The construction industry has been behind in informatization compared to other industries such as banking, manufacturing, medical, etc. since it is not conscious of informatization and it also has difficulties in attracting investments and attracting IT experts. Furthermore, there has been lack of survey and research on that specifically what areas and how much degree they are behind in informatization. This paper presents a framework and strategy for assessment of informatization based on end users' viewpoints. The authors has already performed the assessment of informatization of general contractors based on IT experts' viewpoints. However, this paper tries to assess informatizaton of construction based on end users' aspects. The result of this research is expected to provide various aspects such as assessment, identification of needs, and problems regarding information systems. These could be effectively used as a guideline and a direction for information system development.

현재 국내 인터넷 이용자 1000만 돌파. 벤처기업 5800여곳. 가파른 성장세를 달리는 국내 정보통신 산업이 쏟아낸 기록들이다. 앞으로도 성장은 당분간 지속될 것으로 보인다. 하지만 풀어야할 숙제 또한 많다. 최근 현안으로 떠오른 전문인력 문제도 그중의 하나. 2004년까지 21만명이 부족할 것이란 전망이다. 정보통신 전문인력 양성을 위해 설립된 한국정보통신대학원대학교가 주목받는 것도 그 때문이다. 이학교 양승택 총장을 만나 정보통신대학원대학교의 향후 역할 등에 관해 들어봤다.

The objective of this study is to investigate and compare the situation of the informationization of public libraries between 2012 and 2014. Data were collected two times in both 2012 and 2014 using Internet survey. Survey contents were general information situation, softwares, digital service room, RFID, digital contents, mobile service, integrated digital services. Results show that library informationization went for demonstration effect for local residents, staff for library informationization was insufficient, KOLAS was still needed to be upgraded, and most of public libraries were insufficient for future digital services. As improvement plans, there are the development of next generation integrated system, expansion of mobile web and app service, and increasing digital contents. For further study, it provides a study of the use of digital contents and equipment on public libraries.

EA (Enterprise Architecture) is an SI (System Integration) approach, i.e., a comprehensive plan for SI, which shows the elements of SI and the relationships among them. Since EA can be utilized in every stages of SI, the more large-scaled and complicated SI projects are, the more important EA is. Although many central government agencies and wide local governments implemented EA, the current level of EA utilization is still low. One of the reasons is the low level of EA updating. Some reasons of the low level of EA updating are the low frequency of EA updating, and the shortage of workers, as well. In order to improve the frequency of EA updating and alleviate the workloads of SI officers, MLTM (Ministry of land, transport, and maritime affairs) standardized the processes and documents for SI projects, and implemented PMS (Project Management System) that can support the unifying management of SI projects and be connected with EA system. We expect that EA information are updated efficiently, the level of EA utilization is boosted, and the qualities of SI products are improved, by the implementation of the PMS connected with EA system.

Nowadays due to the development of IT, hacking has become a major issue and importance of information system security is rapidly increasing. This research focuses on problems of training system security experts within Korea by analysing university's management information system curriculum and proposes an alternative way to solve this problem. The result of this research is the following. First, reformation of university's curriculum for successfully training system security experts is crucial. Second, theories that was learned in university courses need to be coherent to the actual work that the system security experts do in the field. Lastly, advanced IT countries like the US and Japan have already made standards on training system auditors and reinforced it with laws. Therefore Korea should establish a formal standard system like the other IT industry advanced countries.

In the recent field, cybersecuriyt has become one of the critical areas in the information technology field, and demands for cyberseucirty professionals have been increasing tremendously. However, there is In the recent past, cybersecurity has become one of the critical areas in the Information Technology (IT) field, and demands for cybersecurity professionals have been increasing tremendously. However, there is a shortfall in the qualified cybersecurity workforce which is a factor that contributes to the vulnerability of society to various cyber threats. Our study articulates a model to explain career selection behavior in the cybersecurity field. The study explored factors that affect scholars' behavioral intention to pursue a cybersecurity career. Positive outcome expectations from a cybersecurity career as well as high self-efficacy about skills and knowledge about cybersecurity have a strong impact on the scholars' cybersecurity career decisions. Further, perceived usefulness of the cybersecurity curriculum has a positive effect on the scholars' career decisions. The results of this research have implications for retaining a qualified workforce in the computer and information security fields.

본 사업은 1994년부터 1996년까지 3년 간 시범사업으로 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 과제인 창원/마산 지역정보 유통망 구축사업을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 전자상거래 기반의 인터넷을 통한 웹 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\ulcorner$창원/마산 지역정보유통망 구축사업$\lrcorner$은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이러한 창원/마산지역 산업체에 대한 지원효과를 이번에 확대하여 그 동안 Multimedia, Graphics, Web 등 정보화 환경이 크게 변화, 발전됨에 따라 현실적이며 현장적용형 패키지의 개발 지원이 대두된 $\ulcorner$경남지역 정보화확산사업$\lrcorner$은 연구개발정보센터와 창원시, 진해시, 한국기계연구원이 매칭 펀드에 의한 대응자금으로 구축한 시스템이다. 정보수집대상은 경남지역에 소재하고 있는 20개 산업단지 3,700여 입주기업을 정보수집요원이 직접 방문하여 현장에서 필요로 하는 요구정보를 반영하였다. 신규로 구축한 정보는 산업기반 기업체기본정보 DB 및 기업 기술개발 현장적용형 기술정보 패키지정보를 중심으로 구축하였으며, 인터넷 활용교육을 통한 동종 업종간 정보교류체제 구축하였다. 특히 Cyber Market을 구현하기 위해 1,200여건의 기업체정보 및 제조상품 DB를 응용한 제품 Mall 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 본 사업을 통하여 경남지역 산업단지에 입주한 기업체의 정보 활용을 극대화하여 지역경제 발전에 기여함과 동시에 국내 지역정보화 시범모델로서 위상을 확립하고자 한다.을 기업의 타인자본비용과 자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. 본 연구는 전문대학 디자인 교육의 문제를 점검하고, 전문대학만의 차별화 된 디자인 교육을 위한 전략과 방향을 정보화에 기반한 커뮤니케이션 툴 학습기능을 중심으로 찾아보는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법은 주로 문헌 조사 방법을 사용 했다. 전문대학 디자인 관련 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 새로운 학습체제의 대안을 제시 했다. 연구에서 도출한 결론은 첫째, 전문대학 디자인 교과과정은 중견 직업인 양성 목적 보다는 4년제 교과과정의 모방이며 둘째, 학과목의 연계성 부족과 과도한 학과목으로 전문성 양성과 거리가 있고 셋째, 정보화와 멀티미디어화 등에 대한 대응력에서 취약하며 넷째, 학교 시설과 교수 인력에 한계가 있다. 이에 인터넷등 네트워크 미디어를 통해 가상학교를 구축, 상호 시너지를 확보하는 전략 전개의 필요성을 제시했다. 결론적으로 본 연구 논문은 전문대학의 현실적 디자인 교육 진단을 근거로, 국가적인 교육 정보화 정책과 세계적인 사이버 교육의 트렌드를 접합하여 현실적인 대안을 제시했다.
