, and analyze the degree centrality, the between centrality and edge weight. As a result of the analysis, many groups were extracted from the co-author's network, but the top 20 groups accounted for more than 50% of the total, also, we could find a pair of researchers who do joint research with a very high frequency. These Co-author networks are expected to be the basis for in-depth research on the subject and direction of research through future researches.

The main purposes of this study are to construct a Korean science network from journal contributions data of Korean researchers, and to analyze the structure and characteristics of the network. First of all, the association matrix of 140 scholarly domains are calculated based on the number of contributions in common journals, and then the Pathfinder network algorithm is applied to those matrix. The resulting network has several hubs such as 'Biology', 'Korean Language & Linguistics', 'Physics', etc. The entropy formula and several centrality measures for the weighted networks are adopted to identify the centralities and interdisciplinarity of each scholarly domain. In particular, the date hubs, which have several weak links, are successively distinguished by local and global triangle betweenness centrality measures.

저자동시인용 자료에 대한 분석 도구로 삼각매개중심성 (triangle betweenness centrality; TBC) 척도를 비롯하여 네 가지 새로운 척도를 제안하고 정보학 분야의 지적 구조 분석에 적용해보았다. 제안한 척도는 사회네트워크 분석 분야에서 사용되고 있는 여러 중심성 척도를 참고하여 동시인용 데이터에 적합하도륵 고안되었다. 검증을 위해서 이은숙, 정영미(2002)의 연구에서 수집한 1990년부터2000년까지 11년간 Journal of America Society for Information Science에 인용된 주요 저자50명의 동시인용 네트워크를 여러 중심성 척도를 사용해서 분석하였다. 전통적인 분석 도구인 다차원척도법이나 군집분석과 달리 중심성 척도를 통해서는 저작물에 반영된 개별 저자의 입지와 영향력에 대한 구체적인 분석이 가능하였다. 특히 삼각매개중심성 척도는 측정 범위의 조절이 자유로와서 지역적 중심성과 전역적 중심성을 모두 파악할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

고정 기지국 및 셀룰러 환경을 기반으로 하는 4G 네트워크 모델이 사용자가 네트워크 커버리지 안에 존재해야 서비스가 가능한 네트워크 중심인데 반해서, 5G 시스템에서는 사용자의 위치에 상관 없이 최적의 경험이 사용자를 따라 다니는 사용자 중심의 네트워크 모델이 제공되는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이동 개인셀 기술은 사용자 중심의 네트워크를 실현하기 위하여 사용자와 함께 이동하는 무선 백홀 기반의 초소형 기지국 및 이를 이용한 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 본 고에서는 이동 개인셀 기술의 여러 가지 용도와 이동 개인셀로 인한 성능 향상에 대해 논한다.

정보통신기술의 발달은 개인용 컴퓨터나 노트북 컴퓨터와 같은 컴퓨터를 중심으로 이루어진 네트워킹 및 인터넷 환경을 컴퓨터를 포함한 스마트폰, PDA, 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기와 같이 이동이 가능한 소형의 기기를 중심으로 변화시키고 있다. 그러나, 연산, 통신 및 네트워킹 기능이 가능한 소형 장치들은 정보화 기기뿐만 아니라 계량기, 온도계와 같은 일반적인 사물에도 부착될 수가 있다. 사물에 부착된 이러한 소형 장치들은 사물의 정보를 자동으로 획득하게 해주거나 사물간의 통신 네트워크를 통해 정보의 상호 공유가 가능해진다. 이와 같이 사물에 부착된 통신 장치를 이용하여 사물이 네트워크에 연결되거나 사물간에 통신 네트워크를 구성하여 정보를 공유하는 개념 및 기술을 지칭하는 용어로 IoT, M2M 및 사물지능통신 등이 있다. 이러한 네트워크 환경에서는 사람 대 사람, 사람 대 사물뿐만 아니라 사물 대 사물간의 통신 네트워크가 가능해져 모든 객체간의 정보 공유가 가능해지며 이는 미래 유비쿼터스 정보 서비스 사회로 진화하기 위한 필수적인 기술 요소라 할 수 있을 것이다.
