Information cultural is the compound of the physical and spirit livelihood mode in the knowledge and information age. They are the livelihood mode including obtained knowledge, belief, technology, and behaviour and so on shared members of the special boundary of land. The 21st century called people is the age to create the new added value of information and cultural. Thus information cultural is becoming the global. This study aims to propose model on the information cultural creating processes for information cultural magnification based on theory and the necessaries for the undertaking of a work in the side global.

최근 정부(정보통신부)는 사이버 아파트를 포함하여 초고속 정보통신망을 2005년까지 구축하여 각 가정당 10Mbps의 고속 정보통신서비스를 실현한다는 계획을 발표하고, 초고속 정보통신을 활성화하므로 정보통신 선진국 진입을 위하여 "초고속 정보통신 건물 인증제도"를 발표, 현재 시행하고 있다. (1999.7 제정발표) 그러나 시행 과정에서 아파트 중앙 관리실에 있는 MDF 이후의 광케이블과 기타 공사는 건설회사에서 시공하고 중앙 관리실 MDF 이전의 광케이블 공사와 중앙관리실 LAN시설 등의 공사는 통신 전문업체로 하여금, 입주자 별도 부담금으로 시공하고 있다. (컨소시엄구성) 최근 아파트 분양열기 고조로 건설회사 마다 "초고속 정보통신아파트"인증 1등급이라고 선전 및 분양광고 중인데 실제는 "1등급"이 아니고 "2등급" 또는 "3등급"인 경우가 있어, 정부가 목표하는 각 가정당 10Mbps, 개인당 2Mbps 고속정보통신 서비스는 실현성 문제점이 있다. 정부의 인증심사 기준에 중앙관리실 장비 등에 대한 것은 심사기준에 누락되어 있고 또 사생활 정보보호를 위한 대응기술, 시스템 준비 정도까지 포함하여 종합적으로 평가한 뒤 인증을 부여하여야 한다는 것이 본인의 연구 초점이다. 사이버 아파트란 광통신을 주축으로 영상과 음성, 데이터를 자유 자재로 전송 처리하는 초고속 정보통신망을 이용하는 것으로 LAN 장비를 이용하여 각 세대간 통신은 물론 누구나 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 기능이 있는 설계된 아파트를 말한다. 사이버 아파트의 네트워크에는 금융, 홈쇼핑, 예약, 지역정보, 관공서, 의료서비스, 레저 생활정보 등 차별화된 콘텐츠 확보가 필요하다. 본 연구의 핵심은 사이버 아파트의 현 실태와 문제점, 정부의 인증심사 기준의 미비점과 문제점, 사이버 아파트의 기능, 구성요소, 시스템 구축, 서버활용도, 장비들에 관한 것과 그리고 정부의 사이버 아파트 육성정책, 정보보호 대책과 관련업체들의 동향 등을 연구하여 요약 정리하였다.

국토해양부의 국토지반정보 DB구축사업은 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과를 전산화하여 재활용할 수 있도록 DB구축, 시스템 보급, 센터 운영 등을 주요수행사업으로 '00년부터 현재까지 10년 이상 지속적으로 추진되고 있다. '07년부터 "지반조사성과전산화및활용에관한지침"이 국토해양부 훈령으로 제정 시행되면서 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과에 대한 전산화는 건설사가 직접 입력 제출하고 있다. 지침 시행과 함께 국토해양부에서는 국토지반정보 통합DB센터(한국건설기술연구원) 중심으로 지반정보 유통프로세스를 확립하고 지반정보 생산을 위한 지반정보 입력시스템, 검수 등록을 위한 검수등록시스템, 지반정보 유통을 위한 웹유통시스템으로 구성된 국토지반정보 유통시스템을 구축 운영하고 있다. 보급 활용 중인 국토지반정보 유통시스템에 대하여 지반정보 생산자 및 활용자들의 지속적인 개선요구사항들을 수렴하고 있으며, '11년도 사업을 통하여 사용자 중심의 국토지반정보 유통시스템으로 개선 및 추가개발을 추진하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장의 의견을 수렴하여 사용자 중심으로 개선한 국토지반정보 유통시스템의 주요 연구내용을 소개한다.

This is the study of contents framework of information devices education for the computer science education in elementary school. In this study, we organize and suggest the educational contents of the information device education and its achievement for computer science education in elementary. For this, the educational contents of information device education in Korea and other countries were investigated. Then we selected some contents of information device education that can be applied to the computer science education. With this contents framework of information devices education for the computer science education in elementary school were made. This study will contribute to the curriculum development of computer science at the national level.

Until now, most of the evaluation systems have performed evaluation with an emphasis on in-formation security products. However, evaluating information security level for an enterprise needs analysis of the whole enterprise organization, and a synthetic and systematic evaluation system based on it. In this study we subdivided the information security elements of the whole enterprise such as planning, environment, support, technology, and management; developed indices based on them; finally, made the information security level of the whole enterprise organization possible to be measured. And we tried to grasp the information security level of the whole enterprise organization and develop an evaluation system of information security level for suggesting a more developing direction of information security.

In order to strengthen the protection of information, public institutions have introduced information security governance system. Public institutions recognizes the importance of information security governance system, and have striven to establish information security governance by establishing institutions and making policies. In this paper, in order to investigate ways that will be the basis for the establishment of information security governance in public institutions, we studied the necessity and model of information security governance. Also, by studying the government policies and cases, we proposed the direction of the policy.

일반적으로 지리정보 서비스의 목적은 사용자에게 어떻게 하면 좀 더 쉽고 정확하며 빠르게 정보를 전달하는가에 있다. 지리정보 서비스가 발달하고 정보통신이 발달함에 따라 많은 사용자 요구가 증가하고 있는데 그 중 전자 지도 서비스에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 기존의 지리정보 시스템(GIS)은 많은 웹과 연동하여 웹 사이트에서 지도 정보 및 주변위치정보(POI : Point Of Interest) 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 또한 지리정보 데이터는 그 특수성에 의해 정보의 현재성, 다양성, 위치정확도, 등급분류, 기타 주요 속성정보로 구성 요소를 정의 하여 제공하고 있다. 이에 OGC(Open GIS Consortium) 에서 제안한 지리 데이터 공유 및 저장의 표준인 GML(Geography Markup Language) 명세에 기반하여 POI 정보를 가시화하는 시스템인 GVP(GML Viewer POI) 설계한다. 특히 데이터 전송 트래픽을 최소화하기 위한 특정한 핵심 POI 위치 정보를 제공한다.

Company needs information management activities for establishing the R&D plans and for working out countermeasures against changes of environment which threaten the management. Nowadays the quantity of information to be gathered is increasing and uncertainties in decision making are also increasing, so the importance of the systematic activities for information are highly recogniyed In this paper, information management method that can be useful for some companies are suggested. Most of information management division in small & medium sized organizations have problems with respect to information analysis. In this study solutions for those problems ane also suggested.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enable to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of five areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, R&D, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solution for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.

The purpose of this study is to develope a model for an integrated national management system of information services in the science, technology and industry sectors by assigning major roles to KISTI which was set up by the merge of KINITI and KORDIC. In order to determine these roles, this study investigates the characteristics and significance of national information services in the science, technology and industry sectors, and analyzes the functions and problems of KISTI and the other information service institutes in Korea.
