최근 특정 주제의 지적 구조를 파악하기 위한 저자 동시인용분석, 동시단어분석, 서지결합법 등 계량정보분석에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 계량정보분석 기법을 활용한 정보 유통 프레임웍을 갖추고 있는 연구기관이나 대학이 아직 없는 실정이다. 그 이유는 특허나 과학문헌에 대한 인용정보를 보유한 곳이 없고, 거대 인용정보 행렬을 계산하기 위한 컴퓨팅 자원을 확보하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 미국 특허 데이터베이스를 대상으로 인용 피인용 행렬을 생성한 후, 클러스터 컴퓨터를 사용하여 동시인용과 서지결합빈도를 계산하고 그 결과를 이용자에게 제공하는 정보 유통 서비스 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

There has been significant progress in the method of digital information sharing in recent years. To take advantage of the benefits of XML, OGC developed GML, which is the application of XML in the field of GIS, and released web service Implementation specification for offering GML services. Through the use of GML, therefore, it is possible to expand the methods of sharing geographical information through the Web. This study aims to develop a method to apply GML to improve the geographic information sharing services. GML can be used to effectively offer data in real time so that the currentness of the data can be maintained. This study analysed the architecture of the National Geographic Information Clearinghouse and developed a GML specification and web services that can be used within the existing architecture to expand the services. Based on the specification, this study constructed a prototype system to proved the concept.

기업의 매출이 증가하고 성장함에 따라 유통채널은 다양해진다. 일반적으로 기업은 직접채널과 중간 판매채널을 거치는 간접채널을 통해 고객에게 상품과 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이 두 가지 채널 중 중간유통채널, 즉 파트너를 통해 거래하는 방식이 가장 높은 비중을 차 지하고 있으며 그 비중은 점점 더 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 고객에게 기업의 가치를 전달하는 파트너들은 기술의 변화와 혜택에서 상대적으로 소외되어 있는 경우가 많다. PRM 시스템은 파트너가 원하는 가치, 제품정보, 뉴스, 시장정보, 공동마케팅을 할 수 있는 기반 등을 마련하기 위해 필요하고, 기업도 파트너를 정확히 이해하기 위해 라이프 사이클 운영 및 분석기술이 필요하다. 이러한 시장의 변화로 인하여 유통기업의 PRM 시스템 도입의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유통기업에서 PRM 이 지니는 가치를 알아보고 유통기업 H 사의 PRM 시스템 구축과정과 시스템 구축이 기업에 창출한 성과에 대하여 이야기 하고자 한다.

과학기술 연구자들의 협업을 지원하기 위해서 정보 자원 공유에 기반한 정보 유통 체제가 필요하나 현재 정보 유통 체제에서는 서로 이질적인 형태로 정보가 표현되어 있기 때문에 정보 공유의 기술적 한계를 갖고 있다. 그리고 대량의 정보 속에서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 선별하여 제공하기 위해서는 새로운 정보 유통 플랫폼이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지식 기반 정보 유통 플랫폼 상에서 이용되는 국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보를 지식화하기 위해 국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지를 구축하여 이용함으로써 각 기관별로 관리하고 있는 인력, 성과물 등의 과학기술 R&D 기반 정보의 표준화된 지식관리 체계로 이용할 수 있다. 우리는 국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지를 구축하기 위하여 한국과학기술정보연구원(KSITI) 내부 성과물 정보의 실제 데이터들을 이용하여 온톨로지의 Individuals를 생성하였다. 정보 유통 플랫폼에서 온톨로지 형태로 구축된 지식을 이용하면 과학기술 R&D 기반정보에 대한 효율적인 관리가 가능하고, 정형화된 형태의 지식으로 개념화했기 때문에 지식 데이터의 공유와 재사용이 가능하다. 또한 단순 질의 검색이 아닌 의미 기반 추론을 이용한 지식 검색이 가능해지는 장점을 가진다. 우리가 구축한 국가 과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지를 이용하여 정보유통플랫폼(OntoFrame-K)에서 연구자 네트워크, 연구자 추적, 연구맵의 추론 서비스를 제공한다.

품질이 낮은 정보는 이용자의 호응을 얻지 못할 뿐 아니라 여러 측정하기 힘든 직·간접적인 손실들을 초래할 수도 있다. 따라서 질 높은 지식정보자원의 구축이야말로 국가경쟁력을 넘어 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 기본 요소이다. 지식기반시대에 지식정보의 창출-가공-전달-활용보전을 위한 제반요소의 구축뿐 아니라 질적인 향상을 위한 노력은 지식정보시대를 앞서나갈 수 있는 일로 매우 중요한 일이라 할 수 있겠다. 이러한 이유로 인해 근래에 정보 유동·서비스 분야의 품질향상을 위한 품질경영시스템의 도입에 대한 연구가 진행되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식정보의 유통과 서비스에 있어서 질적인 향상을 위한 노력의 일환으로 지식정보 유통·서비스 야의 품질체계를 확립하는 ISO 9001:2000 인증제도의 도입과 운영에 대한 방향 및 사례를 제시함으로써 지식정보 유통·서비스 품질향상에 도움이 되고자 한다.

In this study we made a try to define the concept of national information resources in science and technology fields and analyzed the current status through the comprehensive examination. And more detailed current status are investigated about building database for each type of national information resources and distribution through Internet services. To the end we described the problems and suggested the considerations for the future.

In order to effectively establish the national S&T information system that consists of essential element in national competitiveness, it is necessary to make institutional devices for systematically and comprehensively collecting, managing and distributing S&T information resources at the national level. This paper aims to seek for alternatives to improve the legal deposit system, one of the institutional devices, on the basis of reviewing the existing laws and regulations.

Geotechnical Information Database Project was began by Ministry of Construction Transport at the 1999, because many people need a sharing and reusing the geotechnical report in construction process. In the beginning, target was report of national highway construction, the whole of country has been target on since the 2005. Today, the 60,581 number of geotechnical data(counted by boring number) is maintained. In this study, Geotechnical Information Distribute System(GIDS) was developed, in order to improve practical use and to be connected to National Geographic Information Center. and program to be applicable to construction was suggested. GIDS is able to search/download geotechnical report with digital map by internet. This system is consisted of geotechnical data and metadata editor, registration tool, and web system. We expect that GIDS make a effect to improve geotechnical data management and to be use in all part of construction process.

콜드체인은 생산지로부터 소비지까지 저온상태로 상품을 신선하게 유지하여 안전하게 소비자에게 공급하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그러나 유통 중 저온 유지가 안될 경우가 발생하고 이에 따라 변질된 상품을 소비자가 구매할 수 있다. 그러므로 소비자는 냉장 유통과정에 대해 입증할 수 있는 정보를 제공받기를 원한다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 Pedigree 시스템은 콜드체인 상품을 주고 받을 때 거래에 관한 정보인 Pedigree 데이터를 교환하는 시스템으로, 매 분배 단계에서 냉장 온도 및 물품의 상태를 체크하여 이상이 없을 경우에만 확인자의 서명정보를 추가하여 다음 분배지로 유통시키고 이상이 있을 경우 유통을 중지하여 변질된 상품이 유통되는 것을 막는다. 본 시스템의 아키텍처는 기존의 EPCIS(EPC Information Services)를 확장하여 사용하도록 설계하였고, Pedigree 처리를 위한 API 를 제공하는 Pedigree Library 를 제안하여 EPCIS 환경에 대하여 확장이 용이하다.
