Customer satisfaction is generally assumed to be a significant determinant of repeat sales, positive word-of-mouth, and customer loyalty. Therefore most companies in telecommunication industry have tried to satisfy customers with high quality at low price in Korea. Even though these efforts have been tried by companies, customers are not satisfied with discrepancy between their expectation and perceived quality. Moreover, the expectation has dynamic and variable characteristics in results from various effects such n technical progress, improved quality and promotions by companies, word-of-mouth, and so on, Therefore, there are not political leverages in assessing the quality and surveying customer satisfaction index in a point of time. As an initial attempt to tackle the questions listed above, this paper puts an effort to make a dynamic customer satisfaction model to understand customer satisfaction in variable situations by introducing 'systems thinking'.

2014년 7월 미래부에서 국가재난안전통신망에 대한 기술방식을 최종 선정한 이후로, 국가재난안전통신망에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본고에서는 먼저 본 과제의 필요성 및 주요 성과물을 다루고 현재의 R&D 시장 동향을 통해 어떤 전망을 내다볼 수 있는지 구체적으로 다룬다. 궁극적으로 재난통신 시스템 및 단말 개발은 미래부에서 요구하는 재난망의 필수/선택 기준을 만족시키는 원천 기술 확보 및 이에 대한 표준화 그리고 상용 수준의 시스템 및 단말이라는 요소들을 모두 균형적으로 고려하여 이루어져야 한다.

In distance learning, quality of service is an important part of improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, in verifying the effectiveness of remote education service quality, it has been researched based on fragmentary effects on remote education service quality, and the effect study on the specific target is insufficient. In this study, the effects of remote education service factors on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were analyzed in the previous study and among job seekers. The survey was conducted from March 2019 and 258 samples of job seekers who experienced remote education were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, typology, problem solving, interaction, information serviceability, and convenience had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and satisfaction had a significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, it was analyzed that characterization, problem-solving, interaction, information serviceability, convenience and customer loyalty were affected in the verification of the mediated effects of satisfaction. In response, the implications of this study were derived from practical research on customer satisfaction and loyalty of educational companies related to eduTech, where education and ICT (Information Communication Technology) were integrated during the 4th Industrial Revolution, which suggested that the quality of a company's remote education service affected customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to entrepreneurs and marketers in the education company's start-up and marketing process. Further, further research will be needed in other areas as well as in the areas of employment education to verify the importance of service quality and assess the various effects.

MMS는 통신망으로 연결된 자동화기기와 컴퓨터 응용 프로그램간에 실시간 데이터와 감시제어정보를 교환하기 위한 국제표준의 메시지 교환 규약으로, MMS는 실행되는 응용기능의 종류나 기기의 개발자에 관계없이 표준적인 방법으로 정보를 교환하게 한다. MMS에서 제공되는 서비스들은 각종의 자동화기기와 응용 프로그램, 또한 여러 산업현장에서 필요로 하는 기능을 모두 만족하기에 충분하다. 그리고 MMS는 자동화된 생산공정을 구성하거나 사용하는데 필요한 경비를 줄여준다. MMS는 다양한 자동화 기기간의 통신을 하나의 통일된 규약과 방법론을 사용하여 이루고자 할 때 상호운용성(Interoperability), 독립성(Independence), 데이터접근(Data Access)성 등의 특징을 가장 잘 발휘할 수 있다.

최근 정보 통신 기술의 발달에 따라 음성 서비스 등과 같은 단일 서비스를 제공하던 무선 통신망이 음성, 데이터, 고화질 정지화면, 동영상 및 다양한 정보형태의 멀티미디어 서비스를 추구하고 있다. 이처럼 다양한 종류의 멀티미디어 트래픽을 지원하기 위해서는 매체 접근 제어(MAC) 프로토콜이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 종류의 트래픽이 혼재된 무선 ATM 환경에서 폭주제어 정보를 가지고 각 트래픽 클래스의 QoS를 만족할 수 있는 동적 자원 할당 방식 기반의 MAC 프로토콜을 제안한다. 각 트래픽 클래스의 데이터 전송 스케줄링을 제안함으로서 CBR이나 VBR의 실시간 데이터의 손실을 최소화하고 네트워크 상태에 따른 ABR 트래픽 클래스에 최소의 고정적인 대역폭을 할당함으로서 실시간 비실시간 데이터의 비효율성 문제 해결 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 각각의 트래픽 모델에 대한 허용 테스트 식을 제공함으로서 다른 실시간 또는 비실시간 채널에 영향을 수지 않고 새로운 채널을 설정한 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

장소와 시간에 무관하게 누구와도 하나의 단말기로 멀티미디어 통신을 할 수 있게 하기 위한 이동통신 시스템이 단일표준으로 되지 못하고 복수표준으로 진행됨에 따라 이종의 접속망들로 구성되는 융합망이 불가피하게 되었다. 이러한 융합망 환경에서는 멀티미디어 서비스의 지속성을 유지하기 위한 QoS 보장 방안이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 세션의 지연이나 손실 등을 지속적으로 관찰하고 계약된 SLA 의 QoS 기준 만족 여부를 평가하고 이를 바탕으로 이종 망 내에서의 QoS 적응 및 조정을 수행함으써 멀티미디어 서비스의 QoS 를 유지하는 방안을 제안한다.

홈네트워킹 인프라는 다양한 응용분야 및 생활환경을 배경으로 한다는 특수성으로 인해 서비스의 일반화가 기존의 기간망이나 기업 통신망보다 어렵다는 특성이 있다. 따라서 다양한 사용자의 요구사항을 만족하기 위해서는 홈네트워크는 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 그 정보가전기기들을 사용할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 설정과 유지보수가 간단한 홈네트워크를 갖는 것이 필요하다. 다음으로 홈네트워크 내의 정보가전기기들간의 통신, 홈네트워크 외부의 서비스제공자와의 통신, 그리고 외부로부터의 원격제어 또한 가능하여야하며 상호간의 신뢰성있는 연결을 위한 보안도 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 위에서 언급한 과제들을 해결하기 위해서 자동 설정, 보안, 이동성 지원, 단순 경로 배정, 그리고 디바이스와 서비스의 발견 등과 같은 IPv6 기능들을 홈네트워크에 적용하는 방안을 고찰하였다.

Internet telephony service is very cheap and very easy to introduce the value-added service than the POTS, but is difficult to the QoS of telephone service. The existing internet typically offers "best effort" services only, which do not make any commitment about delay, packet loss and jitter. This paper compensates the low quality of the speech for packet loss or delay using FEAPT algorithm in Internet phone. In the FEAPT algorithm, the receiver expands the received packet under resonable threshold, and hence compensates the QoS of speech.of speech.

This paper supposes an QoS supporting method based on an efficient subchannel allocation in OFDMA systems. The objective of this paper is to maximize the system throughput while satisfying QoS requirements of mobile multimedia services, comprising real-time and non-real-time services. The resource management for handover are necessary to maintain the QoS requirements of different multimedia applications because the service continuity may be defected by some delay and information loss.

Ku band satellite signal repeating technology just altering a polarization of the repeated signal is applicable for any kind of satellite broadcasting service in geographically shadowed area due to high-rise buildings, trees, and so on. This paper focuses on the design of high polarization discrimination antenna satisfying polarization characteristics with respect to field pattern and frequency band. Designed antenna for the enhancement of axial ratio and polarization discrimination characteristic shows good performance for satellite broadcasting service repeating system.
