Korean construction firms have been continuing investment of IT for last ten years. However, manager did not support a decision-making of IT because there is no evaluation and feedback system of IT investment. This study is a preceding research of making IT evaluation model as a part of MOCT(the Ministry of Construction and Transportation)'s construction CALS/EC policy and makes a basic frame through a trend and state of IT survey. As a result of survey, To encourage them, IT development to be balanced in each members for successful stabilization of CALS/EC as well as IT evaluation will be conducted in accordance with one's environment, such as a role and level of companies.

본 사업은 1994년부터 1996년까지 3년 간 시범사업으로 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 과제인 창원/마산 지역정보 유통망 구축사업을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 전자상거래 기반의 인터넷을 통한 웹 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\ulcorner$창원/마산 지역정보유통망 구축사업$\lrcorner$은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이러한 창원/마산지역 산업체에 대한 지원효과를 이번에 확대하여 그 동안 Multimedia, Graphics, Web 등 정보화 환경이 크게 변화, 발전됨에 따라 현실적이며 현장적용형 패키지의 개발 지원이 대두된 $\ulcorner$경남지역 정보화확산사업$\lrcorner$은 연구개발정보센터와 창원시, 진해시, 한국기계연구원이 매칭 펀드에 의한 대응자금으로 구축한 시스템이다. 정보수집대상은 경남지역에 소재하고 있는 20개 산업단지 3,700여 입주기업을 정보수집요원이 직접 방문하여 현장에서 필요로 하는 요구정보를 반영하였다. 신규로 구축한 정보는 산업기반 기업체기본정보 DB 및 기업 기술개발 현장적용형 기술정보 패키지정보를 중심으로 구축하였으며, 인터넷 활용교육을 통한 동종 업종간 정보교류체제 구축하였다. 특히 Cyber Market을 구현하기 위해 1,200여건의 기업체정보 및 제조상품 DB를 응용한 제품 Mall 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 본 사업을 통하여 경남지역 산업단지에 입주한 기업체의 정보 활용을 극대화하여 지역경제 발전에 기여함과 동시에 국내 지역정보화 시범모델로서 위상을 확립하고자 한다.을 기업의 타인자본비용과 자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. 지난 3월 31일 제10차 정보화추진위원회에서 확정된 '사이버코리아 21'은 우리나라를 21세기 창조적 지식기반국가로 건설하기 위한 국가 정보화비전으로 향후 4년간 약 28조원을 투자하여 100만명의 신규 고용을 창출하고 118조원의 생산유발 효과를 달성하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 본지에 '사이버코리아 21'의 세부내용을 게재함으로써 우리 기업의 사업추진 방향에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Information Technology(IT) was introduced to the business as a means of improving operational efficiency. Nowadays, IT has become an essential component of an organization's survival. Almost no operations of an organization can be performed without IT. The benefits of using IT in organizations can not be underestimated. Some organizations have flourished because of the competitive advantages derived from the IT systems they have developed. Most IT systems, however, have been extended, changed and integrated with ad-hoc and makeshift solutions without thinking long-range view. It results in high maintenance cost and uncontrolled system for managing information resources. Especially, public institutions under the Project-Based System (PBS) have some problems in keeping a good management systems for information resource, because they are usually operated for a set period. Therefore, we propose the framework how to efficiently manage the IT assets and resources based on the Information Technology Architecture (ITA) that is introduced for the overall optimization of IT investment, change management and inter-operability.

The pursuit of strategic infomatization plays a critical role in increasing the competitiveness of domestic companies in this rapidly changing era. In particular, infomatization of small and medium construction companies is lower than that of large companies in terms of company size and the range of infomatization. Also, the environment for the infomatization is very unfavorable. Thus, to ensure effective infomatization of small and medium construction companies, it is critical to assess the current level of infomatization, and ensuing initiatives should start by gaining an accurate understanding of the level that should be reached in the future by each stage. This paper purports to develop indices which are needed for the diagnosis of current level of infomatization and for the understanding of current realities, problems and requirements that the small and medium construction companies face while pursuing infomatization today.

오늘날 컴퓨터 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 기업의 비즈니스 과정에서 발생 하는 정보의 공유와 이용을 통해, 경영혁신을 이루기 위한 새로운 정보화 시스템의 태동은 물론 기존 정보화 시스템의 또 다른 발전을 가져오고 있다. 그 중 21세기 산업정보화 전략 으로 요즈음 새롭게 등장한 CALS(Computer-acided Acquisition & Logistic Support)는 기 존의 정보화 시스템보다 광범위하고, 그 효과 또한 대단히 큰 정보화 시스템이라고 할 수 있다. CALS는 서류에 의존하는 기술정보의 생성 및 교환을 디지틀 정보로 생성, 교환하는 환경으로 전환하고, 업무처리 절차를 근본적으로 재구성해 개별적으로 자동화, 전산화된 체 계를 연계·통합시켜 디지틀 정보 교환체계를 구축하며, 통합 정보 데이터베이스를 구축해 관련기관과 관련업체간의 정보공유 환경을 실현함으로써 비즈니스 스피드의 향상, 고객 서 비스의 개선, 비용절감, 그리고 종합적인 품질향상 등을 도모하고자 하는 전략이다. 본 연구 에서는 CALS의 정의와 출현 배경 등을 살펴보고, CALS의 개념을 군수산업과 제조업 및 상 거래 등에 적용하여 보고자 하였으며, CALS 전략과 BPR을 비롯한 기타 정보기술 전략과의 개념적 관계를 고찰하여 보았다. 또한 CALS 개념의 도입과 적용에 관한 사례로서 크라이슬 러사와 보잉사의 개발 프로세스 리엔지니어링 사례를 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 CALS의 개 념을 성공적으로 도입하기 위한 주요 요인을 사례를 통하여 분석하였으며, CALS의 향후 발 전방향과 과제를 개괄적으로 연구하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest action directions for preventing social isolation and improving life satisfaction of the elderly by verifying the mediating effect of social capital in the relationship between the elderly's digital information self-efficacy and their life satisfaction. For this purpose, the 2022 digital information gap survey data were used to analyze the relationship between digital information self-efficacy, social capital, and the elderly's life satisfaction using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result, first, the elderly's digital information self-efficacy was found to have a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Second, the elderly's digital information self-efficacy was found to have a positive (+) effect on social capital. Third, the social capital of the elderly was found to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, the social capital of the elderly was found to have an indirect mediating effect in the relationship between digital information self-efficacy and life satisfaction. Based on this, practical and policy measures were presented to revitalize digital information education that older people can apply in real life, develop a digital platform for forming online-based social capital, communities suited to the digital information capabilities of older people, and revitalize information groups.
