품질 경영 도입 효과에 관한 연구

  • 경제 환경의 변화로 무한경쟁시대에서 생존하기 위하여 중소기업은 자체기업경쟁력을 확보해야 하는 당면과제가 대두되고 있다. 정부는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 1992년부터 품질 경영(QM : Qquality Management)제도를 새로운 시대 환경에 걸맞은 대안으로 택하여 확산시켜 나가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO 9000을 통하여 품질경영을 도입한 300인 이하 제조업체를 대상으로 경영자의 품질경영에 대한 관심이 품질 시스템 준수에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 품질 시스템의 준수정도가 품질 경영 도입 전·후에 매출액, 공정불량, 고객불량, 납기에 어떤 영향을 주는지 면접조사법에 의해 조사를 하였다. 조사결과 품질경영을 도입한 중소기업 중 경영자 관심정도에 따라 품질시스템이 준주되는 것으로 나타났으며 품질시스템을 준수하는 회사에 공정불량, 고객불만에 효과가 있었고, 납기준수는 품질시스템의 준수보다는 매출증가에 영향을 받으며 , 매출중가는 품질 시스템준수와 관계없이 대체적으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Success Model of ERP Systems from the End Users' Perspective: Focused on K Public Corporation (최종사용자 관점의 ERP 시스템 성공모형에 관한 연구 - K공사를 중심으로 -)

  • The primary objective of his study is to investigate the factors influencing the implementation performance of K public corporation's ERP system from end user perspective. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the literature reviews of IS Success Models. Data has been collected from 276 users who have used ERP system in K public corporation and the research hypotheses were tested using covariance structure model analysis. The hypotheses test results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, system quality has a positive influence on system usage, but information quality and service quality do not have significant influence on system usage. Secondly, all of three quality factors which are information quality, system quality, and service quality, have positive influence on user satisfaction. Lastly, both of system usage and user satisfaction have positive influence on user performance. From the analyses, this research ends with implications, as well as limitations and future research directions.

  • In this study, in order to find out how the quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the importance of IT security which had been recently emerged by including the security in the system, information and service is considered as the factors of information system quality. To verify how the information system quality affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the study was conducted with expanded information system by classifying the technology acceptance model with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and classifying user intention with acceptance and utilization whether user had only acceptance intention or both acceptance and utilization intentions. The study results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model significantly was partially adopted. Second, the hypothesis that the technology acceptance model affected user intention significantly was adopted.

  • This study is performed to measure a performance of IMS using Delone & McLean's Information Success Model as a practical analysis for IMS implementation and their effects. For this, I reviewed the pre-research literatures to attain the measurement factors for IMS implementation and information system success model. For inspecting the hypotheses, answered the questionaries to the IMS managers. The results are as follows: the first, to improve the user's will, they have to focus on the service quality. The second, to improve the user's satisfaction, focus on the system quality. Finally, which affect on the performance is user's will rather than satisfaction.

The Effect of Distance Lecture Quality on Self-Efficacy and Learner Satisfaction

  • Due to the prolonged COVID-19, distance lectures are expected to continue for a considerable period of time. Research on factors affecting distance lecture quality and learner satisfaction is essential. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between distance lecture quality (system quality, information quality, service quality, interaction quality), self-efficacy, and learner satisfaction, and to suggest theoretical and practical implications for the effective operation of distance lectures. A survey was conducted for university students taking distance lectures, and 197 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result; First, distance lecture quality (system quality, information quality, service quality, interaction quality) was found to have a positive effect on self-efficacy. Second, distance lecture quality (system quality, information quality, service quality, interaction quality) was found to have a positive effect on learner satisfaction. Third, self-efficacy was found to have a positive effect on learner satisfaction. Based on the analysis results, the implications and limitations of this study are presented.

  • 정보시스템 감리는 "정보시스템 통제"와 "소프트웨어 품질보증"에 있다. 각종위험과 통제로부터 최상의 품질을 위해 지원하는 기능을 한다. 시스템개발에 대한 개발감리는 민간감리법인에서 실시하고, 한국전산원은 주기적 점검감리인 운영감리와 정보기술감리인 성과감리를 지향해야 할 것이다. 학계에서는 감리인 양성을 위한 대학 내 학과를 개설하여 유망한 인재를 공기관과 감리법인, 협회에 배출시키고 감리인협회에서는 기술개발, 홍보활동으로 감리효과성을 극대화 해야함이 바람직할 것이다. 향후 감리제도의 발전적 연구로 정보시스템 감리의 품질향상과 활성화를 기대해본다. 그리고, 가장 중요한 것은 정보시스템감리 마인드 확산이다.

  • Today, Educational serious games are occupying a large portion of the serious game market but there is a lack of the quality evaluation systems for providing useful quality evaluation information about educational serious game to user or developer. Although the existing metadata management system for serious game is developed, the system had not provided a function to manage the quality evaluation information for educational serious game. Therefor the development of quality evaluation management system of educational serious game is a very important challenge. We proposed design of the system for managing a metadata and a quality evaluation for educational serious game. The advantage of our system is that the system provide a lot of reliable useful information for general users and developers, and support an easy and convenient tool to manage the metadata and quality information to managers.

  • The revolution of information in information society innovates a lot of business processes. and the renewed processes contribute new paradigms of the 21th century. As one of the revolutions, ISO 9000 becomes a standard for developing efficient quality management systems which provide any-time and any-where environments satisfying customer needs. Thus, it becomes important to research on quality management systems for improving quality in information flowing and service domain. In this paper, we describe the applicable direction and the case study of ISO 9001 : 2000 which establishes quality management systems in the domain and hope to help for the Quality enhancement.

  • 최근의 정보 시스템 감리수요는 공공부문을 중심으로 매우 빠르게 증가하여 점차적으로 민간부문으로 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 이는 정보 시스템 감리를 통해 정보 시스템의 품질 향상을 기대할 수 있기 때문이며, 향후에도 조직의 정보시스템에 대한 의존도가 증가할 것 이므로, 정보시스템의 효과성, 효율성 및 보안성은 더욱 중요한 문제로 대두 될 것이며, 따라서 시스템 감리의 중요성은 높아질 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 그러나 아직 정보시스템감리는 이러한 기대에 부응하기 위한 체계적 기술분야로 정립되지 못하고 있으며, 그 원인으로서는 분석 결과의 객관적 증거 확보를 통한 감리 결과의 신뢰성 제고가 미흡한 것이 제기되고 있다. 이는 정보시스템 감리가 다분히 주관적인 요소에 의해 수행되며 이로 인하여 감리인과 피감리인 간의 의견 상충이 다수 발생되며, 이러한 갈등은 감리의 효과성을 크게 저하시키고 있다. 본 연구 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 다양한 문헌 고찰을 통해 실질적인 계량적 감리 접근방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법론 실무에서 유용하게 쓰일 수 있으며, 이러한 노력은 우리나라의 감리 품질 제고에 큰 도움이 될 것이라 생각한다. 또한 이러한 계량적 데이터 추후 감리 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있어 감리 연구에도 많은 도움이 될 것이다.
