The combat systems in Korea navy have been operating some kinds of tactical data link systems such as Link-11, ISDL and JTDLS. Each tactical data link system has the ability to transmit and receive tactical information like track, engagement, weapon information by using unique message of theirs. And each unique message has their own format. But a number of tactical data link system make combat effectiveness worse because their major functions are duplicated unnecessarily. So, many advanced countries are trying to make united data link system. Similarly, the combat systems in Korea navy will operate C4I data link system, and it is combined version current ISDL, KNCCS and JTDLS data link system. In this paper, we consider the development current tactical data link systems in Korea navy. Also, compare the characteristics between I-message used in ISDL and Host-Interface message used in C4I. From these results, we analyze advanced points about C4I data link system.

In the aspect of the nature of aircraft maintenance work on divisible tasks carried out by a wide range of operation and expertise, any information transmission problems will not only cause a threat to flight safety but also reduce productivity by keeping the team from fulfilling its mission of delivering aircraft with airworthiness. In this regard, this study firstly identify the current status of information of aircraft maintenance and factors disturbing information transmission. Then, this article also find out the level of information culture of the AMT(Aircraft Maintenance Technicians) and problems in using information. Finally, suggestions on the model of the positive information culture in a field of aircraft maintenance through efficient use of the information including safety will be followed.

정보기술의 급격한 발달은 오늘날의 교육체계를 변화시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 끊임없는 지식습득과 평생교육이라는 모토로 학습자의 다양한 상황을 고려한 웹 기반 자기 주도적 학습기능을 가진 문제은행 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 자기가 원하는 학습과 자기 수준별 학습평가를 통하여 학습 습득률과 전달률을 높이고, 교수가 전달하고자 하는 내용을 강조함으로써 교수와 학습자간의 신뢰성을 높이고 학습능률을 높이는데 목적이 있다. 인터넷이 되는 장소라면 언제, 어디서나 원하는 학습이 이루어지고 일상생활에서 접하는 다양한 형태의 문제해결에 필요한 학습이 즉시 이루어 질수 있는 환경이 구현되도록 하였다.

User, contents exchanged between user and computer system, and media are axes among the vanous factors related to multimedia interface. The points of contact resulted by three mam factors bring many design problems. User factor is most important among and its cognitive constraints become mam design principle for multi-modality features of multimedia. Because media could be understood differently depending on the level of information delivery, it is necessary that various characteristics and representation mode of media are clarified. This thesis develops design evaluation process that tells multimedia interface as a entity integrated with contents, media, and representation elements and assesses its sub elements whether they are correspond with design principal.

This article analyze a constructing process of photographic digital archive based on photographs of korean democratization movements. After photographic digital archive defines as integrated systems in which photographic digital objects collect, classify, describe, preserve and access, this article explains metadata elements and classification schema reflecting a special quality of photograph. Especially, this article presents dynamic classification structure using subject keywords. After all, this method provides integrity and interrelationship with photographes which promote usability of photographic digital objects.

수사구조는 텍스트의 각 구성 성분이 맺고 있는 관계를 의미하며, 필자의 의도는 논리적인 구조를 통해서 독자에게 더 잘 전달될 수 있다. 따라서 독자의 인지적 효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 수사구조를 고려하여 단락과 문장 구조를 구성하는 것이 필요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지 수사구조에 기초한 한국어 분류체계를 만들거나 주석 코퍼스를 설계하려는 시도가 없었다. 본 연구에서는 기존 수사구조 이론을 기반으로, 한국어 보도문 형식에 적합한 30개 유형의 분류체계를 정제하고 최소 담화 단위별로 태깅한 코퍼스를 구축하였다. 또한 구축한 코퍼스를 토대로 중심문장을 비롯한 문장 구조의 특징과 분포 비율, 신문기사의 장르적 특성 등을 살펴봄으로써 텍스트에서 응집성의 실현 양상과 구문상의 특징을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 한국어 담화 구문에 적합한 수사구조 분류체계를 설계하고 이를 이용한 주석 코퍼스를 최초로 구축하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

본 논문에서는 실시간 대화 행위에서 XML기반 메시지를 이용하여 대화 행위의 체계적 표현을 위한 XML기반 대화 메시지를 설계한다. 설계되는 XML기반 메시지는 대화 문맥의 구분과 문맥 흐름의 표현과 메시지의 다양한 스타일을 지원한다. 또한, 메시지가 XML을 기반으로 작성됨으로써 태그의 확장에 따라 다양한 대화를 효율적으로 표현하는 환경을 지원할 수 있다. 제안하는 XML기반 대화 메시지는 실시간 대화 행위를 위한 대화 메시지의 프로토타입이다. 응용 분양로는 헙업 작업에서 정보의 전달 및 공유, 온라인 게임에서 메시지의 시각적 효과의 지원, 모바일 메신저에서 미디어의 전송 및 표현 방법의 지원, 커뮤니티에서 사회적 행위의 지원 등이다

가상공간에서의 정보교류가 늘어나면서 컴퓨터 통신언어도 자연어처리의 새로운 연구 분야로 등장하였다. 가장 일상화된 컴퓨터 통신어이며 인터넷상의 실시간 대화어인 채팅언어는 신속한 정보 전달 매체의 기능과 문자언어로서 정보교류와 대화 상황을 함께 내포해야 하는 문어와 구어의 양면성을 동시에 가는 언어이다. 이러한 특수성으로 컴퓨터 통신언어의 경우 발화자의 개성에 따라한 의미의 단어도 표기법이 다양하여 어휘수가 매우 많다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 통신에서 사용되는 다양한 어휘를 컴퓨터로 처리하기 위한 어휘의 유형을 체계화하는 방안을 제시한다.

The IISS(Integrated Interface Storage System) software performs the function of transmitting tactical domain messages of Combat Management System for interface analysis of Naval Combat System. The source code is relatively large because the IISS software handles most messages. The modifications of source code of the IISS software occur frequently due to changes in interconnected equipment and messages. Therefore, additional effort and cost are required during the development process. In this paper, we studied standardization of the IISS software to improve reusability. Through the feature model, the components of the IISS software were divided by function and modification elements were separated. And the structure of the IISS software was improved by applying design patterns. As a result, it was possible to minimize modifications of the IISS software by changes in interconnected equipment and messages and a reduction in development costs could be expected.
