오늘날 기업은 IT 서비스 제공자에게 급변하는 비즈니스에 신속하게 대응하고 안정적 IT 서비스 지원을 통한 비즈니스 서비스의 연속성 증대와 IT 조직의 효율적 운영을 통한 운영 비용 절감을 요구하고 있다. 이에 국내외 ITO(IT Outsourcing) 기업들은 고객에게 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership : 총소유비용) 경감 외에 Time-to-Market 단축과 고품질의 IT 서비스를 제공하기 위한 전략적 지원체계가 필요하게 되었고 SLA를 기반으로 한 SLM 프로세스의 체제 정비에 심혈을 기울이기 시작했다. 그러나 이제까지의 SLM 프로세스는 단순 정보만 제공되어 IT 서비스를 유지, 개선시키기에는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 여러 프로세스들이 통합되고, 측정지표에 대해 실시간으로 자동 집계되어 통계 리포트를 제공하고 통계결과를 자동으로 보고하여 문제 발생시 원인 파악 및 대처가 빠르게 진행될 수 있도록 자동화된 통합 SLM 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 통합되고 자동화된 SLM 프로세스 모델 제시를 통해 프로세스 단계별로 성공요인을 도출하고 다양한 기업에 적용 후, 실증적 기대효과를 제시하여 향후 SLM 시스템을 구축하는 기업에게 실질적인 지침을 마련해주고자 한다.

In this paper, we proposed WBAN system model to management an application that requires low rate data transfer in IEEE 802.15.4. We have to use different wireless sensor network technology to transfer different date rate and emergency message in medical application service. A suitable system model for WBAN and a WBAN MAC protocol in order to solve these existing system problems are proposed. Firstly, the priority queuing was applied to contention access period, and the system model which could guarantee transmission of a MAC command frame was proposed. Secondly, the MAC frame was newly defined to use the system model which was proposed above. Thirdly, WBAN CSMA/CA back-off algorithm based on data transmission rate was proposed to enhance data throughput and transmission probability of the data frame which does not have priority in the proposed WBAN system. The proposed algorithm is designed to be variable CSMA/CA algorithm parameter, depending on data rate. For the evaluation of WBAN CSMA/CA algorithm, we used Castalia. As a result of the simulation, it is found that the proposed system model can not only relieve loads of data processing, but also probability of collision was decreased.

As one of the key IT applications, the project management information system (PMIS) has played a significant role in construction management processes. This is because PMIS is an information system that gathers, integrates, and disseminates the output of project management processes among project participants, and is used to support all aspects of a project, from initiation through closing. This paper aims to identify the CSFs(Critical Success Factor) of Project Management and quality associated with Project Management Information System (PMIS) in construction projects, to analyze the Effect of PMIS quality on Project Management Success. The CSFs of Project Management and the quality components for PMIS are identified through a review of the literature, and consolidated through interviews with professionals in the construction industry. A questionnaire instrument was sent out to experienced users (Construction Manager and Constructor), and 253 completed questionnaires were retrieved. To increase the applicability of the results, the respondents consisted of workers spread across various parts of the construction site. Using SPSS 12.0, the data was used to analyze the relationship between PMIS Quality and Project Management Success through multiple regression analysis. These findings help to clarify what the highly prioritized factors are, and could also be used as an assessment tool to evaluate the performance of PMIS and thus help to identify areas for improvement.

In recent years, success of information system projects to possess competitive advantage in business has become very important for stakeholders. Stakeholders who are interested in the success of information system projects typically consist of users who need the system, developers who build it, and project managers who are responsible for project success. However, recently, there has been increasing in the number of business analysts engaged in bridging relationships among these stakeholders in information system projects. So far, there have been many researches on the competence of users, developers or project managers. But, the research on the competencies of business analysts has not been done much. So, in this study, what competencies are needed for business analysts who are engaged in information system projects are researched, and the level and difference of stakeholders' expectations and satisfaction with them are identified, using IPA techniques. The results of this study are expected to contribute greatly to providing basic information on the development of competency models or training programs needed for recruitment, evaluation and training of business analysts who are or will be engaged in information system projects.

자율 주행 자동차는 다수의 센서와 ECU 등으로 구성된 분산 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 다양한 시간적 제약사항들을 갖는 자율주행 응용들을 구동하며 각 응용들에 대한 시간적 제약사항 위반을 탐지해야한다. 이러한 분산 시스템에서 응용들 간의 통신을 위해 사용되는 미들웨어들 중 대표적인 것은 DDS이다. DDS는 높은 확장성을 지원하는 발행-구독 통신 모델을 기반으로 하며, 실시간성을 고려한 다양한 QoS 정책들을 제공한다. 하지만 DDS는 자율주행 응용이 요구하는 시간적 제약사항들 중 deadline과 correlation 제약 사항에 대한 위반 여부를 탐지하지 못한다. 본 논문은 DDS 기반 시스템에서 deadline과 correlation 제약 사항 위반 여부를 런타임에서 탐지하는 기법을 제안한다. 본 연구진은 제안된 기법을 DDS의 구현들 중 하나인 Vortex 사의 OpenSplice 기반 시스템에 구현하였다. 실험을 통해 검증한 결과, deadline과 correlation 제약 사항에 대한 위반 여부를 적은 오버헤드와 함께 성공적으로 탐지하였다.

시간이 흐름에 따라 생화학 시스템이 변화하는 것을 기록한 데이터로부터 이 시스템의 상태 전이 및 시스템을 구성하는 각 생화학 물질간의 관계를 모델링하기 위한 방법으로 S-tree 구조를 제안한다. 이것은 주로 생화학 시스템의 동적 특성을 모델링 하기 위하여 연구되어 온 S-system을 나무 구조로 표현한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 진화 연산을 통해 주어진 시계열 데이터를 잘 설명하는 S-tree의 구조 및 그 변수들을 동시에 효과적으로 탐색하는 방법을 개발하였다. 이 방법에서는 구조 탐색을 위해 유전 프로그래밍(genetic programming)에서 사용되어 온 나무 구조의 교차 및 돌연변이 연산과 더불어 다양한 형태의 구조 탐색 연산자들을 도입하였고, 또한 동시에 알맞은 변수 값들을 찾기 위하여 확률적 돌연변이 연산을 통한 언덕 오르기(hill-climbing)를 수행한다. 제안된 방법을 효모의 혐기성 발효 데이터에 적용한 결과 주어진 시스템을 성공적으로 모델링할 수 있었다.

The feature models are widely used to model the commonalities and variabilities among the products in the domain engineering phase of software product line developments. The findings and corrections of the errors or consistencies in the feature models are essential to the successful software product line engineering. The aids of the automated tools are needed to perform the validation of the feature models effectively. This paper describes the approach based on JESS rule-base system to validate the feature models and proposes the feature model validation tool using this approach. The tool of this paper validates the feature models in real-time when modeling the feature models. Then it provides the information on existence of errors and the explanations on causes of those errors, which allows the feature modeler to create the error-free feature models. This attempt to validate the feature model using the rule-based system is supposed to be the first time in this research field.

Social Network Service is a web-based service that allows the people to construct relationship among users with same interest and supports various activities such as managing personal relations and sharing information or contents. Based on the IS Post-Acceptance model and Success Model, this study examines factors influencing the continuance intention in the SNS. Questionnaires are collected from 275 students who are using the SNS. The results are following: first, the perceived usefulness and satisfaction have positive effect on the continuance intention. Second, the perceived usefulness, confirmation, system quality and information quality have positive effect on the satisfaction. Third, the confirmation has positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Fourth, the system quality and information quality have positive effect on the confirmation. Fifth, the satisfaction is the strongest predictor of the continuance intention and the perceived usefulness is the strongest predictor of the satisfaction.

Though the number of food franchises has been increased these days, there has not been less success for food franchise than failure. One of the several failures is the distrust between franchisor and franchisee factors because the franchisee thought its franchisor does not make its accounts and operations transparent. In order to resolve it, the large business food franchise has used the ERP system, however, small business franchise has run a very simple information system, which is linked to POS system and consists of simple functions to insert or inquire the result of data on sales and order etc to identify the status of both franchisor and franchisee because of financial difficulties and manpower shortage. Thus, small business franchise needs the cost management between them with low cost for efficient business administration. In this study, we suggest the data reference model (DRM) which covers the cost management system and is able to be linked to any POS system. The DRM is a framework whose primary purpose is to enable information linking and reuse across the any POS-based information systems via the classification, structure, model, exchange and management of data.

최근 소프트웨어 업계의 화두로 등장하고 있는 정보기술은 오픈소스 소프트웨어(Open Source Software: OSS)이다. 하지만, 사용자의 많은 관심에도 불구하고 지금까지 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 대한 연구는 정성적이거나, 탐색적인 연구로 한정되었다. 사용자 관점에서 왜 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 만족하고, 나아가 지속적으로 이 기술을 사용 하는지에 대한 실증적 연구는 아주 미미하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 성공모델을 제안하는 대신 사용자의 만족에 그치지 않고 지속적인 사용으로 이끄는 영향요소에 대해 실증적으로 증명하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 Oliver(1980)의 기대불일치이론 (Expectation Disconfirmation Theory: EDT)을 근거로 한 Bhattacherjee(2001)의 정보시스템 수용 후 행동 모델을 연구모형의 기초로 소프트웨어 특성(사용용이성, 유지보수성, 호환성, 맞춤화, 상호 작용성)의 영향을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 개인 및 기업의 오픈소스 소프트웨어 활성화를 촉진시키는데 기여하는데 그 의의가 있다.
