This study tries to investigate the fundamental implications inherent in inventory asset information(specifically, unexpected inventory investment) by analyzing how the relationship between unexpected inventory investment and future operating performance. And we study how is the response of the stock market participants to the fundamental implications inherent in inventory asset information. Prior papers often assume the efficient market and they view the significant relation between stock prices and financial indicators as evidence of the contribution of such indicators to future earnings. Leading indicators are attracting the market's attention for equity valuation. We study whether one leading indicator (unexpected Inventories) forecasts future earnings, and whether market participants fully reflect the predictive ability when they sets share prices(Mishkin test, 1983). Our empirical results of the study are summarized as follows. Current unexpected inventory investment is negatively associated with future operating performance. Also, our evidence is that the stock market participants overprice the contribution of unexpected inventory investment when predicting future earnings. Furthermore, a hedge strategy that uses the overpricing gives significant future abnormal returns. The overall results help the users of financial reports, researchers of accounting, and the accounting principle setting body.

This study looked into the whole features and problems about depreciation system of government capital assets in the way of the government accrual basis accounts and bookkeeping by double entry and then, tries to find a scheme to improve depreciation system for effective and efficient treatment about assets and expenses. In government accounts, depreciation system has been carried out turning around the entire accrual basis accounts be recognized government assets and applied capital asset accounts from 2011. Therefore, if depreciation system can be facilitated in order to retrench administrative expenditure and utilize assets and resources effectively under the accrual basis accounts, it would be good use of achievement evaluation in government accounts and information providing on the ground of more effective use to government's financial information.

최근 들어 지식관리 시스템에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 또한 축적된 지식자원의 효율적인 사용과 공유, 판매 등을 위해 필요한 것이 바로 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)이다. 기업에게 있어서 지식자원은 또 다른 자산으로 평가 받고 있다. 외국의 경우 기업이 지닌 지식자원과 정보를 산술적인 자산으로 평가하는 시스템까지 시도하고 있다고 한다. 이 코너에서는 국내 KMS 시장 규모와 동향등에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

A Product Line (PL) is a set of products (applications) that share common assets in a domain. Product Line Engineering (PLE) is a set of principles, techniques, mechanisms, and processes that enables the instantiation of produce lines. Core assets, the common assets, are created and instantiated to make products in PLE. Model Driven Architecture (MDA) is a new software development paradigm that emphasizes its feasibility with automatically developing product. Therefore, we can get advantages of both of the two paradigms, PLE and MDA, if core assets are represented as PIM in MDA with predefined automatic mechanism. PLE framework in the PIM level has to be interpreted by MDA tools. However, we do not have a standard UML profile for representing core assets. The research about representing PLE framework is not enough to make automatically core assets and products. We represent core asset in PIM level in terms of structural view and semantic view. We also suggest a method for representing architecture, component, workflow, algorithm, and decision model. The method of representing framework with PLE and MDA is used to improve productivity, applicability, maintainability and qualify of product.

장차전의 양상은 고도의 과학전, 타격수단의 다양화 등에 따라 고속이체기동전이 t행될 것이며, 이러한 전쟁양상은 정확하고, 보다 빠른 첩보와 정보의 수집 및 분석을 통하여 아군의 신속한 의사결정 및 대응을 요구한다. 이를 위하여 첩보와 정보 수집 및 분석을 자동화하기 위한 전장정보분석 자동화에 관한 연구가 국방과학연구소 주관으로 실시되고 있다. 따라서 이와 연계된 의사결정 자동화에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 전장정보를 활용한 의사결정의 중요한 한 분야인 화력분배를 자동화하기 위한 전문가시스템의 지식베이스모듈에 대한 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구이다.기존에는 화력분야에 대한 아방책 선정까지를 자동화하는 전문가시스템 개발에 대한 연구가 수행되었으나, 본 연구에서는 자동화의 효율성을 높이기 위해서 아방책 선정에서 나아가 아군 화력자산의 파괴율을 고려하고, 지휘관의 의도에 부합하는 아군 화력자산을 배분하는 전문가시스템 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 화력분배 자동화를 위하여 화력분배와 관련된 현행 업무 관련 지식을 획득 및 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 화력자산 분배를 위한 규칙도출 시 개념설계, 상세설계, 알고리즘제시, 규칙추출예시를 하였으며 본 연구결과의 기대효과는 본문을 참고 바란다.

본 논문은 다양한 분야에서 생산/유통되는 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터들을 보다 사용자가 보다 편한 방법으로 본인이 원하는 콘텐츠를 쉽게 찾게 도와주고, 소비할수 있도록 도움을 주는 효율적인 멀티미디어 검색 기술에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해서 먼저 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 유통과 소비 활성화를 위해 미디어 서비스의 목적/범위/특징에 대한 기술정보를 기반으로 서비스 대상 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 수집, 특성정보 추출/분석 및 부가정보 확장을 통해 자산화하고, 소비자의 상황정보를 분석 및 질의 의도를 추론하여 소비자가 원하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 보다 정확하고 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 스마트 미디어 자산 관리 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여 사용자가 원하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 정확히 찾아주어 스마트 홈 서비스 공익 서비스 질 향상, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 활용도가 증대를 통해 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 빠르게 순환할 수 있는 유통 활로 생성이 가능할 것이라 기대되며, 향후 개방된 공공 데이터, 사용자들이 생산한 UCC 등 멀티미디어 데이터의 내재된 가치를 분석 후 이를 스마트미디어 자산으로 관리하여 서비스 개발자에게 제공된다면 다양한 분야 형태의 스마트 서비스로 확장이 가능해지리라 기대된다.

국도는 사회간접자본 중 하나로서 지속적으로 관리되어야 그 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 국가의 중요한 자산이다. 지금까지는 국도를 포장관리시스템이라는 체계로 관리하여왔다. 이 포장관리시스템은 시설물유지관리차원에서 사회기반시설을 관리하는 것으로서 주로 관리자 관점에서 공학적 판단을 기준으로 최소의 비용으로 공용수명을 최대화하는 모델이다. 그러나 경제발전으로 국민의 소득수준이 올라감에 따라 기본적인 욕구가 해결되어 이제는 납세자로서 국민의 동의는 국가의 정책을 결정하는데 중요한 변수로 작용하기 시작했다. 따라서 사용자 관점의 평가는 이러한 요구의 수준을 측정할 수 있는 중요한 척도가 되었으며 이에 기반한 LoS(Level of Service, 서비스 수준)라는 지수를 시설물 자산관리에 활용하려는 여러 가지 시도가 있다. 이 논문에서는 기존 국도포장관리시스템의 정보모델과 KTAM-40(Korea Total Asset Management-40)이라는 자산관리 정보모델을 비교하여 LoS의 필요성과 도로포장자산관리에서 LoS가 사용자 관점을 반영하는 방식을 조명해 이의 장점을 밝히고자 한다.

School Networks environment is implemented in many schools to support educational activities for networking resources required in teaching-teaming activities with government initiative. On the other hand, the open system in school which are used in internet in internet do considerable damage committed by intruder and cracker to the preservation of computer data and system due to second schools security state. Therefore this study is to present assortment in information resources of schools, security items and problem. finally, we give the effective and systematic metrics of estimates for security of secondary schools in information resources parts.

국제적인 규제와 정부차원의 지원과 관리가 이뤄지고 있음에도 불구하고 기관 등에서는 여전히 소프트웨어자산에 대한 인식과 관리 소홀의 문제점을 안고 있다. 이는 관리해야 할 소프트웨어자산 범위의 모호함과 소프트웨어의 특성상 복사 및 설치가 쉽고 눈에 보이지 않아 관리 자체가 어렵기 때문이다. 즉 기업내 소프트웨어관리자는 구매부터 조달, 배포, 유지, 처분까지의 전체적인 소프트웨어 라이프사이클의 각 단계별로 수시로 변화되는 정보를 정확히 일치시키기가 쉽지 않다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위해서는 점검용 시스템 개발이 필요하며 점검용 시스템 성능향상을 위해 소프트웨어의 권리관리 정보의 표준화 및 레지스트리 정보 활용이 필요하다.
