Recently, trust in online transactions and corporate trust are most important at the corporate level as social overhead capital in commercial transactions using digital devices such as online, mobile, and SNS platforms. Therefore, this study used data from the Korea Consumer Agency's consumer policy indicators to identify the impact of digital consumption trust and corporate responsibility trust on the satisfaction of information and communication products and services. According to the analysis, trust in digital consumption conditions and responsibility of companies have a positive impact on satisfaction of information and communication devices and satisfaction of information and communication services. In addition, it was found that trust in corporate responsibility has a greater impact on satisfaction of information and communication devices and satisfaction of information and communication services than trust in digital consumption conditions. Theoretical and practical implications for these findings and suggestions for future research were presented.

시스템의 복잡성, 고 비용, 표준의 미비 등 여러 요인으로 인해 가전 기기간의 데이터 통신 및 제어 정보 전송의 효율성을 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 디지털 정보 가전 간 원활한 통신을 위해 보다 안정적이고 정확한 정보 전달이 가능한 방법이 우선 보장되어야 하고, 그러기 위해서는 시스템 간의 연결을 가능하게 하는 인터페이스에 대한 분석과 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 컴퓨터 시스템을 이용해 실제 정보 가전 제어에 적용 가능한 무선 통신 모뎀을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 무선마이크용 특정소출력무선기기의 송수신단을 설계하고 제작하여 특성을 측정하였다. 무선마이크용 특정소출력무선기기의 주파수 대역 740.000~752.000MHz를 사용하였고, 점유주락수대폭의 허용치 200kHz, 최대주파수편이 $\pm$75kHz를 만족하도록 설계하였다. PLL Synthesized, 주파수 변조, Dual Conversion 방식을 사용하였으며 Compander Type은 2:1이다. 설계된 무선마이크 시스템의 출력은 10mW이하이고, 50-20,000Hz의 주파수 응답을 가지며 Hi-fi Audio를 전송할 수 있다. 송수신단의 Total Harmonic Distortion 은 1.5% 이하이다.

MMS는 통신망으로 연결된 자동화기기와 컴퓨터 응용 프로그램간에 실시간 데이터와 감시제어정보를 교환하기 위한 국제표준의 메시지 교환 규약으로, MMS는 실행되는 응용기능의 종류나 기기의 개발자에 관계없이 표준적인 방법으로 정보를 교환하게 한다. MMS에서 제공되는 서비스들은 각종의 자동화기기와 응용 프로그램, 또한 여러 산업현장에서 필요로 하는 기능을 모두 만족하기에 충분하다. 그리고 MMS는 자동화된 생산공정을 구성하거나 사용하는데 필요한 경비를 줄여준다. MMS는 다양한 자동화 기기간의 통신을 하나의 통일된 규약과 방법론을 사용하여 이루고자 할 때 상호운용성(Interoperability), 독립성(Independence), 데이터접근(Data Access)성 등의 특징을 가장 잘 발휘할 수 있다.

네트워크 통신(network communication)을 위해서는 개별 정보가전기기의 전원인가 상태가 상시 유지되어야 하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해, 통신요청시에는 그 때마다 통신동작이 가능하도록 충분한 전력공급을 제공하는 절대조건을 만족시키는 반면, 통신대기시에는 최소한의 전력만이 공급됨으로서 해서 초절전을 실현할 수 있는 정보가전기기의 PLC통신모듈용 전원장치를 먼저 개발하였다. 그리고, 최근 절전이 강조되고 있은 시점에서, 제품자체의 절전기능이 포함되어 전기에너지를 절약할 수도 있지만, 사용자의 절전의지와 행위에 의해서도 전기에너지를 절약할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 볼때 본 연구개발에서는, 제품의 전원플러그를 콘센트에 꽂는 과정에서 콘센트와 전원플러그 사이에 전기에너지량을 계측할 수 있는 전자회로 및 계측값을 나타내는 표시장치 그리고 필요에 따라서 통신기능을 포함하는 전기콘센트 단위의 Electric Energy Metering Sensor(이하 EEMS) 모듈을 개발하였다.

As the new technologies, such as IEEE 1394, USB, Bluetooth, PLC are appeared, the embedded real time operating system which is satisfied the various technologies is needed. This paper proposed and implemented C standard library which is independently used in real time operating system and which supports an application development interface. The proposed C standard library is based on EL/IX, an Embedded Linux API based on POSIX, which is suitable for other embedded operating systems as well. And because the proposed C standard library has four level, it supports various Internet appliances, such as digital TV, settop box. The developed C library is tested at Qplus-P real time operating system which is developed at ETRI.

최근 내장형 시스템의 보급과 발전으로 휴대용 기기에서 다양한 애플리케이션들을 이용하고 있다. 특히. 핸드폰과 스마트폰과 같은 정보 통신 기기들은 과거의 전화 기능 외에도 개인 정보 관리 및 게임 등 다양한 기능을 수행한다. 또한 차세대 무선 통신 기술로써 SDR(Software Defined Radio)등의 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이렇게 소형의 휴대 기기에서 다양한 기능과 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 시스템의 구조가 동적으로 재구성되어야 할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. SDR 시스템의 경우, 하나의 장치에서 두 개 이상의 신호 처리(Signal Processing) 기법이 소프트웨어적으로 제공되어야 한다. 이러한 유연성(Flexibility) 및 재구성(Reconfigurability)을 요건들을 만족시키는 시스템을 위해서는 운영체제 단계에서 동적인 재구성 기법을 제공해주어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트의 비동기적(Asynchronous) 교체를 이용하여 기존의 동적 재구성 기법의 지연 시간을 줄이는 방법을 설명하며 실험을 통해 그것을 증명하도록 한다.

가입자 망 기술의 발달과 멀티미디어 통신 필요의 증대로 댁내에서도 다수의 PC 와 정보가전기기를 하나로 묶는 홈네트워크가 구축되고 있으며, 이를 외부와 안전하게 연결하기 위한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 따라서, 초고속 외부망과 내부의 정보가전망을 하나로 연결하기 위한 홈게이트웨이가 개발 및 보급되고 있으며 홈게이트웨이 시스템에서 소프트웨어 혹은 하드웨어 방식으로 네트워크 보안 기능을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 하드웨어 방식을 사용하지 않는 임베디드 시스템 기반의 VPN 시스템은 대부분의 처리 시간의 암호화에 소요함으로 실제적인 사용자 요구사항에 정의된 통신 속도에 미치지 못한다. 이 글에서는 IPSec 기반 VPN 보안 기능을 모토롤라의 MPC180 보안 프로세서를 사용하여 하드웨어적으로 홈게이트웨이 시스템에 구현하여 그 성능을 분석한 결과 소프트웨어적으로는 만족할 수 없는 사용자 요구사항인 통신속도를 만족할 수 있음을 보였다.

The purposes of this study are to investigate and analyze the level of information and the state of digital divide of the disabled by surveying the demand for information and communication assistive devices, and to provide basic data for plans on the development and utilization of information and communication assistive devices. In order to understand the actual condition and the state of digital divide of persons with disabilities, the differences of possession and accessibility of information technology devices, usage ability, and utilization were analyzed according to the disability profile by using the T-test. The results show that there are significant differences (T=-2.510*) of possession and accessibility of information technology devices with respect to the disability profile, and that the disabled have lower possession and accessibility of devices than the non-disabled. Result of this study's demand forecast shows that about 28% of total respondents are currently using information and communication assistive devices, and a majority (67%) of them answered that the use of assistive devices lend great help to their lives. The proportion of those who have been supported by the government or related organizations with information and communication assistive devices were 36% of the total respondents, and those satisfied with the performance of the devices were 46% of the total responses. Meanwhile, only 36% of total users answered that the operation and use of functions of the devices was easy and convenient, responding that the difficulty of operating assistive devices was the greatest inconvenience. Moreover, the general requests of respondents in regards to the devices were stabilization of device performance, miniaturization of size, simplification of buttons, and reduction of weight.

전력 및 전화 서비스와 같은 저속의 댁내 망 구축에서 서비스 품질을 보장하는 다양한 대역폭의 멀티미디어 및 멀티포인트 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 댁내 망 구축 및 동영상 압축 기술 및 디지털 신호처리 기술의 발전으로 인해 댁내의 디지털 가전 기기들이 고속의 통신 기능이 탑재되는 정보 가전으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 활발히 다양한 댁배 망 서비스를 제공하고 잇는 RBB서비스 제공자들의 현황을 알아보고, 액세스 망을 통한 서비스와 댁내에서의 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 댁내 망이 갖추어야할 조건을 분석한다. 또한, 앞으로 댁내 망 일반 사용자들이 이용하게 될 댁내외 서비스를 만족시키기 위한 서비스 요구사항에 대하여 기술한다.
