The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the personal experience of Instructor during National Competence Standards (NCS) Curriculum at Department of Library and Information Science. We conducted in depth interview (FGI) with participants who had recently experienced and data analysis was undertaken. We hope this study that an application of NCS would be activated fully in Library, educational institutes and qualifying examination institutes and that diverse feedbacks from related parties would makes leading to a better updated version of NCS development. As a result, First, The instructor had generally familiar with the background and purpose of the NCS. and they issued the inadequacies of job elements, non-reflection of the opinion on field education, the problems of classification of NCS. second, In the experience of NCS curriculum operating, There were the paperwork burden, Problems of methods of evaluation, evaluation period discrimination, the need to well communication with students. Third, In the problems on the NCS Curriculum operating, we found that there were The need on the proper Class size/hour, additional education, re-evaluation, Support system for NCS Curriculum operation, tools for practice, discrimination between relative evaluation and NCS evaluation, Enhancement for Competence/Standards. Fourth, On The ways of improving for NCS curriculum, We found that There were Class size, Support tools for practice, The improvement Competence/elements/standards based on LIS characteristic. The result of this study may contribute for improving the overall environment Based upon FGI analysis, several new directions for NCS education in the filed LIS curriculum are suggested.

웹이 인터넷을 대표하는 서비스가 되고 많은 사람들이 웹을 사용하면서 HTML의 많은 한계가 지적되었다. 그중 멀티미디어 데이터의 처리를 위해 DHTML, JAVA 등의 기술이 도입되었으나 네트워크의 과부하나 브라우저의 부하 등의 단점이 나타났다. 이에 W3C에서는 멀티미디어 데이터를 이용한 웹 페이지를 제작하기 위한 SMIL의 표준을 제정하였다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 데이터간 시공간적 동기화 정보를 포함하는 웹 페이지 제작을 위한 SMIL 문서 에디터를 설계하였다. 설계된 SMIL 문서 에디터는 멀티미디어 교실에서 활용되는 교안을 제작하는데 중점을 두었다. 멀티미디어교안 작성 시 효율적인 정보 전달을 위해 여러 미디어들이 동기화 정보를 원활하게 교환할 수 있는 수단이 필요하다. 이러한 멀티미디어 교안을 작성할 때 교사들의 컴퓨터 조작 능력을 고려하면서도 교육의도를 완전하게 표현할 수 있는 WYSIWYG 방식과 Drag & Drop 방식을 채택하였다. 익숙하지 않은 교사들이 쉽게 SMIL로 멀티미디어 웹 페이지를 작성할 수 있도록 간단하면서도 직관적인 사용자 인터페이스 위주로 설계된 점이 가장 큰 특징이다.

과학기술 논문의 수준을 평가하고, 국내 학술지 및 기관간의 연구능력 비교 분석의 척도로 사용하기 위한 KSCI(Korean Science Citation Index : 한국과학기술인용색인) 구축 및 활성화를 위하여 XML을 기반으로 하는 모델을 설계하였다. KSCI 데이터베이스는 인용만 논문과 인용된 논문들 사이의 관계를 정의하고 논문을 작성한 저자들에 대한 인력DB의 구축과 연계를 통하여 구성되어진다. 이러한 과정에서 발생되어지는 표준화 과정과 데이터베이스간의 연계를 효율적으로 주진하고 효율적인 KSCI 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위한 XML 표준을 설계하였다. 첫째, 데이터베이스틀의 연계를 위한 모델을 설계, 둘째, 인용된 논문과 인용한 논문에서의 서지정보. 저널정보, 참고문헌정보에 대한 XML DTD를 정의 셋째, 저자와 공저자들에 대한 인력DB 구축을 위한 XML DTD를 정의하였다. 본 논문은 KSCI데이터베이스 구축을 통해서 데이터에 대한 상호 교환, 공동 활용을 보다 효율적으로 수행하고 안정적인 체제 구축을 고려하여 모델을 설계하였다.

우리나라의 물관련 정보는 국토해양부 및 관련 기관에서 구축 및 운영, 개발 중에 있다. 이러한 시스템들은 치수, 이수, 환경 및 생태분야에 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있으나 제방에 관련된 다양하고 구체적인 정보를 획득하지 못하며, 시스템 DB간의 상호 연계가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 제방에 대한 DB관리 및 향후 제방의 안전모니터링을 위해 정확하고 다양한 제방관련 DB구축이 요구된다. 이러한 제방관련 DB구축을 위한 과정은 다음과 같다. 제방제원 및 관리정보의 DB구축을 위하여 국내에서 수행하고 있는 사업인 하천일람의 "하천이력관리체계", 유역조사사업의 "WAMIS", 하천정보를 제공하고 있는 "RIMGIS"의 관련 자료를 분석한다. 기구축된 시스템과의 연계를 고려하여 물관리정보 표준과 RIMGIS 관련코드를 적용한 도형 및 속성 정보의 테이블 설계를 수행하며, 기구축된 시스템의 제방관련 수집자료 DB 및 관련 항목을 추가함으로써 제방제원 및 관리정보의 DB를 구축하도록 한다. 또한 향후 제방의 안전모니터링을 위한 관련항목을 포함하여 제방 유지 및 보수에 활용될 수 있도록 한다. 제방관련 DB구축은 치수시설물 안전모니터링의 기초를 마련하여 홍수방어 및 관리시스템 구축에 활용되어 인명 및 재산피해를 절감하고 기술수준을 향상시킴으로서 홍수 재해로부터 안전한 국토 건설 및 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 것이다. 이러한 제방관련 DB구축은 기구축된 시스템과 연계하여 국가 홍수관리 시스템 구축, 치수능력증대, 장래유역단위 통합홍수방어 및 관리기술 개발에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

The government is operating a course evaluation-type qualification system for the purpose of overcoming the limitations of the test-type qualification system and cultivating talents with practical skills applicable to related industries. However, there is a part that does not match the purpose of the course evaluation qualification system by educating competency units in the field of surveying rather than the field of cadastral field in the education and training course of the course evaluation qualification. Therefore, this study closely analyzed the course evaluation qualification system in the cadastral field and suggested improvement plans accordingly. First, NCS in the cadastral field has not been supplemented or developed since its development in 2014, and there are many parts that do not conform to the current laws, so supplementary development is necessary. Second, It was proposed to improve the optional competency unit in the field of surveying to the NCS competency unit in the cadastral field. In addition, if the 12 competency units of the current NCS in the cadastral field are designated as essential competency units and education and training are operated, it will be possible to foster working-level talents with sufficient competency at the cadastral engineer level. However, for practical system operation and application, supplementation and development of NCS in the cadastral field, which is used for education and training of the course evaluation qualification system, must be preceded.

In this paper, we propose a Leveled Micro-Degree Job Competency Certification Model that considers the level of the job based on the job defined in the NCS. There is a mismatch of manpower due to the problem of university education that cannot keep up with the rapidly changing technological environment caused by the 4th Industrial Revolution. The Nano-Degree and Micro-Degree systems designed to solve this problem are used for job competency certification of cyber security personnel. NCS sub-categorized job field is defined as Micro-Degree and detailed job by ability unit is defined as Nano-Degree, the level of the ability unit defined by level is equally applied to the Micro-Degree. And it is a system that certifies the job competency corresponding to the degree-based university academic background. By applying this system to the curriculum of Cyber Security School, Yeungnam University College, we proposed a method to configure the Nano-Degree course based on NCS duties. The method proposed in this paper can be used as a method for verifying job competency of Nano-Degree and Micro-Degree, which are recently introduced by many universities.

최근 XML 문서에 대한 활용이 늘어나면서 이들 문서에 대한 저장 및 검색에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. XML문서는 SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) 문서가 가지고 있는 다양한 기능들과 구조적인 표현 능력, 그리고 사용의 용이성 등의 장점을 지닌 언어로 1996년 웹의 문서 표준으로 제안되었다. 따라서 XML 문서의 특성을 반영한 문서 검색시스템에 대한 요구가 시급한 상태이며, 기존의 시스템의 경우 구조 및 내용-기반 멀티미디어 문서검색을 효과적으로 지원하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 구조정보 및 내용정보를 효과적으로 검색할 수 있는 XML 문서 저장 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 구현하는 시스템은 구조-기반 검색을 위해 o2store위에 역파일 인덱스를 구축하고 내용-기반 검색을 위해 X-tree를 사용한다. 또한 검색 인터페이스를 JAVA로 구현하여 효율적인 검색이 이루어지도록 한다.

The purpose of this study was to design and develop a multimedia program for elementary school students' emergent literacy teaching. The program aims at helping students improve their reading ability and enhance their letter decoding ability through drill-and-practice as well as tutorial instructional strategies. To that end, the instructional materials were reorganized so as to provide a basic syllable table and writing examples with standard pronunciation. The multimedia program is composed of three sections: basic literacy teaching, advanced literacy teaching, and evaluation sections. The implications of the study were discussed.

In the current marketplace, there are maturity models, standards, methodologies and guidelines that can help an organization improve the way it does business. All SPI models including ISO/IEC I5504 and CMMI provide the capability level of software process. However, most available improvement models focus on a specific goals and Practices of the processes So my assessors need an objective process measure how to estimate achievement of goals and practices. We proposed quantitative process capability metric (PCM) which can determine the degree of capability And the effective measuring approach help SPI assessor as well as organization unit.
