In this days, information resources are very important in the organization. So, Many public institutions as well as private companies eager to IRM(information resource management). Especially, one of core elements in this IRM is server's performance. Determinating server's performance is a big issue of an acquired organization. In this paper, we examine the key performance issue of server purchase and then we proposed the three measurement method of sever's performance that is considered environment of public sector.

Connecting with cost, schedule, and quality in a construction project, resource management is one of the essential management elements. However, the material requirement planning is built at the beginning stage of construction and needs various concerned factors, it is limited to build the resource management planning on enterprise level. The disconnected communication among managements makes impossible to control historical data. In the construction project control system, the core of management elements is to manage cost and schedule information, therefore material requirement planning should be established based on historical data about EVM which is intergating schedule and cost. In this study, a resource management system concerning material requirement planning and attribute of procurement is suggested by connecting the historical data of EVM and the material requirement planning.

방대한 양의 분산 멀티미디어 자원에 대한 액세스를 제공하는 하이퍼미디어 기능을 사용한 IPTV의 성공은 영상 정보 관리 시스템의 구성요소로써 IPTV의 영상 정보 검색의 효율성 제고 및 성능향상을 제공한다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 현존하는 하이퍼미디어 시스템에 거의 없는 필요한 모든 기능을 제공하는 방법을 보였다. 개방형 분산 멀티미디어 자원 통합 모델의 모든 기능을 제공해주기 위하여 개방형 분산 하이퍼미디어 시스템 타입의 IPTV 정보 계층 구조와 양질의 서비스 계층을 통하여 융통성 있고 확장 가능한 분산 멀티미디어 정보 시스템이 개발될 수 있는 범위 내의 모듈러 프레임워크(modular framework)로써 행동하도록 설계되었다. 개방형 분산 하이퍼미디어 프레임워크 모델은 QoS 제공을 위하여 이질적인 분산 멀티미디어 자원 통합의 하이퍼미디어 프레임워크 모델을 하이퍼미디어 세션과 함께 제시함으로써 넓게 분산되어 있는 자원에 대하여 투명하게 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enables to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of four areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solutions for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.

재난정보시스템은 재난에 대하여 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 단계별 활동을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템이다. 재난정보시스템은 여러 형태의 재난에 대하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보자원을 이용해야 하고 여러 임무를 맡고 있는 다양한 인적자원과 다양한 물적 자원을 활용하여 준비하고 빠르게 대응해야 한다. 재난은 지역별로 대응하게 되는데 기존의 시스템은 해당 지역에 대한 정보만을 파악할 수 밖에 없으며, 통합적인 상황 분석이 부족하고, 지역재난상황에 따라 표준행동에 의한 자동적 실시간 임무부여와 실시간 보고의 처리, 재난관리자의 경험적 지식을 활용될 수 있는 정보시스템화는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 지역단위 홍수대응을 위하여 지역별 재난정보시스템이 P2P 분산연결체제로 재난과 유관한 다른 지역의 재난정보를 공유할 수 있고, 국방, 경찰, 보안 분야에 적용되어온 정보융합(Information fusion)기술과 비즈니스 룰(BRMS)의 규칙기반 지능형 기술을 활용하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보를 종합 분석하여 통합적인 상황정보를 제공하고, 표준행동(SOP) 요령과 지역 재난관리자의 지식을 활용하여 인적 자원과 물적 자원에 대한 대응계획을 제시하여 대응조치를 선택할 수 있도록 하며, 현장 상황에 따른 실시간 임무 부여와 상황 보고를 처리할 수 있는 지능형 지역 홍수대응 재난정보시스템 프레임워크를 제안한다.

In Australia & Canada, architectural rock and aggregate are one of the mineral resources, and related data and information provided integrated with them. In these countries, the provided data and information, through the information system of local government and national geological survey organizations, are interactive maps, geological and thematic maps, exploration data set, 3 dimension geological models, minning rights status, survey reports and related papers etc. However, in case of Korea, aggregate and architectural rock are not assigned as the kind of mineral resources in accordance to domestic mining law, and related geological data and information are not provided from comprehensive mineral information system established in public geoscience organizations. And the administrative and informative management are conducted separately through the different governmental organizations such as Ministry of construction, Korea forest service, geoscience institute & Korea Mine & Reclamation Corporation. For securing the supply of architectural rock and aggregate resources, and for the convenience of their development & utilization, the unified information system and governance reform for the related industry is needed.

The integration, openness, participation, and technology are essential elements of digital information resources in order to establish an unified and cooperative network of various digital knowledge-information abroad. This study analyzes policies, technologies and administrative aspects of international cooperative networks such as WDL, IPL, TEL. Based on the analysis, a number of collection standards for international cooperation are drawn. Analyzed standards are divided into four different aspects and applied to produce detailed appraisal standards for digital knowledge-information. In conclusion, in order to map out strategies and policies for developing an international cooperative network, the study proposes a number of principles and models for making an appraisal of collections.

Conventional disaster resources management systems among the several institutes are not mutually connected. In case of NDMS(National Disaster Management System), the data of the system is confined to the resources of the local governments and not connected with any other disaster resource management systems. Therefore, it is difficult to find the needed resources, when the large scale disaster is occurred. In this paper, we developed the integrated model of the distributed resources management framework considering the current resource management environment among the institutes. It is loosely coupling model under the centralized system, called IDRM(Integrated Disaster Resource Manager). The system will be verified with the test sites including Korea Expressway Corporation, JeonBuk local government, and Korea Construction Equipment Association. Via the field testing, the system will be the base of the real available system in the future.

생물다양성정보는 크게 종(species) 정보와 내용(content) 정보로 나눠 데이터베이스화한다. 이때, 분야별 데이터베이스 통합은 종에 대한 횡적인 통합과 내용에 대한 종적인 통합이 동시에 이루어지며, 분류학자들에 의해 정의된 항목과 국제적인 GSD(Global Species Database) 구축의 표준이 되는 내용들을 기반으로 구성요소들의 표준화 정의와 XML기반 표준 DTD를 작성한다. 또한 분산되어 있는 데이터베이스를 대상으로 통합 검색이 가능하도록 Mediator기법을 적용하여 관리시스템을 설계하였다.

모바일, IoT, 데스크탑의 컴퓨팅 자원을 통합한 환경에서 다중 작업을 처리하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 통합된 컴퓨팅 자원(Integrated Computing Resources)에서 다중 작업(Multi-Job)을 처리할 경우에는 실시간으로 발생하는 작업 부하 및 대규모의 컴퓨팅 능력이 요구된다. 또한 사용자에게는 단일 작업 처리 시간과 유사한 작업 처리 속도를 제공해야한다. 기존 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 작업 처리 연구에서는 고성능의 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용하여 단일 작업 처리 속도를 향상시키는 연구는 진행되었으나 다중 작업 처리에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 통합된 컴퓨팅 자원에서 두 개 이상의 작업을 수행하여 작업 처리량을 향상 시키는 다중 작업 스케줄링(MJS-MM)을 제안한다. MJS-MM은 서브미션된 작업을 분할(Decomposition)하고 가용 컴퓨팅의 성능기반 작업을 수행하여 총소요시간(Makespan)을 최소화 할 수 있도록 한다.
