Information system outsourcing induces firms to concentrate on the core competence and to improve business value by utilizing specialized information systems outsourcing vendors. However, for those strategic effects, the outsourced information systems should guarantee a certain service level. Now companies are considering to adopt SLA(Service Level Agreement) as a method to check the service level of the outsourced information systems in quantitative terms. On the contrary, customer satisfaction survey supports qualitative analysis, and helps companies to understand the qualitative effects on information system more systematically. Recently, the growing use of the internet makes customer satisfaction survey to be carried out on the web. For that reason, lots of researches related to web survey have been performed. But these researches are just focused on finding out only items to be measured and the effect of web survey. In this paper, based on the service quality research model for information system outsourcing, we formalize and propose a web survey process, a system architecture, and a functional structure for information system outsourcing customer satisfaction survey. Additionally, we provide the implementation results for the web survey systems.

Increasing productivity of knowledge workers is a significant issue in the 21st century referred as knowledge-based society. The core key word is behavior of knowledge transfer among members of an organization. The objective of this study is to investigate a model based on Triandis theory and Social Capital theory. This explored the antecedent factors of knowledge Transfer in ITO(Information Technology Outsourcing) Organization. Data were derived from 42 respondents working IT Cooperation in Seoul, Korea. In this paper, we introduce the research model for the knowledge transfer. In order to validate the proposed research model, social network analysis tool, UCINET, a structural equation modeling tool, SmartPLS, was utilized. The empirical result showed that, all antecedent factors (intention of knowledge sharing, anticipated reciprocal relationships, subjective norm, closeness network centrality) of knowledge transfer behavior were significant. In conclusion, findings and implications were discussed and limitations of the study and future research directions were suggested.

사용자는 인터넷을 통해 다양한 정보를 제공 받을 수 있고 예약도 가능하다. 그러나 이러한 작업은 사용자의 요구조건을 만족하기가 어렵다. 그 이유는 사용자의 요구조건을 스스로 조정하여 대안을 마련해야 하고, 정보를 제공하는 곳들이 분산되어 있고, 데이터의 형태 및 저장형태가 다를 수 있다. 그리고 이러한 경우는 최근 기업들의 변화에서도 나타난다. 기업간의 M&A 및 아웃소싱, 협력 등의 과정에서 각 기업들이 사용하던 애플리케이션 및 데이터베이스에 대한 상호운용성의 보장과 통합된 정보관리를 위한 새로운 전략의 필요성 이 대두된다. 이에 따라 분산 데이터의 상호운용은 기존 시스템들의 협업을 위한 기본적인 조건으로서, 데이터의 가용성, 투명성과 협업 시스템들의 문제점들을 해결해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 분산된 시스템들을 통합하고, 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 XMDR을 이용한다. 이 XMDR을 바탕으로 여행정보 시스템의 통합하고, 여행 정보 교환을 위 한 트랜잭션 관리 기법을 제안함으로써 상호운용성의 문제와 분산된 데이터를 통합하는데 있어 발생하는 데이터의 이질적인 문제들을 해결하고자 한다.

본 연구는 통합적 관점에서 전자상거래보안 분야를 전자무역 분야에 체계적으로 접목하여 솔루션을 제시하였다. 전자무역보안에 적용할 수 있는 통합적 관점에서 3가지 정보보안 공격에 대하여 중점적으로 연구하였다. 첫째, 시스템공격, 둘째, 데이터공격, 셋째, 비즈니스공격에 대한 해결책을 중심으로 그 대응방법을 연구하였다. 각각의 해결책에 대하여 다음과 같이 해 볼 수 있다. 전자무역에 관련된 당사자들은 시스템공격, 데이터공격, 비즈니스공격에 대응하기해서 정부측면에서의 전자무역보안에 대한 정책적 관리와 보안인프라의 구축이 요망되고, 기업차원에서는 보안의식 강화와 정보보호장치 즉, 방화벽, 침입탐지시스템(IDS), 공개키기반구조(PKI), 가설사설망(VPN), 안티바이러스제품, 암호화, 생체인식기술 등의 활용 또는 정보보호전문업체를 통한 아웃소싱을 이용한 전자무역보안의 수단을 강구해야 된다. 결론적으로 전자무역기업은 적절한 보안시스템의 도입과 더불어 관리자들의 최근 해킹기술발전에 대하여 신속히 대처하려는 노력이 무엇 보다 중요하다. 전자무역 분야에도 다양한 보안솔루션과 보안인식의 제고가 강조된다.

이 연구에서는 아웃소싱으로 반입된 서지데이터의 질을 담보하기 위한 방안으로 위키 카타로깅 방식의 종합목록 작성을 제안하였다. 위키 카타로깅은 일련의 편목에 대한 지식과 경험을 갖추고 있는 사서의 협력을 통해 종합목록의 질을 높이는 방안을 의미하였다. 그 방안은 전문 사서들 의 협력에 기반한 1)위키 카타로깅의 정책, 2) 전용 위키시스템의 개발, 3) 위키 목록규칙의 제정 등이다. 특히, MARC의 기본서지요소 245, 260, 300 필드를 전문사서들이 담당하고, 확장부가요소는 일반 사서들이 담당하는 위키카타로깅의 질을 확보하는 방법을 제안하였다.

Faced with tougher competition in global, organizations are pressured to improve organizational productivity, including information systems(IS) departments. Especially related to IS, trying to remain competitive and up-to-date in rapidly changing world is becoming a financial burden to many organizations. Through outsourcing, organizations can provide better services and acquire and maintain a competitive advantage. In recent years IS outsourcing related researches have appeared in trade and academic literature. However the research on accounting information systems(AIS) outsourcing is very little or limited. This study attempts to empirically test the relationship between determinant factors and the degree of accounting information systems outsourcing as well as the relationship between success factors and the interactions between the degree of accounting information systems outsourcing and outsourcing success. Based on the previous studies on IS outsourcing and its related theories, determinant factors(transaction characteristic, resource performance, and risk dependence) and success factors(monitor, participation, and vendor capability) were identified and their measures were developed. Empirical results demonstrate that the change in the degree of AIS outsourcing is determined by the specificity of accounting information asset, uncertainty, the effect of internal AIS, AIS cost-effectiveness, and cost increase risks, and that monitor and vendor capability are implementation factors determining the degree of outsourcing success.

Various stakeholders within and outside of the organization are involved and participate in the outsourced IS development. As their interests and goals are different conflict arises in the process of their interaction, and it is an important factor affecting outsourcing success. The study focuses on the conflict between client users and vendor, i.e. main conflict in the outsourcing project, and examines the relationship of conflict with project success, the antecedents of conflict, and investigates the effectiveness of conflict resolution facilitation. An integrated conceptual model is developed grounded on is outsourcing, IS development, project management, and organizational behavior literature. Nine specific hypotheses on the conflict in outsourcing projects are proposed, and data collection and analysis are performed with 214 ISD outsourcing projects. Results indicated that the conflict between client users and vendor in outsourcing projects was found to have negative effects on project success. Main causes affecting conflict were examined, and relative influences of these causes were clarified. Recently internal IT personnel have been faced their role change with the increase of outsourcing, and the importance of their conflict resolution facilitation was highlighted.

Recently, Information systems (IS) outsourcing has been becoming a viable strategic alternative in the management of information systems. Accordingly, the demand of research in practice has been changed from how to decide IS outsourcing to how to manage IS outsourcing. However, there is little known about the management of IS outsourcing in existing literature. Moreover, the existing studies suggest conflicting solutions in accordance with their own perspectives : competitive relationship vs. cooperative relationship. The purpose of this study is to address this conflicting result, and consequently to enhance an understanding of IS outsourcing management by introducing the concept of interorganizational control. To meet this purpose, this study adopts Lee(2003)'s integrative model of IS outsourcing management based on the existing literature from different management disciplines and different perspectives, and then conducts four case studies. The result reveals that users, as well as IS manager, play a critical role in controlling IS outsourcing. Moreover, they implement a portfolio of control modes including both informal and formal modes. The result also suggests that the choice of particular control mechanism depends on client, supplier, task, and relationship characteristics.

검색가능 암호시스템(searchable encryption system)은 암호화된 자료의 기밀성이 보장된 상태로 원하는 자료의 검색을 가능하게 해주는 기술이다. 클라우드 서비스의 대중화로 데이터 아웃소싱에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 외부 서버의 신뢰 문제를 해결하는 방법으로 최근에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 검색가능 암호시스템에 대한 연구는 하나의 키워드를 이용한 부울 검색만 제안되었고, 다중 키워드 검색에 대한 연구결과는 상대적으로 적을 뿐만 아니라 이 연구들은 대부분 고정 필드 환경을 가정하는 제한적 기법들이다. 이 논문에서는 고정 필드를 사용하지 않으며, 랭킹 정보까지 제공할 수 있는 새로운 다중 키워드 검색가능 암호시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 키워드와 소수를 매핑한 소수테이블과 검색 연산으로 최대공약수 연산을 사용하기 때문에 기존 시스템보다 상대적으로 효율적이며, 복잡한 암호모듈이 필요 없어 비교적 쉽게 구현이 가능하다.

본 연구에서는 정보화사업의 성과는 직접적으로 하나의 효과만을 발생시키지 않고 다양한 단계에서 다양한 형태의 성과로 발생된다는 점에서 정보화사업의 추진단계를 사업추진 전(前) 단계(사전평가), 사업추진 진행단계(진행평가), 사업추진 완료 후 운영단계(사후평가)로 구분하고 각 단계별로 정보화사업의 성과를 측정하기 위한 정보화사업 추진단계별 평가모형을 제시하였다. 각 추진단계별 평가영역 및 평가항목의 개발은 정보화사업 평가항목에 관한 선행연구들에 대한 이론적 고찰과 국내 외 공공부문에서 실제 적용하고 있는 사례를 중심으로 도출하였으며, 특히 본 연구에서의 중점연구대상 정보화사업인 문화정보화사업을 중심으로 제시하였다. 각 단계별 평가영역 및 평가항목으로는 사전평가에서는 사업추진 계획영역의 비용산정적정도, 사업적 타당도, 전략적 타당도, 위험도분석, 추진계획적정도의 5개의 평가항목으로, 진행평가에서는 사업추진 실행영역의 사업추진효율성, 자원관리적정도, 아웃소싱관리적정도 등 3개 평가항목을 제시하였다. 또한 사후평가에서는 정보시스템 구축성과 영역의 경우 시스템품질, 정본품질, IS 서비스 품질을, 정보시스템 운영성과 영역은 시스템의 활용도와 사용자 만족도를, 조직 및 경영성과 영역은 사업적 기여도와 전략적 기여도를 각각 제시하였으며, 아울러 각 평가항목별 세부 평가항목을 함께 제안하였다.
