With the growing realization that the GIS data management becomes important more than ever, a great deal of the spatial data is being digitalized through various GIS projects, such as NGIS project. However, the integrated search and analysis for GIS data are highly constrained by the databases being heterogeneous and distributed among organizations. This paper is to introduce the system developed to solve the problem of interoperability in the heterogeneous and distributed databases environment. The system architecture is presented which is composed of spatial data servers, nodes, and a gateway. Also, the paper provides the implementation details of the client application to access and analyze the distributed and heterogeneous spatial data with the standardized interface. Finally, based on the technical architecture, the korea spatial data infrastructure is explained.

공공기관이 고객을 위한 품질행정(품질경영)의 구현이라는 사명을 달성하는데 있어서 ISO 시스템이 큰 기여를 할 수 있지만 민간기업에 사용되는 ISO 시스템을 그대로 공공부문에 적용할 경우, 많은 무리와 저항이 따르게 되었고 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 KISTI는 다각적으로 노력하였다. 이에 KISTI는 2003년 국내 최초로 정보유통 분야에서 ISO 체제를 도입하여 콘텐트 유통(수집-분석-가공-입력-구축-서비스) 업무에 표준화된 포맷으로 업무 프로세스 표준화를 통하여 서비스 품질향상 및 고객만족을 위한 지속적인 개선기반을 구축하였다.

As Chinese political and economical status gets higher, a lot of multinational firms have tried to find some chances from the Chinese market successfully. Though geographically Korea is located closely to China, a lot of firms entering into Chinese market have turned out failed. Thus, this study researched Korean manufacturing firms in China, surveyed their localization degree of distribution, and tried to find out factors which influence these localization from a far-reaching literature. As a result of analyzing 146 questionnaires, the length of channel, among Chinese environmental factors, has a positive influence on the distribution localization degree. In addition, the factor of distribution relation assets has a positive effect on the distribution localization degree. Considering this study, the Chinese market, especially distribution field, has recently grown up to the world-class level. Therefore a firm intending to enter into China needs to be careful not to underestimate China.

이 글은 일본의 '정보관리' 1997년 1월호에 게재된 기사로 일본내 공공 데이터 유통 촉진을 위한 법적, 제도적 과제에 대해 저작권법과 국유재산권법에 대한 기본적인 사항과, 공공 정보 자원의 유효한 활용에 있어서 문제점을 법률에 의한 공표, 제공 방법 정보서비스 산업의 활용, 제3자 제공 등에 대해 언급하는 동시에 정보공개법에 대해 소개하고 있다. 일본의 경우 데이터, 특히 데이터베이스와 관련된 법적 여건이 우리와 유사한 면이 많고, 아직 공공부분의 정보공개법이 제정된 상태는 아니지만 정보공개를 적극적으로 추진하는 법안이 공표될 예정이다. 이런 일본의 움직임은 비록 정보공개법이 제정되어 있기는 하지만 아직 정보공개가 소극적인 상태에 머물고 있는 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다.

현대의 인터넷 환경에서는 다양한 서비스 채널을 통해 정보의 유통이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서는 기존의 정보보호의 한계를 이용하는. 특히 사회 공학적 공격 기법을 활용하는 DoI(Denial of Information. 정보거부) 공격과 같은 사이버공격으로 인해 중요한 보안 문제를 유발 할 수 있다. DoI 공격은 악의적인 공격자가 유용한 정보임을 가장하여 의도적으로 악성정보를 포함하여 유통함으로서, 네트워크 사용자가 원하는 정보를 찾아서 자기 것으로 만드는데 필요한 다양한 가용 자원을 소모하도록 하는 공격이다. 본고에서는 현재 만연하는 DoI 공격의 형태 및 상황을 알아보고. DoI 공격을 대응하기 위한 프레임워크는 어떤 것이 있는지 살펴본다.

This study explored the relationship between information search and purchasing behavior across in-home shopping channels to give multi-channel retailer an implication of multichannel customer management. We analyzed the relationship between consumer's information search and purchase behavior (choice, frequency, and expenditure) with a view to channel lock-in and cross-channel synergy. This study was carried out using survey data about in-home shopping behavior of housewives. Results of the study showed that (1) there was channel lock-in between information search and purchase behavior across in-home shopping channels, (2) catalog channel and the Internet channel were a alternative channels of TV home shopping channel and (3) catalog channel and the Internet channel were an complementary channels. This results can provide meaningful implication for multi-channel retailers.

The Internet has rapidly become a global publishing platform, and electronic scholarly journals covering a wire range of subject areas are now available via WWW. The purpose of this study is to investigate the production and delivery of electronic scholarly journals between national information circulation institutions, the degree of overlap in services between these institutions, and the degree of differences in terms of the amount of electronic scholarly journals between subjects in science and technology(S＆T) areas. For the study, Registered and Register-Candidate scholarly journals designated by Korea Research Foundation in S＆T areas are used. This study also provided some considerations for the services of domestic electronic scholarly journals between national information circulation institutions.

오늘날에는 국가 간의 기술경쟁이 더욱 치열해 지면서 국가 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 최단기간 내에 최고의 성과를 얻을 수 있도록 협업 정보를 가상공간상에서 지원하기 위한 국가차원의 "소프트 인프라"에 대한 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 기업들은 저렴한 인터넷 망을 사용하지 못하고 상당한 비용의 선용회선을 협업자료의 유통을 위하여 지출하고 있는 것이다. 또한, 기업 내부에는 외부 웹 하드 ASP 사업자들을 통한 웹 하드 서비스를 제공받기 위하여 년간 특정 금액을 지속적으로 자료 유통을 위해서 그 대가를 지불하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업 내 협업자료를 업무 환경 속에서 효율적으로 유통시키기 위한 정보 보안 강화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

전 세계적으로 유통되고 있는 가짜의약품으로 인하여 제약사들은 판매수익과 기업브랜드 이미지에 큰 피해를 입고 있으며 가짜 의약품을 복용한 소비자들은 생명에 위협을 받고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 가짜의약품의 유통을 근절시키기 위하여 세계 각국에서는 의약품의 생산에서부터 소비자에게 판매될 때까지, 즉 의약품 유통과정을 추적하여 가시성있는 이력관리를 할 수 있도록 RFID 및 barcode 등 IT기반의 e-Pedigree(electronic pedigree)를 법제화시키고 있지만 구체적이고 실질적인 구축방법이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 제약산업의 유통합리화와 소비자 안전성을 제고시키기 위하여 RFID 기반의e-Pedigree 적용방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있고 더 나아가 세계 각 국가의 e-Pedigree 구축을 위한 참조모델 개발에 일조하고자 한다.

현재까지 KISTI가 그 존재가치를 부여받고, 성장할 수 있었던 이유는 KRISTAL-ll에서부터 KRISTAL-2000에 이르는 검색엔진을 보유하여 정보전달 및 유통체계를 선도해낼 수 있었기 때문이다. 선진국의 검색시스템과 경쟁력이 잇는 강력한 시스템을 보유하면 자동적으로 KISTI의 역할과 위상이 부각될 것이다. 이와 동시에 소스공개 정책을 통해 국내외 프로그래머들이 소프트웨어를 발전시키고 개량시켜서 누구나 공유할 수 있는 정책을 펴나가면 KISTI는 그야 말로 정보유통의 중심축에서 더욱더 그 힘을 발휘하지 않을까 생각한다. 일본 속담에 호주머니에 송곳을 가지고 있으면 내가 송곳을 가지고 있다고 말하지 않아도 남들은 호주머니에 무엇이 있는지 알 수 있다고 했듯이 KISTI가 강력한 검색시스템을 가지고 있으면 자연히 모든 정보는 KISTI로 흘러 들어오지 않을까 생각된다.
