서비스 디자인 기법은 사용자에게 만족도 높은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 객관적이고 효과적인 방법 중 하나로, 본 고에서는 사용자 경험을 바탕으로 고객 여정 맵(Customer Journey Map) 기법을 적용하여 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 디자인 사례를 제시한다. 고객 여정 맵 기반의 서비스 디자인 절차는 이해당사자(선수단)를 대상으로 한 조사단계, 조사 결과 분석을 통한 서비스 전략 및 컨셉 도출단계, 서비스 기획을 통한 서비스 제안단계 및 서비스 실행단계로 구성된다. 본 고에서는 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 디자인을 위해 선수단 전문가 그룹의 심층인터뷰를 통해 여정 별 사용자 욕구(Needs)를 분석하였고, ICT 기술 중심의 올림픽 서비스 목록을 대상으로 사용자 욕구를 매핑하였다. 분석 결과 선수단 전문가 그룹은 이동 편의성, 최신정보 및 운영센터와의 커뮤니케이션 그리고 선수단 커뮤니티 및 문화체험 정보 등 3개 부문에 대한 욕구가 컸으며, 이를 기반으로 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 목록을 도출하였다.

최근에는 이동환경에서의 고속 위성통신 서비스에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 이러한 요구를 만족시키기 위해 유럽 및 북미지역에서는 지난 수년간 Ku대역을 활용한 고속이동체 대상의 이동형 위성통신 시스템 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 이동형 위성통신 시스템은 수십 Kbps 정도의 전송속도를 제공하기 때문에 고속열차와 같이 다수의 그룹 사용자들을 대상으로 한 위성 인터넷 및 방송서비스 제공에 한계가 있다. 또한, 철도 운행구간에서 발생하는 N-LOS 환경에 대처하는 기술의 부재로 서비스 가용도가 크게 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 고속열차 승객을 대상으로 위성무선연동 전송기술을 이용하여 지상무선망과 동일한 수준의 끊김 없는 인터넷 서비스 및 위성방송 서비스를 제공하기 위한 이동형 광대역 위성 접속 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 고속열차를 대상으로 이러한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 터널이나 역사(Railway Station)와 같은 N-LOS 환경에 대한 대처기술이 필요하며, LOS 환경에서도 철로상의 신호열화 현상에 대한 극복기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고속열차를 대상으로 한 이동형 위성통신 서비스에 대한 국내외 연구개발 동향 및 국제 표준화 동향에 대해 기술한다.

컴퓨터와 통신 기술의 급소간 발전으로 이동 매체를 통한 정보 서비스 요구가 급증하고 있다. 이 중에서 이동 매체를 통한 전자 지도 서비스는 전송 정보의 용량이 크고 출력 장치의 resource를 많이 요구하기 때문에 이를 극복하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 무선 지도 서비스 환경의 bandwidth 제약 조건과 resource 제약 조건을 새로이 정의하고 이를 해결하는 동적 약도 생성 기법을 소개한다. 본 논문은 resource 제약 조건을 해결하기 위해 지도 정확성의 기준을 완화하여 재 정의한 generalization 기법을 도입하며, bandwidth 제약 조건을 해결하기 위해 설정된 threshold 값을 만족하는 filtering 기법을 제안 및 설계 구현한다.

In packet CDMA networks, it is important to design a MAC protocol that meets the QoS requirements , of the different traffic types and allocates the radio channels efficiently. In this paper, a RRS$^2$-CDMA MAC protocol is proposed for integrating voice and data services in the microcellular packet CDMA networks. In PRS$^2$-CDMA, a voice terminal can resolve a spreading code to transmit voice packets during a talkspurt while a data terminal has to contend for a code for each packet transmission. The numerical results show that the proposed protocol can improve the system capacity, while guaranteeing the QoS of voice and data services.

Recently, Broadband Internet service in the rural area is deployed actively so it will be needed to identify the factors influencing success for continuous spread. In this paper, we explain the users'satisfaction of BcN for rural area and verify success factors such as obstacles the digital divide through the empirical analysis. We select basic variables from Information System (IS) Success Model and add specific variables from former research about overcoming digital divide. The results show that system quality has a significant influence on satisfaction. Use and satisfaction have an impact on eliminating the digital divide in rural area. Based on the findings, academic and practical implications for establishing Broadband Service in rural area are also discussed.

1980년대 미국, 일본, 영국을 필두로 시작되었던 기본통신분야의 경쟁은 최근 호주와 뉴질랜드가 경쟁을 시작하였고 유럽 등에서도 경쟁도입을 고려하는 등 세계적인 추세이다. 국내 기본통신사장에 경쟁에 도입되면 신기술 도입에 의한 통신시설투자의 합리화로 가입자 요금이 인하되고 다양한 서비스의 창출과 서비스 품질 향상을 기대할 수 있으며, 특히 통신망의 이원화로 국가 기간통신망의 신뢰성 향상을 도모할 수 있다. 경쟁도입을 성공적으로 이끌기 위해서는 통신정책뿐만 아니라 기술적 조건이 만족되어야 하는데, 특히 통신망간의 상호접속이 가장 중요한 문제중의 하나이다. 호접속지연 등 가입자의 서비스품질향상과 사업자간 동등접속을 위해서는 초기에는 시외국계위로 접속하고 점차 단국계위에 접속하는 것이 합리적인 방안이며, 가입자의 접속편이를 위하여 다이얼링 수고를 덜 수 있는 사업자 사전지정방식이 추진되어야 한다. 최근 전화서비스의 핵심인 지능망서비스의 효과적인 제공을 위해서는 시내외 구간의 지능망서비스 제공이 가능하도록 함이 타당할 것이다.

This paper studied the relationship between the quality of perceived service and the consumer satisfaction on IPTV which is on the increase in the number of subscribers as the representative of a convergence service of the communication and broadcasting. Using the measurement tools of five factors such as the perceived service quality, the accommodation of information techniques, the consumer satisfaction, the intention of continuous use and the users' intention to recommend to others, the empirical study on IPTV users was taken. The results showed that the perceived serviced service quality, usefulness and easy access to IPTV have strong effects on the use and the users, intention to recommend to others.

In this study, some useful implications related to mobile RFID service will be given to the mobile communication service providers and staff in charge through developing and assessing the evaluation dimensions considering quality, value, and customer's satisfaction, complaint and loyalty in mobile RFID service which is in trial service stage. For this purpose, web based survey was performed for general customers who had experienced mobile RFID trial service, 350 pieces of collected samples were analyzed, mobile RFID service was assessed with the tool of SPSS 12.0k, and the difference to customers' characteristic was analyzed. On the basis of the result through the empirical research, before commercial launch, serviceable implications such as service improvements which can be obtained through the evaluation result of mobile RFID service were provided for the staff and the managers in charge of mobile communication service.

Korea has experienced an increase in the number of immigrants in accordance with accelerated globalization. In particular, the rapid surge in international marriages and multicultural families has created social adaptation or inclusion problems for these families in Korean society. This paper examines how information services or technological education programs affect the social integration of marriage migrant women in Korea. Using survey data on international marriage migrant women, we conducted multiple and logistic regression models to examine the relationship between information and technology services and life satisfaction and employment status. The results show that the experience of using social services tends to have positive effects on life satisfaction. Having experiences of information services or technological education improves marriage migrant women's chances of employment and increases their willingness to work or start a business. This indicates the importance of information services or technological educational training and social services in improving social adaptation and integration of marriage migrant women in Korea.

스마트폰이 본격적으로 도입 활용되면서 서비스가 특정 플랫폼이나 환경에 제한 되지 않도록 하는 서비스 접근성을 만족하는 것이 스마트 서비스 제공의 중요한 목표가 되었다. 또한, 개발자들이 복잡한 앱 기술 보다 HTML5등 기존 웹 개발 기술을 활용하고 네이트브 앱에서 제공하던 단말 기능을 웹 기술로 사용 가능하도록 제공하는 기술이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 전자정부 모바일 표준프레임워크는 이러한 요구사항을 만족하기 위하여 AJAX 프레임워크와 하이브리드 앱 기반의 실행환경을 도입하였다. 또한, 개발자 편의성을 위한 개발환경, 재사용성 증대를 위한 공통컴포넌트, 가이드 프로그램을 제공한다. 모바일 전자정부 표준프레임워크는 여러 공공서비스에 활용 되어 왔으며, 공공정보화 분야와 민간 기업 환경에서 핵심적인 기반 플랫폼 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 표준프레임워크에서 활용된 기반 기술, 적용 아키텍처 및 주요기능, 활용사례에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.
