IPTV hasn't fulfilled the expectations that it will substitute existing digital broadcasting service and serve new type of services such as interactive and multi-channels. Today's IPTV service just seems to change existing service platform to new one. In this situation, Open IPTV service has been on the rise, which make it possible for consumers to choice contents regardless of contents providers. However, the integration of variety service platforms such as rights protection solution is essential to provide Open IPTV service. In this paper, authoring and consuming system for package contents based on MPEG-21 Multimedia Framework which is developed for distributing media resources.

유연성 있고 확장성 있는 분산 어플리케이션을 작성하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 요건을 만족하는 서비스 개발 및 관리를 위한 프레임워크이 필요하다. 첫 번째 서비스들은 외부적인 어떤 정책이나 어플리케이션 구동 시 다양한 제한 등의 요인으로 인하여 선택적으로 서비스 사용이 가능해야 한다. 둘째로 서비스에 대해서 초기화, 구동, 임시정지, 정지 등과 같은 제어를 중앙 집중형태로 관리 콘솔에서 관리 할 수 있어야 한다. 세 번째로 서비스를 제어할 때 각 서비스들 사이의 의존관계를 반영할 수 있어야 한다. 네 번째로 이러한 분산어플리케이션의 서비스에 대한 환경 설정 부분에 대한 변경을 실시간으로 탐지를 해서 이러한 변경과 관계가 있는 서비스에게 통지를 할 수 있어야 한다. 다섯 번째로 한 어플리케이션 안에서 구동되고 있는 의존관계가 있는 각 서비스들 사이의 이벤트 기반의 통신을 메커니즘이 필요하다. 여섯번째로 환경 설정 변경에 대해서 분산 상황에서 다른 어플리케이션과 동기화를 맞출 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 유연하고 확장성 있는 어플리케이션을 개발하는데 필요한 자바 기반의 동적 서비스 관리 프레임워크에 대한 설계와 구현을 제시한다.

첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시 공간에 융합하여 도시 제반 기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시를 Ubiquitous-City라고 한다. 이러한 U-City에 적용할 서비스를 계획할 때 고려해야 할 부분에 대해 살펴보고 이를 만족하는 서비스를 제안 한다. 도시 내의 주거지나 근무지 같은 고정된 공간이 아닌 거리 같은 특성을 갖는 이동지향 적인 장소에서 보행자 중심의 소형 유비쿼터스 공간과 그 내부에서의 서비스를 정의 한다. 일반적으로 큰 니즈가 예상되는 서비스를 보편적 서비스라 정의하고 도시민의 니즈를 바탕으로 추가 서비스를 제안 한다. 장소와 목적에 따라 U-Booth 서비스 분류의 필요성을 제시하고 설계시의 고려 사항을 정리한다. UCity내에서 U-Booth가 어떠한 형태로 존재해야 하는지에 대해 제언을 한다.

상호운영성, 유연성, P2P(피어투피어), 역동성, 확장성 등 웹 서비스가 지닌 다양한 특성으로 인하여 웹 서비스 보안은 안전한 웹 서비스 운영을 위한 핵심요소라 할 수 있다. 웹 서비스의 기본 구성은 서비스 수요자와 제공자, 검색소로 구성되며 WSDL(Web Service Definition Language), UDDI(University Discovery and Integration of Business for Web), SOAP(Smple Object Access Protocol)등 세 개의 표준으로 서비스는 이루어진다. 이 중에서 특히 메시지 교환을 담당하는 통신 프로토콜인 SOAP는 웹 서비스 보안의 중심에 있으며, 웹 서비스 보안은 SOAP 메시지의 사용자 인증과 무결성, 기밀성을 보장하는 것으로 정의할 수 있다. SOAP는 HTTP를 통해 일반적으로 전송되므로 HTTP 상의 모든 위협을 가지게 되며 전송계층에 기반을 둔 보안을 생각할 수 있지만, 사실상 웹 서비스는 다수의 중간 중개자를 가질 수 있는 구조이기 때문에 단대단 보안(메시지 레벨의 보안)이 반드시 필요하다. 또한, 웹 서비스 상에서 단대단 보안을 보장하기 위해서는 각 객체와 키와의 연결이 중요하며 특정 객체에게 발행한 보안토큰의 신뢰성 화보를 위한 메카니즘을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 보안 요구사항을 만족하기 위하여 XML 메시지 보안을 위한 전자서명 및 암호화 표준과 SOAP을 위한 W3C, OASIS의 통합표준을 중심으로 SOAP 메시지 보안기술을 분석하고자 한다.

정보기술의 발달과 인터넷의 확산 등의 사회적인 변화에 따라 고객을 효과적으로 만족시킬 수 있도록 기업은 고객과의 장기적인 관계를 구축하는 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)을 사용하고 있다. 최근에는 블로그나 SNS등에 기업이 상품이나 서비스를 팔고자 하는 소비자들이 가득 모여 있기 때문에 실시간으로 소비자의 니즈를 파악할 수 있는 방법으로 트위터, 블로그, 카페 등 SNS 상의 빅 데이터를 분석하는 시스템을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 보다 효율적인 피드백 수집분석을 위해 기존의 기업/기관에서 운영 및 관리하는 내부 CRM 데이터와 SNS 상의 외부 데이터를 연동하여 분석할 수 있는 이기종 데이터의 통합 분석엔진 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 의료서비스에 적용하여 내부 데이터인 매출, 방문자 수, 진료과 정보, 환자 정보, 고객 불만 유형 등을 분석하고 소셜데이터를 통해 해당 의료기관에 대한 소비자 경험 (진료, 시설 등) 정보를 수집한다.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 PSTN 전화망을 이용하여 음성 통화는 물론 데이터, 팩스 일 동영상 등 다양한 멀티미디어 정보를 송수신 할 수 있는 멀티미디어 단말 시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 본 개발시스템은 ITU-T의 V.34 규격을 만족하는 DSP 모뎀과 음성 및 데이터를 동시에 송수신할 수 있는 DSVD 기능, 그리고 다양한 멀티미디어 기능을 구현 및 제어하게되는 시스템 콘트롤러등으로 구성되며 사용자들로서는 LCD/Touch Screen 메뉴에서 원하는 정보서비스를 선택하기만 하면 음성, 데이터 통신, 팩스 등의 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 된다.

During the past several decades, the development of the maritime policy have been focused on the level of regulation based on the lessons from the individual accidents. Recently, the development of IMO e-navigation strategy has been discussed actively and has been focusing on the new frame and architecture based on the user requirements and definition of function and services for user requirements, which might produce the user-friendly policy, infrastructure and user service. For the new maritime ICT policy getting fusion of ICT and innovation of ship/ocean industry, the overarching methodology, as IMO e-navigation strategy, should be applied to primarily setup the architecture from the user requirements to technology. In this paper, we analyze the IMO e-navigation strategy procedure and provide the consideration and lessons for the strategic methodology to develop a new maritime ICT policy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between IT environment and commitment in online.The satisfaction of customers, who are in a servicescape, will be subject to many environmental stimulations. In particularly, the servicescapes of the store and the customer characteristics are important factors that affecting the emotional commitment of consumers. In this study, the servicescape that consumers evaluated can be divided into physical and social factors. Furthermore, how these factors can affect the emotional commitment through perceived service quality and social interaction will be studied as well. In addition, the moderating effects of the individual characteristics at the perception of servicescape, such as optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness will be studied together.

In case certification between user and service provider is achieved, problem that user's identity is revealed is occurring by social issue, so it was presented identity escrow scheme to solve these problem. In identity escrow scheme, the issuer who have correct user's identity transmits securely anonymity authentication information to user, and user achieves authentication phase with service provider keeping oneself anonymity using this. In this paper, we present requirement for security and trusty of identity escrow scheme and propose new mechanism that can security this. Also, propose method that service provider can deliver securely contents to user and propose mechanism that improve that support ky recovery at encryption communication that using secret key that it was generated by key agreement between users.

In recent years, a variety of ITS services are available such as driving information, road conditions, V2X messages as well as navigation and traffic jams notification. The development of ITS services is accelerating by V2X communication technologies for high-speed vehicles. In this paper, WAVE communication devices based on the IEEE802.11p standard is introduced as a solution of V2X communication technologies. The H/W and S/W structures of the WAVE communication device and the characteristics of RF/antenna are described. The performance is evaluated in the test road by measuring throughput, PER and latency. The implemented WAVE communication device has 6~7 Mbps throughput with 10% PER at 1km coverage. The packet latency is less than 3ms for the whole test road. It is shown that the implemented WAVE technology is satisfactory to provide ITS services and Internet video-streaming services.
