In an era of very rapid technological change, standardization organizations have been confronted with the problem that they should develop more new and more complex standards as strategic tools for enforcement of competitive power in shorter time according to the reduction of Life Cycle of products and the increase in the number of standards and their complexity. To cope with this challenge, we introduce the functionalities and development directions for implementing standardization information system. Also this paper describes the architecture of the next generation system for standard information that enabling information sharing and exchanging using XML. Finally, we suggest implementation framework of Standardization Vortal Site for the One-stop service of integrated standards information which provide users with standards development roadmap and give brief introduction to SOL(Standards On-Line) site which is operated by ETRI/PEC.

우리나라에 도대체 얼마나 많은 축산물시장이 있는지 정확히 알지 못하는 상황에서 어떻게 축산물유통을 안다고 할 수 있겠는가? 이번 호에서는 전국에서 운영되고 있는 축산물시장을 정의하고, 그 운영 현황을 살펴본 후 그들이 담당하고 있는 전국대비 또는 기 해당 지역 내 축산물 유통량을 근거로 그 역할비중을 살펴보는 등 축산물시장의 현주소에 대해 알아보자. 다음 호에서는 전국 축산물시장 각각의 유통실태에 대해 보다 자세히 살펴보고자 한다.

한국출판연구소(이사장 김경희)는 지난 6월 17일 출판문화회관 강당에서 제12회 출판포럼을 개최했다. '출판유통 구조 개혁 어떻게 해야 하나'의 논제를 발표한 김종수(한울대표, 성공회대 신방과 겸임교수)는 당면한 출판계의 개혁하기 위해서 유통업계의 빅딜을 통한 새로운 유통센터 설립과 구조조정의 필요성을 강도 높게 요구했다. 토론자로 나선 허창성(한국출판유통 대표), 박기봉(한국출판협동조합 이사장), 조병석(한국출판정보통신 전무이사), 손재완(영풍문고 전무이사), 한기호(창작과비평사 영업기획실장) 등은 논제의 실현 가능성에 대해 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 포럼에 참석한 많은 출판인은 출판계의 변신을 이룰 수 있는 계기가 되기를 희망했다.

인터넷 사용의 확산과 함께 쳅 문서를 통한 정보 교환이 널리 사용되면서 전자상거래 방식과 관행에도 전통적인 EDI 방식의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새회운 모델인 Internet EDI, WEB EDI 등으로 발전, 변화하면서 보완되었다. 이에 따라 국내 유통 업종에서도 WEB EDI 방식의 EDI 서비스를 기반으로 기업간 전자상거래를 위한 전자문서 교환이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 유통 업종의 EDI 서비스 사업자들이 표준화되지 않은 통신 모듈의 제공 및 비표준 문서의 사용하고 있는 실정이어서 여러 사업자와 동시에 거래하는 업제들의 전자상거래의 어려움을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 유통업체와 제조업체 상호간의 전자문서 교환에 있어서 통신 모듈이나 전자문서 등의 표준화가 절실히 요구됨을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 유통 업종의 EDI 환경의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 차세대 전자상거래 표준 프레임워크로 자리매김하고 있는 ebXML을 유통 업종의 표준 규격으로 적용하여 실무 거래에 활용하는 방안 제안한다. 또한 유통 업종 내 기업의 IT 환경에서 적용하기 위해서 ebXML 메시지 서비스를 확장하여 설계한 ebXML 메시지 서비스 프로바이더와 ebXML 메시징 허브 시스템을 소개한다.

지리 정보 시스템의 발전으로 공간 데이터의 수요가 늘어남에 따라 공간 데이터의 공급자들이 늘어나고 있다. 일반적으로 공간 데이터의 공급자는 수요자의 요구에 맞는 형식을 사용하여 공간 데이터를 생산한다. 그래서, 생산된 공간 데이터는 다양한 플랫폼에서 다양한 형식으로 저장된다. 최근들어 분산환경에서 다양한 플랫폼에 저장된 공간 데이터를 효율적으로 접근하기 위하여 공간 정보유통의 필요성이 증대되었고 OpenGIS Consortium(OGC)은 공간 데이터의 상호호환성을 위해 ISO와 협력하며 국제 표준화를 추진중이다. 본 논문에서는 공간 정보유통 중 공간 데이터 접근을 위해 OGC의 Simple Features Specification for CORBA 표준을 기반으로 ESRI사의 공간 데이터 저장 형식인 Shape 파일을 위한 CORBA 데이터 프로바이더를 구현한다. CORBA는 언어와 플랫폼에 독립적으로서 분산환경에서의 상호운용성을 제공하고, 특히 Java와 결합하면 웹 브라우저를 통해 어떤 플랫폼에서든지 사용 가능하다. 그러므로, Shape 파일에 대한 CORBA 서버를 개발함으로써 플랫폼에 종속되지 않는 공간 데이터의 접근을 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 설계시 고려사항 및 구현 방법에 대해 살펴보고 OGC 표준을 구현하면서 발견된 문제점 및 성능 향상을 위한 방법에 대해서도 언급하여 다른 공간 데이터 형식을 위한 CORBA 서버를 개발할 때 참조할 수 있도록 한다.

상업출판사에 의한 학술정보의 무기화 및 독점화로 학술정보 유통이 일대 위기를 맞고 있는 가운데 누구나 자유롭게 학술정보를 이용하자는 운동이 활발하다. 이를 기술적 표준적으로 지원하기 위해 결성된 OAI에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐와 표준 프로토콜을 개발하였다. OAI는 프로토콜 표준화를 통해 메타데이터의 상호운용성은 크게 증진하였으나, 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계를 간과함으로써 정보자원 간 연계가 취약한 맹점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐의 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계성을 개선하고 유사 자원으로의 확장성을 제공하기 위해, 국제표준 프레임워크인 OpenURL을 접맥한 개방형 학술정보 유통 아키텍처를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 통해 분산 환경에서의 정보자원 간 상호운용성 및 유사자원으로의 확장성을 제고하였다.

There has not been enough distribution of documentary evidence of origin at the stage of domestic transaction yet due to the exporter bias of interest in utilizing FTA and shortage of attracting their issues, etc. although about more ten years has passed since Korea-Chile FTA was running. Furthermore, in case of issued and distributed documentary evidence of origin, the accuracy was doubt, so it contains various problems like errors in the certificate of origin issued by the final exporter. Accordingly, this study was to find out the limitations of 'declaration of origin third party confirmation system' operated in order to solve problems of lacking the management ability of origin place of the domestic supplier and improve the accuracy of certificate of origin (comprehensive), and to investigate a method of improvement. To achieve this, this study was to suggest the institutional complementary plans for distribution activation and error prevention on the declaration of origin and introduction plan of loss prevention plan due to the errors in the certificate of origin that the final exporter did not intend in the domestic areas in order to support the use of FTA smoothly for our enterprises.

기업의 물류활동은 화물의 기종점 정보와 더불어 출발지와 도착지간 수배송특성, 업종간 거래 관계, 가격흐름, 경로 등 다양한 공급사슬관점에서 설명되어야 한다. 본 연구는 화물의 흐름을 물적인 흐름의 공급사슬망인 유통경로 관점에서 실증분석을 목적으로 한다. 그동안 공공부문의 물류관련 연구들은 물류현황조사 자료로부터 지역간 기종점 통행량에 기초하여 물류시설을 포함한 국가의 사회간접자본 투자정책에 주로 활용된 경향이 있었다. 또한, 민간부문의 유통경로 관련 연구는 주로 상적인 유통경로에 한정되어 보다 종합적인 공급사슬관리 측면에서 기업의 물적 유통경로선택에 대한 이해가 부족하였다. 본 연구에서는 2001년 전국물류현황조사중 기업의 물류실태조사에서 수행된 600개의 표본자료에 기초하여 기업들의 유통경로 선택의 특성을 분석하였다. 사용된 자료들의 설문조사방식은 다양한 유통노드들이 제시되고, 기업들이 상위 매출액이 높은 품목들이 다양한 유통경로 상에서 어떻게 노드들을 이용하는지 조사되었고, 이를 공장순회형, 물류센터 중심형, 도매자 중심형, 소비자 중심형 등 4개로 유형화하였다. 본 연구는 이들 4개의 유통경로들의 선택에 미치는 영향을 사업체 현황, 수배송현황, 물류활동평가, 물류시설관리 현황 등의 다양한 특성변수를 고려하여 선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

Finance Companies are operating a security solution such as E-DRM(Enterprise-Digital Right Management), Personal information search, DLP(Data Loss Prevention), Security of printed paper, Internet network separation system, Privacy monitoring system for privacy leakage prevention by insiders. However, privacy leakages are occurring continuously and it is difficult to the association analysis about relating to the company's internal and external distribution of private document. Because log system operated in the separate and independent security solutions. This paper propose a systematic chains that can correlatively analyze business systems and log among heterogeneous security solutions organically and consistently based on security documents. Also, we suggest methods of efficient detection for Life-Cycle management plan about security documents that are created in the personal computer or by individual through the business system and distribution channel tracking about security documents contained privacy.
