정보통신기술과 전력에너지기술의 융합 기술인 스마트그리드는 지속 가능한 성장의 필수적인 요소이다. 스마트그리드 통신 네트워크는 전력 계통 시스템이 송전, 배전, 소비자로 구분되는 것에 맞춰 세 가지로 구분된다. 본고에서는 이 세 부분에서 사용될 스마트그리드 응용 분야를 소개하고 해당 분야가 요구하는 통신 네트워크의 성능과 후보 기술에 대하여 기술하였다. 추가적으로 전력선 통신이 스마트그리드 통신 네트워크에 활용될 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

Information and communication technology joins in and with development the mobile service pattern which the tourist uses is various and it is changing. Jeiu area is the domestic maximum tourist resort which the annual 5 million visit. The mobile service pattern change from mobile market predition does to be possible. Research analysis against sightseeing industry which is major industry and a mobile service market it led from the research which it sees location base and the mobile fusion technology.

최근 IT 기술의 화두는 단연 '융합'이다. 방송과 통신이 결합하고, 자동차와 IT가 본격적으로 합쳐질 것으로 보인다. 이 같은 IT와 타 산업분야의 융합 현상은 정보보호 연구분야의 확장과 자연스럽게 연계된다. 그런 의미에서 이번 호부터 ITRC에 소속된 정보 보호 연구센터를 방문해 최근 등장하고 있는 정보보호 연구영역과 그 성과들을 조명해 보고자 한다. 그리고 그 첫번째 순서로 고려대학교 정보보호 연구원을 찾았다.

ICT 기술이 타 산업과의 융합으로 새로운 산업과 일자리를 창출하는 창조경제 실현의 핵심수단으로 재조명되면서, 국가의 산업 경쟁력 제고와 전반적인 사회문제 해결은 물론 저출산 고령화, 산업 기술 패러다임 변화 등에 따른 장기적인 국가적 수요를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 인지되고 있다. 이러한 이유로 ICT 기반의 융합 R&D형태를 갖는 창조융합분야의 R&D역할과 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있는 실정이다. 본 고에서는 이와 관련된 미래창조과학부의 2015년 창조융합분야의 R&D 추진방향을 소개하고자 한다.

조선 IT기반 융합산업은 차세대 신산업의 발원지로서 막대한 가치창출이 기대되는 블루오션 산업이며, 한국의 최대 강점인 IT/통신 기술과 세계1위인 조선 산업의 융합을 통하여 최고의 부가가치 산업으로 업그레이드가 가능하게 된다. 현재 글로벌 조선 산업은 고부가 가치 선박인 크루저/레저선과 LNG선과 같은 청정에너지 운반선, 선박과 물동량증가에 따른 대형 SuperSeaCat 선박의 출현으로 인해 기존 기계 조선 기술분야에 첨단 IT 융합기술의 접목이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 선박통신 네트워크 기술개발 및 표준화, e-Navigation 추진방향, IT-선박 융합부품 기술개발 등에 대해 살펴보고 IT-조선 융합화 현황을 분석하여 비전과 목표제시를 통해 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Smart TV is approaching as a new media service to integrate the broadcasting and the internet according to the technology evaluation of convergence to broadcasting, telecommunication, and computing. Therefore, This paper looks out the next generation smart TV(Smart TV 2.0) technology based on CPNT which supports those services such as the broadcasting, telecommunication, a convergence of broadcasting & communication, and computer service through multi-screen.
