It is possible to implement high quality system which coincided with embedded system purchaser's requirements by quality test. The concrete quality test system applicable within our country for embedded software was not constructed yet. Recently, various embedded systems are developed, but they have many problems such as recall by defect. In this paper, we developed evaluation modules and quality test fables which can implement duality test based on ISO/IEC 12119 for embedded software evaluation.

According to the 2004 Sloan Consortium Report, distance education is the fastest growing sector of higher education. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy, computer self-efficacy, and system quality perception of the e-Learning environment. As a result, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and service quality effect on e-learner's satisfaction. In addition to, self-regulated learning strategy based on computer self-efficacy is also important variable regarding e-learner's satisfaction.

The customer loyalty has been decreasing dramatically in e-Business environments such as cyber trading, shopping, banking, and portal services. However, little research has been done so far in order to analysis the newly emerging concept and changing nature of the e-Business customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the quality of e-Business information systems has any impact on customer loyalty. The quality, which is tee independent construct in this study, is divided into three variables: basic system quality, information contents quality, and service quality. Cyber systems of 40 domestic stock trading firms were chosen as target e-Business information systems Both online survey and traditional field survey were employed in order to collect data, and more than 8,000 cyber customers have responded. The results of statistical analysis show that all of three independent variables have statistically significant effects on customer loyalty and, among three variables, the basic system quality has the strongest impact.

While users of information security products require high-quality products that are secure and have high performance, there are neither examples for evaluating the quality of information security products nor studies on the quality model and metrics for the quality evaluation. In this paper, information security products are categorized into three different types and the security and performance of various information security products are analyzed. Through this process and after consideration of information security products' security and performance, a new quality model that possesses 7 characteristics and 24 sub-characteristics has been defined. In addition, metrics consisting of 62 common and 45 extended metrics that can be used to evaluate the quality of information security products are introduced, and a proposition for a method of generating the quality evaluation metrics for specific information security products is included. The method of generating metrics proposed in this paper can be extended in order to be applied to a variety of information security products, and by generating and verifying the quality evaluation metrics for firewall, intrusion detection systems and fingerprint systems it is shown that it applicable on a variety of information security products.

정보시스템 구축비용의 급격한 증가로, 정보시스템 성과 분석은 이슈가 되고 있고, 정보시스템의 중요성과 이에 대한 의존성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 현재까지 정보시스템 성과에 관해서는 기존 연구들을 정리한 DeLone & McLean(1992)의 정보시스템 성공 모형(IS Success Model)을 근거로 이를 구성하는 각 요소들을 검증하거나 영역을 확장하고자 하는 연구들이 진행되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 DeLone & McLean(1992)의 정보시스템 성공 모형(IS Success Model)을 기반으로 특정 정보시스템 담당자들을 대상으로 정보시스템의 품질, 이용, 효과에 관한 연관관계를 실증 분석하였다.

멀티미디어 시스템의 사용이 일반화되고, 그 영향범위가 넓어짐에 따라 이러한 시스템의 개발과 테스트는 매우 중요한 요소가 된다. 멀티미디어 시스템은 기존의 시스템과 달리 시간-의존적이고 연속적인 미디어를 포함하여 다양한 미디어를 통합한 컨텐츠 기반 실시간 시스템이며, 사용자와의 상호작용과 네트워킹이 중요한 요소라는 점에서 기존의 시스템과 다른 개발주기. 품질 평가 척도를 가지게 된다. 이에 본 논문은 멀티미디어 시스템이 어떻게 구성되어 있으며 그 특성이 무엇인지 분석하고, 이에 기반하여 기존의 시스템과 다른 시스템 개발주기, 품질평가 척도 및 이에 따라 요구되는 테스팅 영역에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 보증하는 일은 매우 중요하며, 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC9126은 소프트웨어 품질 특성 및 측적 메트릭 표준을 제공하고 있다. 이때 ISO/IEC 9126에서는 소프트웨어를 프로그램, 절차, 규칙 및 관련문서로 한정하고 있기 때문에 데이터의 품질에는 적용할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 품질 평가 및 제어를 위하여 오류 데이터 형태를 분류하고, 이를 기반으로 데이터 품질 특성을 추출한다. 추출된 데이터 품질 특성을 측정하기 위해, 오류 데이터를 품질 속성으로 하는 데이터 품질 특성을 추출한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 데이터 품질 메트릭은 지식 공학(knowledge engineering) 시스템이 최종 사용자에게 제공하는 데이터나 지식의 품질 측정 및 제어에 기준이 된다.

In this paper, we propose a quality interworking control system to enhance user's quality satisfaction in NGN environment by controling QoS parameters related with QoE in network layer when service user's QoE using variance multimedia service is poor. The proposed system gathers QoS parameter information in network layer through control packet such as RTCP, and evaluates QoE of multimedia service using these QoS parameter information. Comparing the evaluated QoE with the measured QoE in application layer, QCS judges quality degradation, deduces related QoS parameters and decides relative importance of each parameter when QoE is lower than threshold value. QCS generates QoS control values which is based on routing and switching policy in service quality control system(SCS) and forwards them to SCS. Through this proposed system, service and network providers can provide multimedia services of enhanced quality to service users taking account of service characteristic and network performance.

본 논문은 인터넷상에서 실시간 멀티미디어 서브를 제공하기 위한 분산 멀티미디어 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 데이터와 제어 채널의 분리를 통하여 다양한 멀티미디어의 효율적인 전송과 기반으로 구성되며 멀티미디어의 효율적인 실시간 전송을 지원한다. 제어 채널은 TCP와 RTCP 패킷 포맷을 기반으로 구성되며 서버와 클라이언트간의 정보교환을 지원함으로써 서비스 환경에 대한 지속적인 모니터링 및 효과적인관리를 지원한다. 특히 제안하는 서비스 품질관리 모델은 전송률에 기반하며 전송률을 협상된 서비스 품질이 보장되는 최대치와 최소치 사이에서 유지함으로써 안정된 서비스 품질을 보장한다. 즉 서비스 환경의 동적인 변화에 대응 하여 적절한 전송률과 누락된 패킷에 대한 재전송 등을 결정한다. 성능분석 결과, 제안하는 모델은 환경변화에 대한 적응성 측면에서 우수성을 나타냈으며 서비스 품질보장이 중요한 서비스에 적합함을 알 수 있었다.

시스템의 기술 중심적 개발은 사용자 및 이해관계자들이 개발공정을 파악하거나 개입하기 어려워, 불필요한 기능과 품질 낮은 서비스로 구현될 수 있다. 자율운항선박 항해정보플랫폼의 초기설계에 S/W 아키텍처 설계과정을 적용하면 이해관계자들의 요구기능과 서비스 품질이 반영된 시스템 개발에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 S/W 아키텍처 설계 절차를 적용하여, 요구기능 정의와 품질속성을 분석하고 속성별 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이해관계자들의 참여를 유도하여 플랫폼의 중요 요구기능과 제약사항을 도출하고, 분석결과를 목록화 하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 아키텍트는 항해정보플랫폼 아키텍처 개발에 있어 기술적 해결방안을 수립할 수 있을 것이며, 이해관계자들의 요구가 반영된 시스템 설계가 가능할 것이다.
