Recently, mobility and accessibility occurs for the elder and the handicapped in the aging problem. In this paper, we analyze the dynamics of motor-scooter lifter, which helps to move the scooter in the automobile when we enjoy trip with the families including the elder and handicapped. We check the trajectories of lifter inside car to protect its corrosion and the stress at the joints of mechanical structure. Those can be helped to keep the safety and accuracy of the multiple dynamic systems for precision quality assurance in mass production.

This study has been advanced to the design method for embodying the hydraulic circuit and control device in considering the safety for the development of wheelchair lift, using in the public transportation bus. Recently, mobility and accessibility occurs for the elder and the handicapped in the aging problem, In this paper, we design the hydraulic power system to operate lifter loading one wheelchair handicapped person and one's supporter to get in the bus. We develop the lifter safely. We check the trajectories of lifter inside frame box to protect its corrosion and the stress at the joints of mechanical structure. Those can be helped to keep the safety and accuracy of the multiple dynamic systems for precision quality assurance in mass production.

이동 컴퓨팅이란 시가놔 장소에 구애 받지 않으면서 컴퓨팅을 수행할 수 있는 것을 말한다. 현재 다양한 사용자의 요구를 수용하기 위하여 이동 컴퓨팅에 관한 연구가 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이동 컴퓨팅은 이동 호스트 자체의 결함, 네트워크 연결 단절, 무선 링크의 결함 등의 기존 유선 네트워크에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 새로운 결함 원인들을 포함하고 있다. 그러나 현재 이동 컴퓨팅 연구 중에서 이러한 이동 호스트의 결함을 효율적으로 대처하는 결함 허용 기법에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기지국의 결함이 발생하여도 이동 호스트가 복구가능하도록 하는 Redundant Lazy 기법을 제안하고 성능을 분석한다.

현재 이동 컴퓨팅 연구 중에서 이동 호스트의 결함을 효율적으로 대처하는 결함 허용 기법에 관한 연구가 미미한 실정이다. 이동 호스트의 결함 복구 기법인 Lazy 기법은 비용 면에서는 효율적이지만 이동 호스트의 체크포인트를 소유하고 있는 기지국의 결함 발생시 이동 호스트가 결함으로부터 복구될 수 없다는 단점을 가지고 있다. Redundant Lazy 기법은 연결 리스트를 중복화 함으로서 Lazy 기법의 문제점을 해결한 기법이다. 그러나 Redundant Lazy 기법도 체크포인트를 가지고 있는 기지국의 결함이 발생하면 이동 호스트가 복구될 수 없는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이중 셀룰라 네트워크에 Redundant Lazy 기법을 적용하여 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 성능 개선 방안을 논의한다.

본 논문은 이동 환경에서 전이 메커니즘을 통한 이동성 관리 방법으로서, 확장된 NAT-PT 메커니즘을 설계하고, 요구 사항들에 대해 분석하였다. 그리고 실제 망 적용 검사를 위해, FreeBSD 기반의 테스트베드를 구성하여 실험해 보았다. 본 논문에서 제안된 메커니즘은 이동 환경에서 이동 노드의 이동 여부를 감지하고, 이동시 생성되는 의탁 주소를 동적으로 가져와, 이동 노드와의 연결성을 유지할 수 있도록 제안한다. 그리하여, 확장된 NAT-PT는 상대 노드와 이동 노드 사이의 터널링을 감소시킴으로써, 두 노드 간 통신의 효율성을 증가 시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문의 마지막에는 제안한 메커니즘을 실험하여 결과를 보였다.

DECT는 기존의 사설 교환시스템에 이동통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 디지탈 방식의 무선통신 규약으로 발신전용 무선전화 기술인 CT2의 기능 상의 제약을 극복하고, 빌딩외 옥내형 이동통신을 위한 GSM의 이상적인 보완책으로 각광을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유선통신의 제약으로 인해 사용자가 이동중에는 통신서비스를 제공받을 수 업는 종래 사설교환기의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 ISDN 사설교환망과 DECT 이동통신망간에 연동을 위한 IWU의 프로토콜을 설계하고 구현하였다.

As military service members are fully permitted to use mobile phones for sickness after work, it is time to minimize the direct collection of personal information from telecommunication companies when opening mobile phones to secure the safety of military service personnel's personal information. Prior to introducing the use of mobile phones by soldiers after work, the Ministry of National Defense established a security control system such as blocking the mobile phone shooting function to prevent security accidents and concerns about some adverse functions such as illegal cyber gambling, game addiction, and viewing pornography. come. Mobile telecommunications companies entrust personal information processing tasks, such as opening mobile phones, to telecommunications agencies and carry out management and supervision, such as checking the status of personal information protection measures. When a military service member opens a mobile phone, a personal information management agency is newly established using the right to portability of personal information, and a system for requesting the transmission of personal information from the military service member is proposed.

This study investigated the general characteristics of mobility disadvantaged persons with disabilities, and to suggest implications to ensure personal mobility with the greatest possible independence for the physically disabled in community. The survey questionnaire included the categories as follows: the general characteristics of the participants, the status of outing and mobility, usage of low-floor buses & taxi for the disabled, service improvement, and mobile support center. Data collected from 219 with physical disabilities were analyzed for this purpose by using descriptive statistics. The study results showed that 54.6% of the total tended to go out everyday, and 17.0% rarely. 53.4% could go out without any assistance, and the major obstacles not to go out were stairs and inconvenience of public transportation. 26.9% used low-floor buses, and 71.1% preferred to use taxi for the disabled. The average waiting time for the usage of low-flow buses and taxi was 66.57 minute and 42.65 minute, separately. 78.7% insisted that the function of mobile support center in the community should be expanded, whereas only 49.8% recognized the role of mobile support center. Based on the study results, the researchers suggested to facilitate access by persons with disabilities to mobility aids, and to improve the actual state of pedestrian environment. In addition, the function of mobile support center should be expanded to help the mobility disadvantaged persons live independently in community, thereby contributing to the promotion of their quality of life.

교통약자의 이동권 보장을 위한 다양한 제도와 교통서비스가 국내외에서 시행되고 있다. 그러나 교통약자를 위한 정책이 이동편의시설 확충이나 특별교통수단·저상버스 확보 등에 치우쳐 있다. 이로 말미암아 교통수단간 연계와 이용자 관점의 서비스 편의성과 자율성 확보에는 여전히 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 교통약자 이동편의를 국내외 정책과 서비스 사례를 살펴보고, 마이데이터를 활용한 교통약자 이동지원 서비스 모델을 제시한다.
