Deriving the Success Factors for Retailing Mobile Services: A Comparison of Mobile Service Types (모바일서비스의 성공 영향요인 도출과 서비스 유형별 비교분석)

  • Mobile Services are that function of information system are served in mobile environment. So, Success model for the mobile services might be derived through mixing success model of information system with mobile attributes. There are many kinds of mobile services. Specially, commerce, communication entertainment and information services are representative types in mobile services. In this paper, we do not only derive important factors that influence success of mobile services, but also analyze how the factors influence the success of mobile services. We also analyze whether measures of the factors might differ significantly among the types of mobile services.

  • 주제어는 정보 서비스를 비롯한 여러 응용 분야들에서 유용하게 사용되는 지식이지만, 주제어 간 관계가 다양할 뿐만 아니라 목적에 맞도록 개별적으로 설계됨으로써 주제어 관계 속성 유형과 무관하게 공유가 가능한 주제어 공통 표현 모델이 제시되지 못하였다. 본 연구는 응용 분야, 온톨로지 종류와 무관하게 적용될 수 있으며 시맨틱 웹 서비스 간 공유가 가능한 주제어 공통 표현 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 주제어 관계를 범용 클래스로 정의하고, 주제어 관계 속성 유형을 데이터타입 속성 (Datatype Property)으로 선언하였다. 또한, 주제어 역시 그 속성 유형을 데이터타입 속성으로 선언하였는데, 결국 다양한 유형의 관계들을 용이하게 표현할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 실험을 위해 주제어 간 관계수가 70,804,233개이며 주제어 관계 속성 유형이 4가지인 과학 기술 기반 정보 온톨로지와 주제어 간 관계수가 44,147개이며 주제어 관계 속성 유형이 13가지인 표준 정보 온톨로지를 대상으로 본 연구에서 제안한 주제어 공통 표현 모델을 적용하였으며 총 284,744,802개의 RDF(Resource Description Framework) Triple을 생성하였다.

  • The knowledge resources take a role in promoting the sustainable growth of organization. Therefore, it is important for the members of organization to acquire knowledge consistently so that the company can continue to grow. Knowledge service is the field that provides information and infrastructure which enable the members of organization to acquire new knowledge. As we recognized the importance of knowledge services, we analyzed the level of knowledge service management and development through the impact of knowledge quality on user capabilities. First, the matrix of knowledge patterns was presented based on the type of information and the level of customer interaction. According to patterns, the knowledge service was classified into three types of information providing, information analysis, and infrastructure, and then the results of structural model analysis were presented for each type. It found that the impact of knowledge service quality on user competence was different according to the type of service. The results suggested new indicators for measuring the performance of knowledge services, and provided information for reconstructing services based on the user considering the integrated operation of knowledge service and organizational designing knowledge service.

  • The Web is rich with various sources of information. Due to the massive and heterogeneous web document collections, users want to find various types of target pages. Each type of information for Web search has designated queries. If a user query is not a designated query, then we cannot have good result documents. Different strategies are needed to utilize the goodness of each type of information for a search engine. If we know the property of information, then we can refine candidate pages and rank them delicately. Various experiments are conducted to show the properties of each type of information. Therefore, we show an appropriate combining formula to utilize the properties of each type of information. In addition, for a service finding task, we propose Service Link Information that utilizes the existence of mechanisms for a user interaction.

  • This study takes note on the need for the consideration of the relationship between the service contents and service space which libraries provide, since at the moment the demands of library users, purpose of using it, etc. gradually become varied. In this study, type classification of public libraries was done focused on the relationship between service contents and service space, targeting Japanese public libraries. Through linking approach between service contents and service space, the analysis of Japanese public libraries' characteristics and type characteristics could be captured. This study has ultimately aimed to prepare for the basic data which will help Korean public libraries to make connection between service contents and service space in the future. The collected service contents and service space had been analyzed by multi-dimensional data analysis methods such as the "Quantification Theory Analysis Type III" and "Cluster Analysis". After characters of libraries were analyzed, the findings of this study show the views such as "the field of information provided, the method of information provision, and the object of service provision." And types of 44 libraries are classified into those which have 6 kinds of characteristics as follows : (1) group-oriented libraries which provide the jobs and employment information, (2) libraries which provide the jobs and employment information through the counselling space, (3) individual-oriented libraries which provide the information of education-related fields, (4) group-oriented libraries which provide the information of education-related fields, (5) libraries which provide information focusing on the counselling space, (6) individual-oriented libraries which focused on the service provision.

  • 오늘날 인터넷의 백본 발달과 더불어 수많은 응용 서비스들이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 응용 서비스는 인터넷 초기 출현 시에는 웹, 파일전달, 이메일 등의 well­known 서비스가 주축을 형성하였다. 그러나 최근 인터넷의 폭발적인 사용과 다양한 컨텐츠의 요구로 unwell­known 서비스가 매우 많이 등장하였다. 또한 인터넷에서 작동하는 트랙픽을 모니터링하여 (un)well­known 포트를 사용하는 패킷의 PDU 정보를 보고서 응용 서비스의 유형을 찾는 기법은 트래픽 분석자에게 매우 유용한 정보이다. 본 논문에서는 TCP와 UDP 위에서 동작하는 (un)well­known 포트를 사용하는 패킷의 PDU 정보에 의한 응용 서비스의 유형을 찾는 트래픽 분석 기법을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석을 위하여 수많은 트래픽 중 활용도가 많은 응용 서비스를 추출하기 위하여, 안동대학교 네트워크에서는 ethereal에서 제시된 netflow 및 tcpdump 기법을 활용하였다. 추출된 트래픽의 분석을 위하여 그 서비스를 PC에서 구동시켜 ethereal 트래픽 분석장치로 모니터링하여 분석하였다.

  • 오늘날 인터넷기술의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 IP Phone서비스의 활성화가 기대되며 이러한 IP Phone 서비스시장의 확대는 기존 PSTN망에 의한 전화서비스시장에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 IP Phone 서비스시장에 있어서도 상호접속제도 도입의 필요성이 점증되고 있다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 IP Phone 서비스의 상호접속유형을 살펴보고 관련된 사업자간 정산문제에 대한 해결방안을 제시하고 있다.

  • This research has analyzed the influences of Service quality on Brand image, Brand attitude and Behavioral intentions. And it is also investigate how is brand image and attitude effects behaviors on customers to choose airline. This research have valuable data in order to establish the strategy how airlines can introduce themselves to customers. Based on the statistic results, We are able to find out the meaningful differences. Airline's Service Quality cause the positive influences on brand image, brand attitude and behavioral intentions. This research has several implications such as what kind of strategies airline needs focused on in order to improve passenger's satisfaction.

  • This study investigated the types of intention to use micro-blogging service. In this study, we classified micro-blogging users' motivations using Q methodology which enables measure objectivity with subjective activity like individual thinking and feeling. The results of this study showed that micro-blogging service users' motivationswere classified into four types. Type 1 is 'relationship oriented type' and Type 2 is 'self-expression type.' Type 3 is 'time consumption type' and Type 4 is 'information seeking type.' The findings imply that the characteristics of each user type can be utilized to customize micro-blogging services.
