Design and Implementation of Web Based Instruction Based on Constructivism for Self-Directed Learning Ablity (구성주의 이론에 기반한 자기주도적 웹 기반 교육의 설계와 구현)

  • First of all, Developing information technology makes it possible to change a paradigm of all kinds of areas, including an education. Students can choose learning goals and objects themselves and acquire not the accumulation of knowledge but the method of their learning. Moreover, Teachers get to be adviser, and students play a key role in teaming. That is, the subject of leaning is students. Constructivism emphasizes the student-oriented environment of education, which corresponds to the characteristics of hypeimedia. In addition, Internet allows us to make a practical plan for constructivism. Web Based Internet provides us with a proper environment to make constructivism practice md causes an education system to change. Sure Web Based Instruction makes them motivated to learn more, they can gain plenty of information regardless of places or time. Besides, they are able to consult more up-to-date information regarding their learning use hypermedia such as an image, audio, video, and test, and effectively communicate with their instructor through a board, an e-mail, a chatting etc. A school and instructors have been making effort to develop a new model of a teaching method to cope with a new environment change. In this thesis, with 'Design and Implementation of Web Based Instruction Based on Constructivism', providing online learner-oriented and indexed video lesson, learners can get chance of self-oriented learning. In addition, learners doesn't have to cover all contents of a lesson but can choose contents they want to have from a indexed list of a lesson, and they ran search contents they want to have with a 'Keyword Search' on a main page, which can make learners improve learner's achievement.

  • 교육현장에는 주의집중력이 부족하고 학습태도가 잘 형성되지 않은 학생들이 많다. 이러한 학생들은 학습에 대한 효과가 떨어질 뿐만 아니라 수업활동에도 방해가 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 음악치료이론을 이용하여 주의집중력을 향상시키고 학습태도가 잘 형성될 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 제안한 방법을 홈페이지로 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 홈페이지를 교육현장에 적용한 결과는 학생들의 주의집중력이 향상되고 학습태도에 긍정적인 변화가 있음을 보여준다.

  • In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of Multi-media Title for the similar figure learning. The algebra problems of mathematics are usually solved by algorithm, but the diagram problems of geometry have various solution methods. This made us educate the students by memorizing the principle and property of diagram. In this paper, we applied the courseware to the students and analyzed the result. Therefore we could notice the possibilities, "f we teach students by using the courseware, we can improve their learning achievement."

MIS분야의 기술추격 과정 연구: POSCO 사례

  • 본 연구는 소프트웨어적인 기술인 경영정보시스템(MIS)의 발전과정을 기술추격 관점에서 분석한다. 분석사례로는 창업 당시 후발업체로 선진국 기업을 모방하였지만 현재는 MIS 분야에서 선도적인 위치에 서게 된 POSCO를 선정하였다. 기술추격과정 분석을 위해 김인수의 기술혁신단계모델, Henderson and Clark의 유동기 진입이론, Doering and Parayre의 불확실한 기술에 대한 의사결정이론, Nolan의 MIS 발전단계모델 등 네 가지 모델을 활용하였다. 연구결과, POSCO의 MIS기술 발전과정은 기술후진국이 밟는 전형적인 기술추격과정, 즉 경화기${\rightarrow}$과도기${\rightarrow}$유동기로 이행하면서 모방에서 혁신으로 그 위상이 바뀐 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 장치산업이라는 철강산업의 산업적 특성으로 제조기술 및 MIS기술이 커다란 기술패러다임의 변화 없이 유동기로 진입하였으며, MIS 분야에 대한 기업경영자의 역할이 기술추격의 주요 성공요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 POSCO는 MIS분야에서 착수${\rightarrow}$확장${\rightarrow}$공식화${\rightarrow}$통합의 단계를 거쳐 왔을 뿐만 아니라, 반복적인 피드백 혹은 반복학습을 통하여 MIS 기술능력을 축적한 결과 기술 추종적 위치에서 기술 선도적 위치로 전환된 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 기업의 기술혁신전략 수립 시에 기술혁신의 진행경로, 산업기술의 특성, 의사결정자의 역할, 반복학습 및 피이드백의 중요성 등이 고려될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

  • 최근에 제안된 감독 지식을 융합하는 강화 학습 기법인 potential-based RL 기법의 효용성은 이론적 최적 정책으로의 수렴성 보장으로 증명되었고, policy-reuse RL 기법의 우수성은 감독지식을 융합하지 않는 기존의 강화학습과 실험적인 비교를 통하여 증명되었지만, policy-reuse RL 기법을 potential-based RL 기법과 비교한 연구는 아직까지 제시된 바가 없었다. 본 논문에서는 potential-based RL 기법과 policy-reuse RL 기법의 실험적인 성능 비교를 통하여 기법이 policy-reuse RL 기법이 policy-reuse RL 기법에 비하여 더 빠르게 수렴한다는 것을 보이며, 또한 policy-reuse RL 기법의 성능은 재사용하는 정책의 optimality에 영향을 받는다는 것을 보인다.

  • 본 논문은 신경망 이론중 하나인 Adaptive Resonance Theory(ART)을 사용하여 네트워크 상의 불법적인 침입을 탐지하는 기법에 대한 연구이다. ART는 비교사 학습을 하는 신경망으로써, 적응적인 학습능력이 있으며, 또 새로운 패턴에 대해서 새로운 클러스터를 생산하는 능력이 있다. ART의 이러한 특성을 이용하여, 여러 가지 침입패턴을 네트워크상에서 생산하여 학습을 시키고, 또 test 했으며, test 이후에도 on-line 상에서 새로운 공격 pattern도 찾아냄을 보였다. 따라서, 이미 알려진 침입뿐만 아니라 새롭게 발생하는 침입 기법에 대해서도 새로운 rule의 첨가 없이 적극적으로 대처할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

Exploring the Motivational Factors Influencing on Learner Participation of Adult Learners in e-Learning (성인학습자의 이러닝 학습참여에 대한 학습동기 요인 연구)

  • Since e-learning is conducted based on the learner's autonomy, motivation to continuously participate is crucial for success in e-learning. As the number of adult learners participating in lifelong education increases, it is necessary to study learner participation and the motivating factors. Drawing upon the Expectancy-Value Theory and Self-Regulated Learning Theory, this study analyzed the influence of motivational factors (value, costs, cognitive regulation, and scheduling) on learner participation. An e-learning program was implemented on MoodleCloud, and learners completed a survey before going through the program. Regression analysis was conducted using the survey response data along with the participation score, calculated using the log data. The results of the analysis demonstrated that value and scheduling significantly influenced learner participation, with gender differences found in value. This means that as adult learners perceive higher value in the e-learning program and possess better scheduling skills, they are more likely to participate. These findings can be utilized in developing teaching and learning strategies for both learners and instructors, ultimately helping to prevent dropout in e-learning.

  • The recently proposed "Potential-based" reinforcement learning (RL) method made it possible to combine multiple learnings and expert advices as supervised knowledge within an RL framework. The effectiveness of the approach has been established by a theoretical convergence guarantee to an optimal policy. In this paper, the potential-based RL method is applied to a dynamic channel assignment (DCA) problem in a cellular networks. It is empirically shown that the potential-based RL assigns channels more efficiently than fixed channel assignment, Maxavail, and Q-learning-based DCA, and it converges to an optimal policy more rapidly than other RL algorithms, SARSA(0) and PRQ-learning.

  • Most of education sites which are related to practical computer lecture are almost teaming and testing based on character-contents. In this thesis, commercial high school needs the use of new application programs which appear quickly. So as teacher and students can contact with each other in classroom, we implemented self-learning which has text, visual and auditory function with the use of animation technology. Not only quantity testing which has been used for the purpose of selection and arrangement, but also we designed and implemented quality testing which consider the level and individuality of student.

Research on the effectiveness of virtual reality technology in China's educational applications Based on 23 experimental and quasi-experimental meta-analyses (가상현실기술의 중국내 교육적 활용효과에 관한 연구 - 23개 실험과 준실험 메타분석에 기초)

  • The Paper Using the meta-analysis research method, first through literature retrieval to obtain 23 relevant empirical studies in China, and then using Review Manager for quantitative analysis, it is found that VR technology has a positive impact on students' overall learning effect and VR technology has a significant positive impact on all dimensions of learning effect (theoretical performance, operational performance, learning motivation, learning interest, learning attitude). There is no significant difference between the dimensions. Significant differences were found for moderating variables such as Discipline types, Teaching Length, and Teaching Method. No significant differences were found for the Academic segments and VR technology types.
