  • IT 융합의 시대를 맞아, 오늘날 모든 분야에서 컨버전스가 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 혁신의 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 생명과학분야에서도 IT를 접목한 새로운 비지니스가 창출되고 있다. 그러나, 생명의료 윤리를 실질적으로 접하는 의료인 조차 지식수준에 비해 낮은 윤리의식을 갖추었으며 지식수준을 윤리의식으로 착각하고 있다는 평가아래 의료윤리연구회와 같은 기관을 설립하여 생명의료윤리의식을 갖추자는 자성의 목소리가 의료인들의 근래의 반응이다. 본고는 생명윤리 관련 내용을 코드체계화하고 지식관리시스템으로 구축하여, 모바일 스마트를 활용한 플랫폼 설계 및 어플을 제공한다. 생명윤리와 그 관련 법규에 관한 정보를 제공함으로써 국민의 생명윤리 의식을 고취하고 적절한 문제해결 방법을 안내하기 위함을 목적으로 한다.

  • In this paper, We analysis actual condition of education about information communication ethics in elementary school and survey negative side effects of information communication ethics, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. we survey recognition level of information communication ethics on the teachers who responsibles the education of the elementary school students and make some suggestions to develope education of information communication ethics based on research results.

  • As the development of the information society, our lives enriched and became more convenient. However it leads to the dysfunction. These dysfunctions appear especially to teenagers. Information Ethics education should be strengthened in order to solve these problems. However experts in the subject of Information Ethics are lacking. The goal of this study is to find some factors of professionalism of teachers responsible for Information Ethics education and to develop an assessment tool. In this study, we find some factors of professionalism of Information Ethics teachers, make some preliminary questions and select some of them by discussing with experts. Through a preliminary and main inspection we analyze the reliability and validity of the questions and develop the final questions. To practically use the assessment tool, we consisted the standards table. This assessment tool can be used for evaluation an Information Ethics teacher's ability, used as the basic materials for improving it and suggested making some systematic curriculums for teacher's training.

  • This study reviewed academic research related to the cyberethics in the field of humanities and social sciences. The most active and vibrant field of cyberethics is Pedagogy, followed by Law, communication, philosophy, social welfare science, sociology, business administration and psychology. In the field of cyberethics every major has different research themes. The research trend of cyberethics does not reflect distinctiveness of cyberspace, remaining in previous ethical philosophy. Further, it just establishes abstract morality. In the overall research of cyberethics lacks recognition of information human rights, therefore, it shows little tendency to living ethics. Moral recognition based on information human rights should be emphasized, and multi-disciplinary study is requested for future studies.

  • It has been to have not only good functions that make us convenient but also side effects that lead to a variety of social problems. Especially, on many statistical data shows the high percentage of adolescent exposed to such side effects. Therefore, it is important for teenagers who needs to build healthy personality to learn information ethics education. In this paper, we have compared and analyzed the existing information ethics education in information curriculum and information ethics education in revision curriculum of 2015. In order to educate the information ethics in the new curriculum, the education priorities of the adolescents according to the exposures of information dysfunction were suggested and the information dysfunctional areas were classified into educational categories. It is expected that information ethics education can be applied more effectively.

Analysis of Factors to Measure Information Communication Ethics of Adolescents Using Delphi and AHP (Delphi와 AHP를 활용한 청소년의 정보통신윤리 의식 측정 요인 분석)

  • The goal of the education of Information Communication Ethics(ICE) is to improve the consciousness level of adolescents so that they themselves are able to judge between what's ethically right and wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. For this, we need to preferentially identify the primary factors in understanding and diagnosing the consciousness level of adolescents on the ICE. To solve this problem, in this paper, we identified four major indices that consist of the ICE consciousness through the meta analysis of the both domestic and international researches from the past 5 years in the related area and then, they are validated by experts. We also analyzed the factors in assessing the ICE consciousness level of adolescents by using the Delphi technique, which, during its analysis, even considers elements that are qualitative or cannot be objectified. Finally we deduced 22 ICE factors given the weight through the AHP of an expert group that consists of experienced teachers and professors in the related area.

Comparison of Internet Ethics between Gifted and General Students (영재학생과 일반학생의 인터넷 윤리의식 비교)

  • With the spread of smart phones, the Internet became a major 'space' of students' daily life and, at the same time, negative aspects of the internet are affecting their life. However, it doesn't seem that there is enough research on this subject. This study was conducted on 278 students in Gyeonggi. The results were as follows. First, gifted students' information and communication ethics index was higher than general students. Second, there was no statistically significant difference according to the gender of information and communication ethics index. Urban districts showed lower index in the upper grades than the lower grades. Third, about 10% of the students had experience of contact with harmful content, and about 1% of students had experienced cyber-wrongdoing. Through the results of this study, systematic education of IT ethics at the elementary school grade level can be expected to prevent school violence, improve information and communication culture, and serve as a future work ethic.

  • 자연어처리에서 데이터는 굉장히 많은 부분을 차지하고 중요한 역할이지만, 데이터로 인한 윤리적 이슈 또한 많이 나타난다. 본 연구는 자연어처리에서의 데이터 흐름의 과정에서 나타날 수 있는 윤리적 이슈를 단계별로 정리하였다. 이는 복잡한 자연어처리 과정의 특성과 자연어처리 분야에서 나타나는 상황을 모두 고려한 것이다. 또한 단계별로 정리한 이슈를 토대로 자연어처리가 더 나은 방향으로 나아가기 위한 데이터 관점에서의 미래 방향을 제시하였다.

  • Necessity and importance of ethical education for information and communication have been increased, as the age of people who are using internet is lowering progressively. Even though various of text developments and the teacher training to ethical education for information and communication have been done, most teachers and parents of students have been not quite enough satisfied by the ethical education for information and communication in school, society and home. This paper also aims to develop and apply the system of ethical education to each student by presenting suitable ways according to the diagnose to not only students but also teachers and parents of students. After this system applies to students, students could have felt ethical awareness for information and communication and got the information to solve some problems themselves. Futhermore, teachers and parents of students could have felt students' level of awareness and obtained various teaching materials and ways, that is, it has become an opportunity for an efficient ethical education of information and communication.

  • The objectives of this study are to study and propose the learning elements and it's teaching methods for Information Ethics by expert survey. In recent days, Internet is the new field of our living, but teaching the students in elementary and secondary schools the subject of Information Ethics which purpose is to have positive attitude of utilizing Internet is not properly executed. The first step to teach Information Ethics in schools is to choose the learning elements in Information Ethics. Therefore, this paper is to choose the learning elements and re-arrange them with point of view to elementary and secondary schools. And more, in order to teach the students the learning elements of Information Ethics effectively, we propose the proper teaching methods to the learning elements by teacher's survey. The learning elements and teaching methods in Information Ethics is not the perfect guide to teach students in school, but the output of this study will be the good guide to revise the Information Ethics-related curriculums and product the textbooks about Information Ethics.
