A vision and a medium-to-long-term master plan are key factors for the Constitutional Court Library to improve users' access to legal information and provide better legal information services as the leading public law library in Korea in 2019. For this point, it is a priority task to set a vision and goals and to identify the core values of Constitutional Court Library. In this study, the four core values of the Constitutional Court Library identified through the analysis of the library's internal and external environment, the analysis of the core values of similar institutions. The four core values derived from the study are Expertise, Communication & Universality, Cooperation, and Innovation, and when these values are reflected in library operation, system and policy, the Constitutional Court Library is expected to further solidify its position as the nation's top law library.

The benefit of traffic information on variable message sign can be divided into two. At the public level, the benefit of ATIS is the travel time saving, which is not only induced from ATIS, but also mixed with that of ATMS. In the economic appraisal of ITS, the benefit of ATIS has so far been regarded as the derived benefit from ATMS. At the user level, the benefit of ATIS is reduced driver uncertainty through the forward traffic status information. User can benefit from the information on VMS and therefore may have the willingness to pay for it. Recently attempt to qualify the value of information on VMS was increased, but there was a danger of distorting or over-estimates of the ATIS benefit because the related studies didn't consider the time-dependent attributes of traffic information and provided the single value. Estimates of the time-varying value should be needed for a rigorous economic appraisal of ATIS. In this study, we varied the value of information on VMS according to peak and non peak trip and verified the hypothesis that time-varying of value was statistically significant.

The study aims to present function and role of the library in the age of sharing economy. For this purpose, through theoretical discussion and review of the characteristics and benefits of the sharing economy, the potential and value of a sharing economy were analyzed and the role of libraries was compared and analyzed in terms of the value of a sharing economy. In this study, the values created from the sharing economy were divided into five categories: Economic value, Social value, Community value, Technical value, and Environmental value, showing that the potential value of a sharing economy is similar to the role, function and value of a library. Based on this, it presented a function and role to realize the sharing value of a library in the era of a sharing economy.

교육매체로서 비도서자료는 종래의 책에서는 얻을 수 없었던 다양하고 풍부한 정보를 제공함으로써 학습동기를 유발하고 정확한 사고력을 키우며 급변하는 현대사회의 적응력을 길러준다. 따라서 교육매체로서 비도서 자료의 확보와 그의 충분한 활용은 교육의 질적 문제와 관련하여 매우 중요한 관심사가 되어 왔다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 비도서 자료의 정보 자료로서의 가치와 교육매체로서의 가치를 규명하며 경인 지역 중등학교 도서관을 중심으로 비도서 자료의 활용실태를 분석하여 그 문제점을 파악한 후 향후 학교 교육에서 비도서 자료의 교육적 가치를 제고하고 학교도서관에서 비도서 자료를 효율적으로 관리, 운영하고 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The importance of the creation, diffusion and utilization of the knowledge and information has been magnified at the 21st century of knowledge and information society. If the utilization level of the web site of the national-level R&D information system is enhanced, the duplication of the researches as well as overlapped R&D investment could be greatly reduced. In this regards, this study aims to identify the factors which affect customer value and intention of continued usage for the national science & technology information services (NTIS & NDSL). The empirical research results show that information service quality have a significant influence on the continuous usage intention of science & technology information service. Customer value, as well, influence the continued usage intention as a mediating variable. In addition, the situational factors of information use by itself shows a significant effect on customer value, but it does not moderating the relationship between information service quality and customer value. After a description of research result, we discussed implications and limit of the study as well as future study direction.

Traffic information provision plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of network operation and in providing convenience for roadway users. As a typical device for disseminating real-time traffic information for collective general public, VMS is a prevalent device nowadays and it is being expanded. However, the actual monetary value of traffic information is not quantified up to now. The previous studies regarding VMS traffic information are mainly focused on the behavioral aspects of road users such as departure time and route choices under traffic information provision conditions. This paper tried to estimate the monetary value of VMS traffic information using discrete choice theory and logit model through the stated preference study(SP). The methodological framework adopted in this paper can also be used in evaluating the monetary value of other traffic information providers including PDA, CNS, and mobile phone.

This study examines that pricing multiple on and incremental explanatory power of equity book value(earnings) increase(decrease) as financial health decrease. Test using a sample of 75 bankrupt firms and test using a cross-sectional, pooled sample both yield inference consistent with predictions. It is thus hypothesized that the more bankrupt time are, the higher(lower) pricing multiple book value of equity(earnings) obtained. Findings are robust to inclusion of controls for debt/assets ratio, ROA, and ROIC. Overall, the results is the hypothesis.

This paper aims to investigate the relationship between consumption value of sports products, upward consumption propensity, and post-purchase happiness among adolescents. The subjects of the study were extracted from adolescents in Chungcheong-do by convenience sampling method, and 257 people were used in the final analysis. Statistical methods were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, social value and exploratory value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, were shown to have a significant effect on upward consumption propensity, but functional value and self-value were found to be statistically insignificant. Second, social value, self-value, and functional value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, had a significant effect on post-purchase happiness, but exploratory value was found to be statistically insignificant. Third, the upward comparison propensity was found to have a significant effect on post-purchase happiness.

As the market-based spectrum policy is introduced, an interest in the economic value of the frequency is increasing. Research and practical applications concerning the methodology for the estimation of the economic value of the frequency and its determinants are actively engaged, which are used for setting a reserve price and bid price of spectrum auction and a spectrum clearance cost. In this study, by the analysis of the spectrum valuation methodology, we derive the changes in the factors affecting the valuation and propose to apply improved. In the model frequency value is consist of technical value, commercial value and strategic value, we find the dynamics of fluctuation factors and suggest how to apply them to spectrum policy.

This study examines the association between valuation and accrual information. According to accounting based valuation model, firm's value consists of net book value and abnormal earnings. Net book value and abnormal earnings are determined as the manager's accounting policy. Discretionary accruals may signal the manager's value expectation or be noisy factor of accounting variables. The results of this study are as follows; First discretionary accruals are associated to stock prices negatively but non-discretionary accruals are not to stock prices. This result suggests that discretionary accruals and non-discretionary accruals are the differential factors of the firm value. Second, the product term of discretionary accrual and net book value are associated to the stock price negatively but the product term of non-discretionary accrual and net book value are not associated to the stock price. the results indicate that discretionary accruals are noisy factors of net book value information. Third, the product term of discretionary accrual and net income are associated to the stock price negatively and the product tenn of non-discretionary accrual and net income are also associated to the stock price negatively, the results suggest that discretionary accruals are noisy factors of earnings.
