Purpose : This study focuses on improvements in cell broadcast service(CBS) with consideration of socially vulnerable groups, and identifies service factors necessary for elderly people in particular. Method : Multiple regression analysis was applied to test overall satisfaction with cell broadcast service as the dependent variable and each of the service factors as the independent variable. Result : The results showed that fast delivery had the greatest effect on overall satisfaction with cell broadcast service in both groups, followed by the delivery of sufficient content for the elderly group and system quality for the non-elderly group. The results demonstrated that the elderly group cared more about information content, while the non-elderly group considered functions such as system quality and text message transmission criteria more important. Conclusion : Elderly people consider the delivery of sufficient information important as well as fast delivery, which suggests that it is necessary when sending cell broadcast service to give consideration to the characteristics of elderly people, as they tend to have weaker understanding and thinking abilities than the non-elderly.

This study examined relevant literature to review the concept of low-income class, its criteria and types. Based on the cases surveyed, the service status of public libraries for low-income class in South Korea was determined. Based on the findings of this study, we proposed new library services necessary for low-income class, such as the implementation of relevant programs aimed at resolving the digital information divide of low-income class, the introduction of employment programs for the self-economic-support for low-income class adults, and the introduction of reading and counseling therapy services. In addition, this study proposed five policies for activating library services for the low-income class: (1) To revise the act on library law so as to clarify the concept of low-income class, its criteria and types, (2) to revise the master plan for library development so as to bolster the library services for low-income class, (3) to conduct a national-level survey of the low-income class status and of the library service status, (4) to determine the actual features of the low-income class and their information demands, and (5) to prepare library services tailored to the diverse types of low-income class.

Libraries are recently emerging as the core institutions designed to resolve the information equality that is forecasted to further deepen with the arrival of the fourth industry revolution era. This study thus analyzed the trends of studies on the library services offered to people suffering information inequality in Korea, and proposed measures for the activation of the research and future studies so as to strengthen the domestic library services targeting the people suffering information equality and to promote the research. As a result, proposed as measures for the activation of research were (1) Policy support and project expansion at the national level, (2) Various approaches and research environment creation at the academic level, (3) Strengthening of services for the various levels of people suffering information inequality and deployment of professional librarians at the level of libraries, and (4) Encouraging librarians to enroll with graduate schools and to conduct research. Further, proposed were the future studies that can be approached according to the various levels of people suffering information inequality, such as disabled people, multicultural family members, elderly people, children, youth, agricultural and fishing areas, low-income people, and refugees(North Korea defectors).

안전한 멀티캐스트 아키텍쳐, 키분배, 송신자 인증 등에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있지만 서비스 거부 공격이나 권한 없는 멤버에 대한 멀티캐스트 서비스 접근을 통제할 수 있는 접근통제 기술에 대한 연구는 극히 미진한 상태이다. 멀티캐스트 그룹의 경우, 그룹의 일부 멤버는 다른 멤버보다 높은 보안 레벨의 메시지를 교환할 수 있다. 또한 대규모의 멀티캐스트 통신 환경에서 트리의 깊이가 깊어짐에 따라 루트노드에 대한 접근통제 정보가 폭증하고, 서비스 거부 공격 또는 서비스 폭증으로 인한 루트노드의 서비스 장애시 멀티캐스트 서비스의 중단을 가져올 수 있는 취약한 구조를 갖고 있다. 기존의 송신자 기반 멀티캐스트 접근통제 방식이 멀티캐스트 라우터의 서브넷에 하나의 멤버만이 가능한 한계를 갖고 있고 다중 접속 네트워크 환경에서의 불법접근을 효율적으로 막지 못하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제점을 분석하여 해결방안을 제시하고 기존 접근통제 모델을 확장하여 네트워크 계층에서의 효율적인 다단계 송신자 기반 접근통제 구조를 제시한다.

신규 IT 서비스 이용확산에 따른 정보유출 및 사이버 공격 예방, 중소기업 보안활동 지원, 정보보호 취약계층 지원 등 2009년에도 다양한 활동을 펼치게 될 KISA와 황중연 원장의 활동은 연초에도 분주했다. 특히, 지난 1$\sim$2월 황 원장의 활동 중 정보보호 전문가가 아닌 일반인을 대상으로 한 강연과 인터뷰가 눈에 띈다. 2009년 한해에도 국내 민간기업과 일반인의 정보보호 수준제고를 위한 황중연 원장과 KISA의 활발한 활동을 기대해 본다.

Information inequality has been differently conceptualized and defined in national laws. While the information inequality increases, library policy and informational service has lagged behind in meeting the needs of the society and the state. This paper aims to provide a preliminary research on information inequality, in terms of conceptualization, the legal base, terminology, index development based on the level of digital information. The paper also highlights cases on library services for solution of the difference. It compares library services designed for the disabled, ethnic minorities and the aged. The paper reviews the existing literature and project data. As a result, there are a number of processes and tasks that needs to be developed, including policy development, supporting organization, human capital, cooperating network, supporting facilities and service, and data.

인터넷은 전세계를 대상으로 구축된 네트워크로서 개방형 구조의 프로토콜을 사용하므로 대부분의 호스트 컴퓨터 시스템들은 정보보안에 취약한 상태이다. 이와 같은 보안 취약성으로 인해 상용화 서비스에 대한 교환 정보의 수정, 검색, 파괴 등의 역기능이 발생하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 보안 방식 정책으로는 인터넷 보안의 역기능에 대한 완벽한 대책이 될 수 없으므로 이에 따른 보안정책 크로스 연동 메커니즘을 설계하여, 기존의 방식과 비교 분석해서 앞으로의 차세대 인터넷에 적합한 연동메커니즘을 제안하고자 한다.

현재 인터넷 서비스의 근간을 형성하고 있는 IPv4의 가용 주소 공간의 고갈, 보안성의 결여, 그리고 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 QoS(Quility of Service)의 필요성과 같은 요구사항을 바탕으로 차세대 인터넷 프로토콜(IPv6)로의 전환이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구 목적은 이러한 네트워크상의 이동 인터넷 환경에다 실시간 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)를 적용하여 통함 된 환경이 이전 보다 안전한 인터넷 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 보안 메커니즘을 적용 하였다. 네트워크 계층과 응용 계층의 이동성 관리 모델의 통합은 전체적인 시그널링 부하를 줄이고 지속적인 통신을 위한 빠른 핸드오프를 제공한다. 즉, 본 연구는 현재 Mobile IPv6 에서 보안상 취약점으로 나타나는 문제점 및 SIP 보안 고려사항 및 이동성을 해결하기 위해 제안되는 해결방안들을 분석하고 적합한 보안 메커니즘 적용 방안을 제안 하였다.

최근 클라우드가 전 산업에 도입되면서 클라우드 네이티브 환경에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 클라우드 서비스 개발자는 도커 (Docker) 이미지를 활용하여 개발 환경을 구축하고 배포한다. 그러나 종래의 이미지 스캐닝 도구들은 해시값 기반의 시그니처 탐지 방법론을 사용하기 때문에 제로데이 취약점을 탐지하지 못하거나, 이미 저장된 CVE DB에 있는 취약점만 탐지할 수 있었다. 본 논문은 도커 이미지의 계층성을 활용하여 다형성 도커 이미지 공격을 탐지할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 실험결과에 따르면 제안한 방법은 종래 방법 대비 다형성 도커 이미지 공격 탐지율을 28.6% 개선할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 음성메모 기능을 통해 스마트폰에서 메모를 편리하게 작성할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 이 제안은 취약 계층을 포함한 다양한 사용자들이 스마트폰을 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 음성메모를 통해 중요한 정보를 빠르게 기록하고, 필요할 때 언제든지 액세스할 수 있으며, 기억력에 의존하지 않고 안정적인 방식으로 정보를 보존할 수 있다. 이러한 기능은 취약 계층을 위해 스마트폰 사용의 장벽을 낮추어 정보 접근과 활용의 평등성을 증진시킬 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 연구 결과는 스마트폰 기술과 사용자 경험 분야에 대한 심층적인 이해를 제고하고, 향후 관련 연구와 개발에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.
